capturing script uploads is a nightmare! If the only place you're able to do your exam is a complex and you can't control people's voices outside, it puts you at a huge disadvantage. Perhaps voice authentication or distance of voices should be considered. it's ridiculous. Helpdesk not forthcoming in explaining this situation.

I have been using this app in three exams. In the last exam all of a sudden, after logging in to the app to scan the exam QR to start writing, I found myself in the "calibration" mode. I tried to go through the steps but on the last step for loading documents, after the app recognised the document just nothing happened. I also tried the round circle at the bottom (camera button) but nothing. I couldn't get out of the calibration. I continued writing without the invitation. Support was useless.

This app is horrible!!! I wrote 2 exams whereby I couldn't scan my script at the end of my exam. The app won't scan it just loads the whole time even though my camera is clear. I took the prompts during the exam but couldn't upload my script and the support is terrible. Not sure if this problem persists with Xiaomi Redmi phone only but they should at least look into being able to upload the script after experiencing the issue or once the timer has run out. They can't even do that.

Horrible. Support is pathetic and they first say they can only assist before a task and the say only during. The user guide and FAQ doesn't explain the photo upload process and often doesn't get prompted most of the time. the selfies also don't work unless you are perfectly in front of your laptop which is difficult because who has a desk that wide?! If there was a option of 0 stars I would select that.

I give this app a 3. Uploading scripts afterwards is a nightmare. Who thought it was a good idea to ask someone to take a picture of there screen. Lines and distortion everywhere it takes me 7 tries to capture 1 picture. Plus no matter how long I set my screen time to stay on. When I'm in the app the screen keeps fading. Which is very distracting while I'm trying to finish my exam.

The app is horrible when it comes to taking pictures of the script.....it's even worse if you going to use the same pictures to upload on the institution portal the quality is very poor and comprises our work so much,I really don't know how much marks we are losing because of that......exam time is really stressful it's unfair that we still need to deal with low quality camera because of your app....on top of that we are trying to safe time submit on the portal.

I have never been so irritated like I am with this app. Just as my exam is about to start it took me to tutorial, and then I could not use if for my exam. Sent message to the technicians but it was no use, they told me that I had uploaded the incorrect app, I asked for the link to get the correct and they said that I had missed the deadline to scan the Qr code but the app didn't even give that option. Furthermore, they advised that I should continue with my exam then submit it.

Worst service ever when trying to scan the exam answers the app disconnect me two times within the 10min upload period leaving only a blank page when contacting the helpdesk their response is and I quote "Unfortunately, we cannot say why nor assist any further on the matter."

The app always asks me to update my Google Chrome and doesn't want to load the test I'm writing at the particular time while the timer is counting and I get penalized for trying other ways of accessing the test. 🚮🚮

I can't scan, had to use other phone to write exam today. it pics up the slightest movement while I try to scan which delays the time it will take to complete. not user friendly. the 10 minutes given lapsed while trying to scan as it couldn't focus. yoh this was the worst. Mind you, my phone app is still not scanning at all, so I was doing this on another device.

This is a rubbish app, the scanner is terrible, then when you use the whatsapp chat to ask for help the person behind the chat he tells you its your cameras fault which is nonsense, there is nothing wrong with my camera. we have been complaining for year and they havent fixed it. try to avoid this app, it will make you fail.

I feel like on top of the difficulty of my school exams this thing decides to give me a mental breakdown 💔 . it works fine but decides to mess w y from time to time.

Very user-friendly, easy to mitigate previous invigilated assessments. Works efficiently with a good internet connection. I love the displays, never experienced a glitch with it. Highly recommend for students and educators.

the app doesn't allow me to proceed after scanning the document and it's written version 2.0.7 yet when I look for the app information it says the app is version 2.1.1 updated in 15 September.

Let's be honest. This app is the shittiest app ever. For starters it doesn't invigilate anyone. You can cheat under it's very nose. All it does is waste a student's valuable time telling them to take pictures of everthing except their privates. The uploading of scripts(which is the whole point of an exam) just doesn't happen on this app. The damn thing does a lot here from uploading scripts from the previous exam instead of scanning the current one to just freezing on you.

I cannot set the app it's says they are having an issue in aploading my data I don't know something about Null check operator used on a null value,and I need it I'm writing in few min

Never had any joy using this app. A simple thing like connecting to the exam paper is so complicated.

Struggling to scan my script. Everything is fine until it gets to the script scanning part.

I have been using the app for almost 4 years of my studies every examination and now all of sudden my final year, it asks me to complete a tutorial however when I try to scan the document (in the tutorial) there is no "next" or "done" button and I can't get pass the tutorial making me unable to sent me examination documents in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app so many times but it just does not scan and on top of that I have exams this month.

Since downloading the update, I can no longer save the password and must manually enter it every time I open the app.....
