I once LOVED this game. I invested so much time as well as money. already 5 packs worth just under $20. I went to buy the gifts daily for a month for $26.99 pack. I meant to click subscribe and instead bought a month. I wanted a refund so I could immediately get the right pack. Now it's banning me in 3½ hrs if I don't pay for the pack I got by mistake. They say I was refunded but I'm not yet and I cannot reach these people in time to fix this. I don't want to lose all this time and effort.

This game turned out to be trash. It feels almost fraudulent the way I got suckered into buying the in-game item "death syrup" only to be attacked again the very next day and need to spend another $20 on another one. No, thank you. I've wasted enough money. It's sad too, because I liked the game. But, when it is ok for a faction (of well established players) to single out & target a noob (who is still learning how to play the game, then game is a waste of time, effort, and in my case, money.

DO NOT PLAY for money. They do not give you speed ups that make a dent, paid or otherwise. Mansion 24, takes 16 days. You also need a permit to actually upgrade to 25. To upgrade the economy, 44 days. They just want you to spend $. The game isn't fun, even if you were playing for free. It's a money TRAP. They offer packages but you'll blow through it for ONE upgrade, priced at 99.99 The build times for this game are BS.It would be BS for any game.Shame on you.WARNING to all, you're welcome.

DO NOT play for money. This game takes way too much money, time, resources, and it's outrageous the amount of builds and materials you need to upgrade just one building. The build times are RIDICULOUS. There's also no tasks that give you speeds that are useful. The game isn't fun and it's a money pit. you'll get bored very quickly even if you weren't playing for money.

Cool game, but there's not enough time in a 24 hour day to play it! Constant building, upgrading, training crews, investing, multiple story missions, factions and everything that goes with that and you can't play w/o it, upgrading enforcers and gear, multiple map missions, collecting resources every 5 min, multiple city hall missions, multiple ever-changing daily/weekly/monthly events, girlfriends, and skins, and on and on...it's just too much in one game

I love this game, but it makes it frustrating to play when you are being faced against people who are ridiculously high on influence making it absolutely impossible for anyone new to enjoy the game... and unless you have money, it's not possible to compete... the bigger guys pick on the little guys who stand no chance. the glitches are REALLY annoying af too.

It's a fun game, especially initially. It seems like people play /invest less real money over time. From my experience and conversations it seems like the price of play is the main issue. Once one has invested enough to become a serious player, the prices only go up and up. No game is more expensive and you're limiting the pool of potential players that way. There should be rewards for advanced players, not additional charges.

The game is fun and has different events frequently, so you always have new tasks to complete. If issues or bugs arise that are usually fixed pretty quickly. I'd suggest submitting a ticket through the discord channel if you have it. If you want to grow and advance fast, except to buy some perk packs. F2P is still fun it'll just take a little longer to reach higher levels. Overall good game.

I like the game, playing it for years. Sometimes there are server wide issues like missing crews etc. It can take time to get a resolution (longest for me was a week). The game is P2W. Prices for packs etc are to high and they give you not that much for the price. Devs can roll-up an update that introduces new tier of units or additional investments which always adds a year or so to get it without spending cash. But if you will spend, you will spend a lot and it's not a 100$.

This game cheats you! There's a bunch of glitches and there's no customer service. I'm DONE! DELETED. Don't waste your time or money. It's a money trap game that goes no where, meant to keep you spending and then you don't even get what you pay for. Buyer beware! This response is the one I should've gotten in game when I did what you said after having a problem! I sent a message in came multiple times with slow responses and no action. This is a ploy for a better review.

Hard to call this a 'game'. Assuming someone has a situation where money isn't an issue, every progress, action, and success can literally be bought with cash. There is no fun in playing a 'game' where the only challenge is trying to come up with enough money to compete with the other people spending thousands of dollars. It doesn't matter if you can progress without money (as long as you have months and years to spare), when anyone can immediately beat your progress with a credit card.

Addictive game, not worth the time or money. The game encourages you to build up a bigger crew and level up your turf. I paid to level up quicker, only to have half my squad wiped out while I wasn't playing the game. Its considered part of the game. They can attack your turf and kill your crew while you're at work and you turned the game off. Am i expected to put more time and money into something that can take it away when im not playing the game? It wipes your time and investment. 👎👎👎

Started out as a fun game but quickly you realize it's a HUGE money grab. Yes you can play free, however it'll take at minimum a year to be decent and that's only if you log on multiple times a day, every day doing every event and are lucky enough to get into a good faction (guild). Never have I seen a game where you can spend well over $10k and still not have everything. If you want the best Enforcer in the game, $13k. If you want a mansion skin, $1.5k....I can go on. Time and money sink!

Great game, very fun to play. It is time consuming so please have the time to put into building your turf and enforcers up. The only drawback is the cost of the game, while basic gameplay is free, in order to get anywhere you usually are going to need to make some purchases. I've spent regrettably over 10k on the game. I wish I never started the game, now in deep and need to keep my character and my turf safe.

It's a fun game and I like it most of the time. But has absolutely unacceptable lag and poor response UI. Great game and lots of fun for the first 3-4 minutes after you open the app. After that, it's a lag machine. Has absolutely ridiculous lag when moving through the map and can cause you to lose battles if you're in a battle and can cause you to lose robbing tiles to other people. Good community, good concepts, fun game, BAD LAG. And it's not my phone or WiFi either.

I think this game is a bit unfair. The upgrade time is way too long especially when one hasn't even gotten anywhere with the game. It's annoying to have to wait for almost 24hrs to upgrade other buildings before even thinking of upgrading your mansion😔😒. To upgrade your mansion, you've got to upgrade a building that requires another building upgrade (excluding the long upgrade time), which requires another one, and on goes the list. Asides the aforementioned, every other aspect is cool.

I've had it with these games that false advertise. The actual gameplay is nowhere near the ad, if it were I wouldn't be taking the time to write negative feedback. Yes looks like they put a lot of time and thought into the story and gameplay. However not what got me interested. I actually forgot I attempted to play this game in the past, but again uninstalled it. Smdh in disappointment. Why cant there be a game with action and choices like the ad displayed!?!?!!?

The best game ever. I have been playing almost 3 years. You don't have to spend money to get strong either. This game takes time to build and grow but there are always exciting events, tasks and people to keep things interesting. If you get into a good faction you can grow much quicker and faster. Lots of multitasking and many ways to keep you interested and playing for years. The game starts very easy to understand with walk through and direction. It evolves as you keep playing. 5*

This game is hella fun! I have to make sure I have a fully charged phone because time just flies so fast while playing. All of the tasks are attainable if your strategy is correct. I never purchase items so if I have to wait 4 hours to upgrade my mansion that's fine with me. If you find the right faction help is available for speed-ups. From scene 1 I knew I found my newest game. It took a few days to get used to the maps and to know what is where but when I got the hang of it...no problems!

This is definitely a pay to play game. You run out of energy, faction points and stamina, which idk why they make it separate. You need gold for like everything that can assist you. Takes for ever days. Literally days to upgrade buildings. Start getting harder to get speed ups. I'm Literally at mansion level 18 and completely stuck. Story line, graphics everything else is good. But also can't even sell items you don't need. And everything just takes forever. Playing to win for another game. D/A
