The Regrid Property App

Great app! I use it almost daily as a Realtor to get a general idea of property lines. Note-the lines are not exact, I believe they are the same lines from GIS, so fairly accurate but can be off somewhat. Great for finding out who owns a certain property as you are out with clients to be able to reach out to see if they are willing to sell as well.

Great Detail on property parcels. However, today I finally had my first issue with the app. I was automatically logged out this morning, and when trying to log back in, I got an error saying "Network request failed". I'm able to log into the website web version, but can no longer log into the app. Otherwise, very handy app and nothing else beats it.

Regrid is a fantastic tool for many things. I originally got it for finding my exact property line which you can easily do without a subscription. The app seems to be fairly accurate when it comes to this. If you want more information on properties then you may want a subscription but they do offer a free 7 day trial so you can figure out if that's something you would want.

This might be the only 100% free app that allows you to view an unlimited amount of parcels with info on ownership and what not. My only 3 complaints is that... 1) You cannot copy and paste any of the info. 2) The search doesn't work at all, so you have to manually find a location in the map. 3) No option to get the lat/lon nor to open in Google Maps for directions since not every property has numerical address. Other than that, I love this app as an urban Explorer and drone pilot.

Love the app, the interface is great, easy to use with a lot of info when you click on a parcel. The major issue seams to be looking up a parcel as I have noticed in other reviews. I am working in a zone that a lot of properties don't have an address, so I use an APN. Searching for an APN has never worked. Usually I have a general idea where it should be, so I click through the properties until I find it. Then I see that the APN it lists is the same I searched for.

it would be nice if you guys implemented some kind of copy feature you look up an address you got to write it down pop open your GPS and write it in_ copy and paste feature would be so convenient_ and it's something that's so easily done and the fact that it's not able to be done makes me just want to rate this app as a one-star just for the major inconvenience of not being able to just simply copy an address

I started using this app a few years ago and it was great. Since then the developers have locked most of the features behind a paywall, making all but useless to a casual user that just wants to know how much his neighbor paid in property taxes or who the new family is down the block. Then I discovered that all of that information and much more is available through your county ArcGIS portal, for free, because your property taxes already paid for it.

Edit/Update: Now reducing to 1-Star because the app no longer displays who the owner is, just the address. Going downhill fast with this app. Original: Was a 4 star, but down graded to 3 since update is not automatically moving my map to the address I searched. Now I have to manually find the address in Google and compare with regrid. Not sure why this change got made.

Was once a great app. The "free" app used to show the property owners name, now it just shows the address and property appraised value, at least the values are more accurate now. As a landscaper it's nice to know if I'm talking to the actual owner of the property or someone that's renting before we start work on the property. It's nice to not have to ask the client if they actually own the property. This app is basically worthless in my eyes now. Bring the property owners names back = 5 stars

Used to be a great resource, good for the casual user for quick info on properties. After update now you gotta pay $100+ a year just to use it once a month..👎🏻 ( and no I don't need the "contact our support" response bc you are not gonna fix the issue bc it's monetary)

As a utility locator, this app is extremely helpful with finding new addresses. Some new construction doesn't haven't the information on the job box and this app makes it simple to figure out. In my experience, the prints and lots are accurate and up to date.

pretty good. accurate enough, just a few feet off. we had a lot line adjustment and it took forever after it was recorded to show up on this app. (about 2 or 3 months).

very handy in finding property lines. The accuracy is dependent on how strong the signal is for the phone but I've checked it against formal markers and was within 3'

Was a great app. quick and easy to use. gave important information. after last update though it is not as accurate and it is no longer giving all of the information including owner names for property.

Excellent app it is great for looking for lots of land and being able to see topography and zones as well as the lot numbers it is more accurate than others I have worked with.

Used to be an incredible app up until recently. The newest update locks the owner information behind prohibitively expensive subscription. I'll be going a different route now.

Very useful when exploring abandoned, unoccupied, and vacant lots. whether trying to obtain information or permission from a land owner, you can access some relevant facts regarding address or market value and property boundaries. with a earthview type map and GPS. Dont think it's worth the monthly premium for premium. Still, it has been somewhat helpful several times.

Not even close on property lines. it was easy to use. but, when you actually try to walk to the point that would be your property line, it had me walking into the middle of my neighbor's house. not accurate at all.

this app provides what you normally have to pay for!!! Along with the property outline, the name of the deeded owner is clearly stated. I understand that this is related to a California policy that requires the owners of rental properties to be easily identifiable. The side effect of this policy is that we can now see owner's names on all properties in California. My business rehabilitates neglected properties in rural areas. This has been a very helpful initial tool for me.

lines are pretty accurate but the ownership of the properties hasn't been correct on a few instances. other than that its a great app I've used for years now
