Hello Telebirr Team, I use two phone numbers with Telebirr. Currently, when I log out from one number and log in to the other, the app always requests a new OTP, which is time-consuming. If Telebirr adds support for using two accounts in one app with an account selection or switch option, users could easily choose the desired number without logging out or requesting OTP each time. This would improve convenience and user experience

Tele Birr App is a very important and timely application. It is certainly not an exaggeration to say that it is the most popular application that no other developed by any institution for the community. The reason is that it has responded to the financial problems of many poor communities and is still responding. However, when we take a loan from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, and other interes rate is very high compared to any of the applications offered by the application. Thank you!

I used the telebirr app for over 1 year and it is better than other options to use! but negatively it incurred exaggerate fee while transferring from bank. and also it needs full network coverage for purchasing airtime & package!

While Telebirr is an excellent service, addressing the following three points would greatly enhance its usability: ​Network Flexibility: Allow users to log in using any SIM card's data, as long as they provide the correct OTP and login credentials. ​Wi-Fi Support: Enable app access and login via Wi-Fi connections to remove the total dependency on mobile data.

Telebr app is fast and efficient, it is the preferred app of our time. I like it very much. My phone is j2 prime and android 6. If I download the app and fill in my phone number, it won't open the phone.

I used this app for a long period of time. but now adays the exaggerated service fee discouraging me using this app. please make the fee fair so that we can enjoy the services..by the way most people including my friends have the same compliant on it....

The font size, as well as the icons on the application, are so small that older people can not use the app even with glasses.

Fast and reliable service but why did you remove nearby fuel station feature it used to show all available and unavailable fuel stations for both petrol and diesel but now after update I guess it just show empty map please bring back that feature

I can't link my Fayda ID. The app asks but during updating personal information First name text field is disabled, when clicking submit button it doesn't submit without first name mandatory. you have to make it editable.

I have been using it for 2 years and it is very intersting way of technolgy based market(money transaction ). Example i use telebir for paying electricit,telecom,water bill,school payment,tax payment, transferring money from telebirr to telebirr and from telebirr banks and other necessary payments. In addition i use telebirr fo mobile data purchase,air time purchase,for fayda payment ,lend money from banks and paying of loan. There for,for the next i planned to use it widely.So,try it & use

Excellent update! The new version is faster, more stable, and very user-friendly. I really like the improved interface and smooth performance. Telebirr is becoming more reliable with every update. Keep up the great work!

It is good! but it asks high fee while I open and close, so make it to ask cheap fee I am your three years costumer's.

app ia good to transfer from bank to bank.and.good also pay any expenses. I am totally dependent on the app

I love telebirr app it is simple and perfect for Ethiopia use I suggest it's best if it can connect with PayPal and other international wallet's

Initially, I was extremely pleased with the app as a whole. However, I was disappointed to discover that it can only be used while connected to mobile data upon logging in. This restriction is quite inconvenient. While I acknowledge that it may be for security reasons, it is worth noting that other large financial apps, such as Wise and Payoneer, are still accessible via Wi-Fi.

Telebirr is a very fast and very reliable app.And I feel so happy using Telebirr.

Telebirr was a great, easy to use and convenient app. But since the latest version (1.1.6.336), it has just gone bad. 1. Having to insert the sim card associated with the account to a device you are trying to log in from is the exact opposite of seamless and convenient service. Also inserting the sim card into the device is not enough that one needs to use the data from that sim card. 2. Can not log into telebirr while connected to wifi? That is just an awful UX. How inconvenient of telebirr!

I've never seen an app as inconsistent as Telebirr. The main issue is login—I can’t log in using Wi-Fi, and when I switch to mobile data, it says 'Connection failed, check your internet.' Even when my data is on the right SIM, it still asks me to insert the SIM or turn on data. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry to pay. When it works, it’s smooth, but when it doesn’t, it’s the most annoying app, with unjustifiable errors.
