TenantApp Properties For Rent

This app routinely cannot allow you to manage your inspections. It has on multiple occasions crashed when attempting to view and as of recently does not even load anything. Additionally I have had it automatically cancel inspections and when queried with the related realtor had them confirm it was not them that had cancelled my inspection. If I had any other option I would use it.

It's a useful app, but too unreliable and clunky. I get weird HTTP error pages every once in a while. This is especially problematic for the "Inspections" page, where I literally planned my entire days around inspections. The loading screen overlay sometimes just refuses to go away even though the actual content has been loaded behind it. I've noticed this with just over a week of use, so not sure if these issues are normal and accepted at this point.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. It will only search in the first nominated suburb, so no point in listing multiple nor will it offer suggestions outside that suburb. the map refreshes everytime I try to move it to expand my search area. signs me out everyday. this app use to be amazing, a little clunky on the interface but perfect none the less. now nothing works like it should. I miss the ability to just continuously scroll available rentals from nominated and surrounding suburbs.

Might be ok if I could get past the redirect error. Have been able to open the app once or twice since downloading, even after removing and reinstalling. Have had to use the website, and even that is buggy as hell.

this app is useless as it malfunctions after a short time and comes up with Error: too many redirections. even after uninstalling and reinstalling it does not work! I have to use the site in the browser rather than this app.

Really poor user interface and APIs from other programs. I've installed the app, but every time I click a link in an email that directs me to the property listing in the app, I have to "sign up with mobile" and it doesn't let me create an account to save time. I have to sign into the app first (using my mobile number) and then click the link in the email.

Had strange ways to set up your account, although you can just browse if you wish. Had nothing that I wanted; every time I finally found a place in my price range, it didn't have pets available even though that's one of the few things I highlighted as preference. I just don't think it has many properties listed for Australia. Downloaded and uninstalled in one day and I never do that. I'm just not going to waste my time with it.

It will go for a few days without you having to sign in, but then one day it'll ask you to sign in 6 times on the same day. And when it does that, it usually won't let you see your own account until you've created a new search for suburbs etc. Or some other annoying thing, like asking you to create a renter profile even though you've had one for months - this is what's stopping me from checking my current applications right now. Sorry, but house-hunting doesn't need to be more tedious.

The idea and concept of the app is great! I love that I can submit multiple applications to real estates. I also love that I can track inspections... But there is a fault that is completely stressing me out & I believe there is room for improvement. I want to login to my account after logging out and I can't. I continue without logging in, then I go to the menu bar and select 'login to an existing account,' which then takes me back to the start asking me to "create an account w/ FB or mobile.

The app keeps logging me out. Sometimes after I was just using it a few minutes earlier. Half the time when I log back in it doesn't load my data. It just goes to a blank search and won't let me go to my applications, inspections or notifications. So slow and buggy and frustrating to use. I wouldn't be using this app at all if I didn't have to in order to book inspections and apply for rentals.

This app is a perfect metaphor for the entire real estae industry. A half assedd attempt at being usefull. What a disgraceful attempt by an industry that loves to profit of human necessities while providing nothing of value, app rarely works properly, bugs out constantly, which I think is pretty pathetic for 2026. I would be terribly ashamed if I had anything to do with this attempt at making something usefull.

Worst app ever. Doesn't keep information and constantly refreshes and have to sign in each. Super annoying and extremely frustrating

When I first installed the app it worked well. Lately though it won't even let me sign in. I want to track applications but I can't. Thumbs down

Every time I close my browser I have to do the login with 2fa, so annoying being logged out after only few minutes. Occasionally happening on the app as well and seriously frustrated.

asks you to verify your password constantly even while trying to verify your bloomin password because u have to navigate to a new wondow! it's so frustrating that I've stopped using it

Worked fine...until it didn't. Won't open now, "too many redirects". Cleared cache and data but still fails to open.

this app does not function. constant requests for log in codes, loses info, to the point I had to hand write out all my property inspections so I didn't miss them. crashes constantly, and is painfully slow to use. Applying for properties is also an ordeal, even with pre loaded info. I paid extra to access all the features and it was a huge waste of time and money. The search function doesn't even adhere to the parameters you put in and keeps throwing the same incorrect results out. Awful app.

frustrating. The app won't let me log in anymore. it just says "too many redirects". whats the point of the app anyway if it constantly redirects to the web browser version.

Worst app I think I've ever used. Applications forced into a browser or email by invitations to apply or co-apply don't make it into the app. It simply doesn't know you've applied and has no record of it. Absolutely frustrating to use. Don't get me started on clicking links from emails and trying to log another person in. It is utterly useless. Just use the browser if you're forced to use it at all.

This is a useless app and the fact that pretty every agency is requiring it is pathetic. I can't even log in to the bloody thing because it's keeps telling me that "There is no account under that email.". So I make an account, enter my details and select "create account". Then it sends me to the login page, I enter the details to the account I made 5 seconds ago and lo and behold, "There is no account under that email." Bloody useless and very restricting in my search for a home.
