Worst app hands down. Makes you log in every single time you open it, which defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. Once you do re-log in it barely functions and won't accept shared tickets. Wish I could give 0 stars, which is more than it deserves.

I could not enter credit card information using my normal phone font size settings, had to go into my phone settings and choose small font, then on going back to the App it had kicked me out of my session and I lost the tickets. Absolutely amateurish App in execution, just there to extract more of your data and in no way enhances the user experience. The share ticket feature also didn't work for me, just constantly redirected me to download the App, which I already have.

Pathetic app. It takes your money, but does not provide tickets in wallet. To get your tickets you have to log into the website. Looks like I'm back to printing hard copies of tickets like it's 2005. I know it used to work, but the current app doesn't. Hurry up and fix it, Ticketek. Providing tickets for money is your only job.

Ridiculous that some events force you to use an exclusive app; especially such a poorly maintained one as this. And you don't even need it, you can just add the tickets to a digital wallet once you log in. Stupid practice just to grab personal info and push advertising

Endless password login errors, login loops, authentication codes, endlessly. Once miraculously in, shared tickets don't show up. Total dog of an app. I dread using it, and user support is non-existent. No stars.

needs options lower than 1 star. never stays signed in, doesn't allow Google passwords to get the required password. I delete the app and use the browser but am forced to download the app to get the tickets, move them to Google pay and delete the app. shittest app out

I have been trying to accept a ticket from a friend via email and I'm stuck in a loop of it telling me to download the app, which I already have and am signed in to - how on earth am I supposed to get hold of this ticket?! It's quite baffling that a company that handles so many tickets can be so bad at it.

Accessing barcode for your ticket when entering an event could be far easier, and why not just have a big button stating 'barcode', instead of having to go into 'Manage Ticket'? You can't access barcode via Google wallet either. Accessing my account in the app is impossible, as it automatically sends a one time code when you tap 'My Account', but when you switch to email app to get code, and then back it auto sends another code so first code doesn't work.

I don't really know what all these bad reviews are here saying it was a 'hard' experience buying them. for me it was soo simple, I made the acc then I found the event and bought the ticket, then it asked if I even wanted to add the ticket to my google wallet.

this is the most crappiest app ever. if I could give no stars I would this app doesn't even deserve one star. I had to update app now I can sign in. I've tried to reset password and it doesn't even send a email so you can change it. you really need to fix this app asap.

shockingly bad app. most of the stuff you click on just loops back to the main page. can't view maps, can't search tickets. for the fees they charge, get the app working. pathetic.

The WORST Experience I've ever had with tickets! Poor to non existent customer service. So many glitches and issues. The app overall needs a major overhaul. I won't be using this again too many problems with sharing tickets and tickets not being there in the profile or in the upcoming events tab. Something as epic as seeing a fav artist just turned into the most stressful experience ever! We had to go and line up at the box office before the show to get our tickets sorted bc no customer support

Terrible: I can't access all of my tickets, nor can I share tickets. This is supposed to be straightforward and easy, but it's not. Customer support is awfully slow - next to no help.

I have to click around a bit and I would be happier if the event web page could just give me the details like price per person etc instead of taking me to a seating page first. but the App is what it is, does the job.

AI search is appalling. No filters or sorting available. Ticketek needs to hit the rethink button. Will now only book through them when it's the last option.

App won't stay logged in, but also won't let me use my saved credentials. Terrible user experience from a terrible company.

Arguably the worst app of all time. Unable to receive tickets shared to my account via text message. The link opens the app ok but tickets don't appear in my tickets tab or anywhere else. Doesn't even work via email. Same result. Doesn't work using laptop either. Absolutely useless.

This app just sends just sends you in circles. Not user friendly at all. A massive waste of time for what should be a simple ticket purchase.

Seems to be getting worse. can't see shared tickets without reinstalling every time. Also can't access them on the website so you end up being tied.

A friend bought me a ticket to an event and Ticketek forced me to make an account with them and install their app to access the ticket. Never had to do that with any other ticket sales company.
