need to fix bug. app keeps saying my gift card has already been redeemed when I entered. checked the website on my desktop. thank god credit it saved. tried entering another gc and same prompt appears. my credit gets updated on the desktop. so something buggy on app.

The app is so easy and user friendly. I also really liked the fit guide, was able to help me pick the right size item, since my shape has changed.

I have ordered a gift for someone off this app and the product was delivered in crushed packaging. This is not ideal for gift purchases because the quality of the packaging (which is the box the shoes come in) is something they don't seem to care about... so I have to now give a Christmas gift that looks like it's been chewed by a dog!

Buggy when filtering. Love the Iconic! But the app continually has issues when filters are applied. It will say it has filtered down to several e hundred options and as you scroll through, you realise it's the same 15 or so options on repeat. It's frustrating because the Iconic is notorious for having SO many options, it's part of their business model I'm sure!

every time I tap one of the push notifications it takes me to my profile on the app (not the sale that the notifications was talking about) and then freezes and is unusable. when it is usable, i think the app needs better segmenting and categories like Asos

I've used the iconic for almost all my online shopping. But with the new update, which has removed basic filters that sort by length/type, it's so time-consuming to search for items I'm actually looking for. As of today, the only shape filter option for skirts is "cheeky bottom"!? You can filter by occasion, but the categories are so broad that sorting this way is almost pointless. Given the huge (and expanding) product offering, I'd kinda expect an update to include a better search function?

While the app is easy to use and user friendly. I found the checkout extremely bugged. It took me hours to complete each section of the check out. When the delivery address, shipping preference, payment method selections were made the app kept 'thinking' and wouldn't fulfill the intended action. I had to keep closing the app and retrying but that didn't make it work.

The filter function in the app does not work. Desktop site seems fine. Anytime I specify that I want to only see adult women's clothing for example, it always shows baby and kids clothing. If I select certain brands that I want to see, or select all brands and then omit the ones I do not want to see, it produces an error message. You need to fix your search and filter functions. I doesn't work correctly. This app is frustratingly user unfriendly.

Keeps crashing when I click to go into the app. Error message says "The Iconic has stopped". Really frustrating as it happens frequently! I have the latest version & have re-started my phone etc. *Update * Trying to purchase some items in the Black Friday Sale & cannot clear my shopping cart. Won't let me remove any items that I have decided I don't want to buy. I have tried logging in on my regular laptop & also on my android phone. You are missing out on sales because of this glitch!

The product images are not loading on the app. When I click on the product all I see is grey squares. Sometimes even the search results only show grey squares. How am I supposed to shop if I can't see the product? It's literally faster to switch to the Google app and look up the product images on another website and while I'm on another website I might as well just buy from there. Very disappointing because my original review was 5 stars.

The latest update has eliminated categories from the filter menu, swapped for "shape" which isn't as specific (or really about shape / silhouette?). A basic search filter like dresses length: mini / midi / maxi is no longer available. Tops cannot be filtered by sleeves etc. But there's a whole in-depth set of 'sport activity' options...? Weird. There's too many products to not be able to use basic filters. Idk, maybe I'm missing something? New interface is pretty tho. Iconic itself is great.

Great app, great range and prices, very good limited-time special offers, lightning-quick delivery and very easy returns process. I made an order this morning and just now got a message advising that The Iconic is working hard to ship my delivery but there might be a slight delay! Really; now that's great communication and customer service. Can't fault the app, the store, or the team behind it. The Iconic has my return and ongoing business, and no I was not paid ro write this review!

The app freezes, drop down size select isn't working, and the pages aren't loading properly so when you scroll it doesn't show any new items, just the same 20 over and over.

Is anyone else experiencing a nightmare when trying to return items? What used to be a smooth process and easily my favourite thing about The Iconic has become the worst process of any online shopping returns. The label comes up as a corrupt file and when you email them they continue to send the same email back. It can take up to 3-4 times till you get someone who can resolve the issue. I'm just trying to use up my store credit so I never have to use this app again.

Website promises a better shopping experience on the app, yet it won't let me log in despite jumping through multiple hoops (resetting password, setting-up authentication etc.) so can't actually shop!

I have been using this app for 4 years and it keeps getting better and better. Before it was impossible to be in a search, click on a brand and come back to the search without loosing the whole thing. Now it's almost a 10/10. The delivery time is absolutely the best and the return process is easy as well. My only complaint is that I havent gotten a discount voucher in more than 12 months. I used to get them with almost every 2-3 purchases. So Iconic y'all need to get me a diacount code asap 🙈😁
