Buffering is still an issue and was why I uninstalled them at least 5 or so years ago. Obviously not a great app or a great service if after that much time and with such an easy fix it is ignored.

buffers constantly. not my internet connection. all other apps work fine. running latest versions of everything. stop making excuses and just fix it!!!!!!!!

app buffers, freezers and then repeats. other apps don't do this eg Netflix, YouTube. emailed then and no response

constant issues with the app always buffering and half the time comes up with all sorts of messages that are to VPN problem whatever

It's a really great app and has some great shows, but has some really big flaws. For example the adds are unskippable and don't even tell you how long they are. also you can only skip and rewind 30 seconds witch is way too much I would rather 5 or 10 seconds. but on the positive side it's not just channel 3 shows that you can watch it's Eden rush and so many more. but also some shows aren't on it even though it said they are. other than that it's a great app I would recommend you get it

For the past month this app has not worked. It just buffers constantly. I have sent two help requests but they don't bother to reply. I don't know why they bother to keep advertising it on TV because it is useless. I don't recommend this app.

since the compulsory upgrade, cannot see the boxes at the bottom of the tv screen fully. Half of the boxes are cut off and you cannot see what you scrolling through as the screen is taken up by the featured programme. works fine on every device except tv

keeps saying I'm offline and won't play

A great appliction that I use a lot, plenty of shows and movies, highly recommended and very easy to use and navigate noting it has been recently update, watching on an adroid TV with no issues, happy to rate 5 stars.

Click app on tv but closes after 1-2 secs without loading. Working yesterday but sometimes glitchy and often resumes at start of previous episode than one i was watching when exit show

have been using the app with no problems at all. The people who are having problems should consider their competence . As long as you have signed in and have correctly followed the instructions, you'll find it will work without any glitches. TV3 is Kapia.

The watch list does not work, I have to go out of then back in I have checked for updates and there are none available. Been this way for months.

cannot log in since the new update. it wont even let click the th log in button after entering email and password .so i am very cheesed off, cant watch programs on three now ,So Three Now get it sorted will YOU

No user profiles with update. Why? Freezes often so Dish box needs restart. Can only view one row of 4 previews when scrolling on home page. Awful app not user friendly.

app on smart TV restarts whenever I try to log in. uninstalled and reinstalled several times. tvnz is miles ahead

laggy and buggy. feels like the bugs are intentional so you have to watch more adds.

G reat when it works, but keeps asking me to log in which is seriously anoying. Have to then uninstall and reinstall!

all ways cuts out when watching a movie repeats sense and can't download app after it has been removed
