The Blue Alliance

While I get that the new update makes it look a little bit more modern, it lost all its personality and isn't as user friendly. It will make it harder for quick checks during comp. The new setup for competitions doesn't group them by region anymore, and is all in a single column. Usually if you click on a team number at any point, it would take you to the info about them, but now there are a few spots where it only lets you see it's info for that comp or not at all. Please give us old TBA back!

This app used to work on my phone, but it doesn't anymore. It wouldn't update/download this season's data. So I completely uninstalled it and downloaded it from the play store and installed it. I launched it, and clicked next to load initial data, but it never loads. It just sits there spinning, never updating. I even let it run for several hours, still nothing. Thanks for finding the issue and fixing it. It now works fine.

The perfect app to keep track of FRC updates on the each individual matches and the scores each team has placed. Same with keeping track of which team has reached the finals stats, schedules, meets, matches, places scored, etc. Find the score and where the team has placed in each individual ending match where the tally up the scores to find what alliance had won that match (red or blue). Not a fan of the new format. Events are harder to find now. I liked that previously scrolling up and down kept me in the same week and side to side took me to a different week. Also previously events in the same district were listed next to each other, now they are spread out in an order I can't really make sense of and wind up scrolling back and forth more to find what I want. Overall the look is more modern but harder to use.

the app rewrite has drastically reduced functionality and personality. cant navigate to team page from an event, cant upload team media, everything has a share button for some reason? actively looking for older versions of the app to downgrade to as this is not ready to come out of beta.

I used to rely on this app for FRC events but it no longer loads matches, teams, or any other data no matter how many times I refresh it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times but it still does not load data, even for events that have already happened. I hope this bug is fixed soon so I can continue to use Blue Alliance, but right now it is not functional.

Edit: Updated to version 7.05, works great now, starts right up, thank you for the quick fix and reply. 5 stars. Original review: Uninstalled, reinstalled. Won't go past "download initial data". Moto G Power Android 11. Worked great 2 years ago, hope you can get it running again team has 2 meets next week.

can we get a notification option that allows us to get notified when a team's rank changes ex. team 9999 is ranked 20th at a regional. then another team moves down to and pushes 9999 up to 19th. currently there is no way to get notified about that. can you please add that.

Fantastic app! I can't go 15 minutes without thinking of something tba has the answer to, and it loads in a heartbeat every time. Also happens to be the main app open on my phone at competitions! Highly recommend and appreciate

It's good with its notifications! You do have to go into the app to see them but you can look up teams by name and number! Really cool! P.S it's for robotics if you didn't know already

Great app, my go to index for everything FRC. Just wish that they added a history tab that allowed us to see a teams accomplishments across all their seasons in one screen like the web browser version.

The app used to be great and a great tool to use during FRC matches, but no longer. I no longer get updates for weeks after events are completed. Other people get basically live updates at events.

Had trouble with app loading originally, but now it's all good. Great day to keep track of teams stats, scores, and competitions!

I love the app but I cannot favorite the teams at all it gives an error everytime it is very frustrating. I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled to attempt to fix with no luck.

Had to dock a star because it only allows me to refresh once, then I have to back out of the match and re-enter for the manual refresh to work again.

I think this app is great! It is very useful at competitions, and it helps me get more involved at robotics competitions.

It's been pretty useless all season. Currently myTBA is completely blank. The current event for my team shows last year's info. Just worthless.

Latest update fixed sign-in issues and niw lets me change selections in myTBA, but it still doesn't give me any of the notifications I have selected.

Used to be great. This year 2024 the app has not been updated with event data until after the event is over. Not helpful.

Everything is working perfectly but I can't upload any pictures of robots on the app. Web version let's me submit links though.
