TeraBox: Cloud Storage Space

While the large amount of free storage is nice, even if you sign up for premium there are popups for coins and other things. Another issue I have is that, to me, it's difficult to find where exactly your uploads are stored. HOWEVER, the biggest issue I have is that there is a button in the middle of the main page called channels. This links to movies and TV, etc. It also, surprisingly, links to HARDCORE PORN. I reported this to the developers 6 days ago and haven't heard anything yet.

I've been a premium user since 2022. The ads never went away and most the time they have the little x to close out the pop-up ad so small you end up clicking on and opening up the ad anyway. I've emailed their help, aka "Stella" and no response so far. I've paid for the next 6 months already but after that I don't see any reason to keep using this online storage. It may be a lot of storage but with non-existent customer service use at your own peril.

This app is a mess. As soon as the app opens you have ads that never time out so you have to close and reopen until you get an ad that will actually allow you to close it, then another add pops up before you can see your content and the same... I thought I was charged per video but it appears my Google account was hacked through this app or something. In this age of free content of all kinds there is no reason to put up with any of these issues. just don't use it. that's the bottom line.

I only downloaded this app because a video that a friend shared with me required the app. Once I try to watch the video, it gives a never ending ad. Just a constant slideshow of ads and even a full video ad. There is never an option to close out of the ad. I waited for over 3 minutes, and it never ended or gave me an option to close out of it. So, I just wasted my time watching a bunch of ads, and it still wouldn't even let me watch the video. Plus, they keep asking for a purchase. Ridiculous.

A pretty good cloud storage app for backing up your files. I'm a bit annoyed at the constant ads, but I can accept and bear it since it's the alternative "price" for free stuff. What I really wish it had is the ability to upload in bulk. For example, I have bunch of music in a file on my phone that I wanna backup. I wish it could upload the entire file of music instead of me having to upload individually, which would take hours.

So far, other than the typical ad based junk you run into with almost all apps these days, this app actually gives you 1Tb of free backup storage. Once you manage the apps notifications, there's really no annoyances with this app. Had premium for a while, but I don't store videos, or use any of the other premium features, so I went back to the free version. It's basically the exact same thing as Google photos, but you won't have to worry about your Google drive space running low anymore.

Besides the huge space, almost nothing to like about it. Cannot upload folder in mobile app. Upload speed is not awesome, but at least moving. Download is stand still, especially after stop and resume. When it is working, it's really slow. No media player, even for mp3 and mp4, both in mobile as well as Web UI. When uploading in Web for folder, limit 300 files total only. Also there is another hidden limit, 100 files per sub-folder. So be alert, you think you have uploaded all files, but maybe not. Sometimes files will be skipped even less than 100 for the sub-folder. Not practical in many ways.

Not for me. Installed the TeraBox app. Did the backup. Played some of the games, but they seemed to be too good to be true. Failed to find out how to upload/download/backup specific files. Failed to find a manual or any kind of instructions. Perhaps because I failed to find where it was, if it exsists, but it should be one of the first things offered after installation. Uninstalled the TeraBox app when I could not supply a credit card. I refused to own a credit card with interest above 12% APR.

Seemingly, surprised by how easily its been too choose between your files, photos, videos, out music, etc. Itemize what you want to upload/download securely, and privately. With Confidence, as well as comfort. Very understandable layout, with easy to use step by step directions. Terabox actually, so far has been exactly what I've been searching for. Putting everything together As a whole, it's worth the try, I just know you'll feel like you made a great choice also!

for only being a few months old it's decent, i don't have much to complain about within the app itself, i just wish that file managers supported it so i could use it more easily. the only complaint i have is that we can't change the viewing of the photos, we can only see them in a list. and of course, the best feature being a free terabyte. i hope there's a desktop app soon, keep it up 👍

It's occasionally crashed or frozen me out because it wasn't always compatible with apps I uploaded media files from, but whenever I hit a snag I couldn't get past I just uninstalled & reinstalled the app, which always fixed it. 🩹 However, overall, it's an incredibly helpful, useful, valuable app that's surprisingly generous, convenient & easy to use free of charge. 👍 It's the most excellent cloud storage app I've seen so far. 💯 Hope they don't start charging now cause I left a good review 😱

I had my account for only about a month and I backed up a lot of data because the service seemed trustable. Well one day I was randomly logged out without notice. I haven't been to gain access to my account ever since. I used the same exact username and password to sign up. I sent an email with screenshots and rather than helping resolve the issue with accessing MY data, Customer service is implying that I'm not logging in correctly and that's it. No real help at all.

Does exactly what is in description!! The amount of space for storage is correct!! Unlike other apps that trick you into downloading the app & lie in the description about the amount of storage for free. This one is for reals. There's a couple ads but not bad at all. For this much free storage I'll watch as many ads as they want me to. If you been looking for a free photo storage with the most space.. ladies & gentlemen you have reached your destination.

Finally, a free cloud storage app that offers more than just a taster of useable space! I can actually do stuff with 1TB! So far I've found the user interface to be straightforward, efficient and easy to navigate. The ads can be a little annoying when I'm in a hurry but on the whole they are short & to-the-point and I accept that to always have at my disposal what amounts to a large portable hard drive, the inconvenience is extremely minimal. Keep up the great work, TeraBox!

I made a account with my phone number. Then went and bought a one month subscription. I used my phone number to make the account. It allows you different option. After looking and deciding that I really did not like it. I wanted to delete my account. Should have been easy right? But no, the system would not let me do. After trying a number of times, I contacted their support sent them the screen shots as they request only to be told that I was the only one that could delete it. No help I tried.

1tb sounds cool, but this service is seriously broken. I could sign in on the app, but not either the mobile or PC browser. Only the app would let me sign in, and I can't import files through the app. What's the point if you can't sign in through the browser. "Account not registered" That makes a lot of sense despite me being logged right in on my phone.

I love this app. I have one of those cheap Walmart phones that have basically ZERO storage on them. Most of my storage was being taken up by my photos and videos. But this app just automatically backed up all of my photos so I have free space to use locally. Take a photo, it backs it up in less than 10 seconds automatically and I can delete the photo from my phone. You can back up videos but you need to pay to back them up automatically, which is fine by me. I just do it manually.

I'm a photographer, so I naturally need a lot of space. So far the free 1TB has suited me well. I generally use it to back up my photos, or send them to my phone when I'd need too. The ads aren't too big of a problem for me. My only complaint - I can't view certain images unless I view the original, which usually takes a little longer too load. Other than that one problem, this works perfectly for my needs. I wish I could do a 4.5 star, really...

Could be higher, but I was promised a credit when I upgraded from premium to premium + & I never received it. I've attempted to make contact to resolve the issue, but nothing happens there either. I guess I'm out of luck on that credit. Also, normally when files are backed up, anything that's already backed up doesn't get another copy made. I have multiple copies of the same videos, pics, documents, etc. It's kinda making more work for me.

Terabox support is non existent. I've tried to reach out to them and have heard nothing from them. The paid plan struggles to back up, is extremely slow and doesn't always backup. Sometimes it gets stuck for days and weeks not backing up. If support sees this, please email me...
