I just ❣️ their products, long time user of over 15yrs. App logs u out which i am fine with. The app is mostly easy to use with 1 exception: it defaults to Korean after closing out so when you open the app you have to remember to scroll all the way down to the bottom and scroll thru the long list of countries to find your respective country to start your shopping experience.

In this day and age I'm shocked at The body Shop. Do not have an app that's in English! They really need to get onto this and change it because everybody else has. Somebody in the reviews mention changing a setting but because it's not in English I wouldn't have any idea of where that setting would be?

This app feels like a scam. Why otherwise such big brand release only one app and it's not in English... Upon download it opens with a popup in Korean which you cannot exit anymore. Hopefully I didn't download a virus, because that's how it feels like.

Really really slow delivery. This app is so awkward & glitchy. I rely on Body Shop products but absolutely dread going on the app or website. I waste more time trying to find what I want than I do shopping.

It's NOT in English and you can't change it. Super annoying especially when this is something people have been saying forever. You would think there would be an option to change the language. Don't waste your time downloading it.

INFO: To those saying this app isn't in english, that's because this is in Korean. It's published by BSK corporation which is a cosmetics company in Korea. The UK Body Shop has stated they do not actually have an Android app yet (according to the Body Shop website FAQ) but does have one on the Apple store. Aside from that this app works well. To those who are having language issues just scroll to the bottom and change the country you are in. The language does change. When download it's in Korean by default. I set mine to USA and bam English.

Hey, you guys should have the option to choose what language the app is in. Seriously disappointing I guess I'll have to delete the app. :( ((I would prefer an English setting))

App design is great. An English version should really be made. The USA language was listed, but not available.

Worst app ever!!! I can't even change my language from Korean to english..what a waste guys please dont waste your time in this app just go to google and search there place Instead of struggling here!!

People have been saying since 2017 that this app is in Korean/Mandarin, you think they'd change it by now but nah. Don't bother downloading it, it's still in fu.ing Korean (yes, it does say UK and it's the only Body Shop app available at the moment)

This app was only in Mandarin Chineserich is horrible because I do not speak or read or translate Mandarin Chinese and not everyone in the world does so I would appreciate if they would give me the option to choose the language that I would want the app in

Can't change the app to English. I found the list at the bottom where I should be able to change it. I selected USA and then nothing. The language was still Korean.

I bought Edlewies cleanser ,toner and one more product for nearly five thousand .They said it works even in very sensitive skin but I got too many pimples after using that product .now i stopped using it fully waste of money

Part of the app is in English but most is in Korean with no way of changing language preferences. I immediately Uninstalled.

Why is it in Korean? I used to have this installed in my phone, got a phone and forgot to redownload it. Now, its in Korean? How the hell am I supposed to buy things? They told me to download the app so that I don't have to have a PHYSICAL CARD

One star for your website, it is a consumer's nightmare, slow and laggy. Please fix it otherwise I love your products!

Welp, this is useless. I should have expanded the info I this app. It's in either Japanese or Chinese or some other foreign language. What the heck????

The app is in korean/chinese. Not useful for those who dont speak the language... Was told to download tje app instead of keeping the body shop card with me always

On their packaging, they ask to search "The Body Shop Indonesia", and I thought this one is. Unfortunately not. It's all in mandarin, which I don't speak or read. Sorry, uninstall right away.
