Was having a really good experience with the application. No lag time between messages or photos. Then get a message somewhere else asking me why was I blocking them. When through thing's couldn't figure it out. Uninstalled and reinstalled application (nice thing is you keep all your contacts) still not working. Decided ok just delete and start fresh. To my surprise when I go to setup my new account my phone number has been banned with no explanation or way to contact anyone for an explanation.

I'm experiencing a very weird bug were a contact of mine is duplicated, tells me it's on telegram, when I know the contact in fact IS there, and it then switches the name to "mod####". Now, I really hope security is up date on your end, because it would be a bummer to find out otherwise, and have my device in a vulnerable state for this reason. Also, it's scary! Please look into this, and take it seriously! Thank you!

I received a very poor experience, calls keep disconnecting, and I keep getting notifications that this app has a bug! I don't get real-time notifications. I have to unlock the phone and open the app to receive calls. The app keeps crashing. I keep getting banned! I wasn't expecting the to witness such!!! IF THE APP IS COMPATIBLE WITH CERTAIN DEVICES, PLEASE INCLUDE IN DESCRIPTION! Current device: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

The app works well, but their major monetization hook is: if you don't pay for premium, you have to allow any random person to message you. I generally have to block around one scammer a day. If I could only allow contacts to message me, it would be five stars. But monetizing by making people be vulnerable to scams and harassment unless they buy premium is a terrible business strategy.

Delivers the same telegram experience. But I typically find it is more stable and has never crashed on me. some features are a little more limited but it works quickly and simply. update 7-2025: still have unexplained restrictions.. cannot recommend this app at all, if for no reason your just going to get cut off and block from reaching your friends and damoly. literally useless now.

the confirmation code is being sent to another Telegram phone , which I don't know it's which one.. kindly fix this issue ...it's so annoying.i have been trying to log in several times but I got stuck there. please fix this as soon as possible so that we can get a confirmation code right in our messages please. if you feel fix this I am sure all will be better.. While trying to set up my account, I unintentionally declined the option where it ask to have access to calls etc... It banned my number. I am baffled and still no revert after 2 emails... P.s their response to my review does not help or change anything. And on top of that, not related to my review.

The app does not alert (ringing and vibration) when there are incoming calls (from the other telegram app), only missed call notification shows up after the other party ends the calls. Edit: the app does ring sometimes while I'm on the app when the call happens, but not when I close it or lock the phone. Seems like some problem with the app running in the background.

Great app. But I'm having really annoying problems recently. I'm trying to join a new channel but when I search, all it does is to pull up results from my old chats and contacts. And clicking 'leave. group ' does absolutely nothing. When I click the ask a volunteer for help button, also does nothing. I've cleared cache multiple times. Great app apart from all this tho. wish these issues would be fixed

I keep getting spam texts from people and when I go into change my settings it says I have to purchase the premium to not receive these texts. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed this app I would delete it right now. This app is only safe and secure if you purchase the product and that isn't what they implied when we originally installed the app.

it is a little bit contradictory: i give two stars for the application that i use instead of using over-bells-and-whistled "native" Telegram. But here is the thing: 1. install the second account. 2. try to share a link from browser 3. choose the telegram account 4. ta-dams! in 50% cases it can occasionally share not the link you hav chosen, but a random message you previously sent to someone. Weird. Such a bug aren't acceptable.

I've been using Telegram for God knows when, but I stopped for a while because my phone got missing. Recently, when I tried to login/ open the same account, it's not working. it keeps saying "We've sent the code to the Telegram app on your other device." Please, Telegram, help me solve this issue. I've my study materials, Assignments, notes, and presentations on it. Help me, please.

I’m a full-time student working with large study groups, and Telegram X has made a huge difference. Images and PDFs load instantly, the app feels lighter, and there’s none of the “connecting…” lag I kept getting in the main client. Scrolling, switching chats, and opening media are all noticeably faster. If you rely on quick access to study materials or active groups, this version is easily the better choice.

I literally don't understand what it means by saying we've sent the code to your Telegram app on your other device if I'm downloading it on my only single device. it's honestly a waste of time to be downloading something that gives you difficulties. What a poor service.

Overall performance is ok. But ever since signing into the app I have been unable to send messages in public groups/chats(everywhere). I have never not even once used the app for anything shady. FIX THIS @telegram

Hi , please help me! since last week i keet dropped out of my account. i tried logged in with SMS but it doesn't send me SMS! i only could log-in with the recovery email that i set on Telegram X!! but like after 24 hours it dropped me out of account again.. when i was in account there was no devices but me, i tried Telegram Original, Telegram X , Telegram Dekstop , Telegram Web... same problem. But Now even the recovery email changed and i can't log in anymore! Please Help!! i want my acc back!!

Useless app! when I try to log in it sends a code to some other device I never have. Why would you send a confirmation code on a different device when a person is trying to log on another device? It doesn't make sense at all!!!

🚫 X Telegram is a fake and dangerous app. Only Telegram is real. X Telegram pretends to be Telegram but is a malicious clone designed to steal accounts. It asks for your phone number and password. At first, it sends a code to log in, but if you log out and try again, the code goes to a different email without your permission. Your account is hacked, and you can no longer access it. I already lost my account. This is account theft. Do not use X Telegram. Google Play should remove it immediately.

My Telegram account was hacked and fully taken over. Recovery options were removed, and I am completely locked out. I have emailed support, security, and recovery addresses countless times with zero response. Telegram markets itself as secure, but offers no accountability, no recovery, and no human support. This failure is dangerous.

This was good at first but now is giving us problem whenever you try to login, they mention that they sent you a code on your other device while you are only using one device. Fix that then the app will be fine.
