Bluetooth pairing is buggy. App prompts for Location + Nearby Devices permissions even though already granted. Same issue on 3 different Android devices. (edit - seems the app won't scan for new devices unless you also grant "Phone" and "Notifications" permissions) Works mostly ok for previously paired watches, but rarely auto-connects despite granting background permissions, meaning that I need to manually open the app and force connection in order to sync weather and correct clock drift.

Disabling all notifications going to the watch in this app does NOT work. Watch still vibrates with every notification my phone gets. Now unusable as I only got it for sleep tracking and I won't be getting any sleep like this... Good thing I'm using this for myself and not a child, be warned all your messages will be being displayed on your child's watch if so, needs fixing IMMEDIATELY

my son's watch isn't connecting to the app, it's telling me I need to restart the device but I can't due to it not connecting in the first place. not really easy to understand or use. the ear buds are perfect though he loves them.

the app does not appear to be compatible with Android... cannot connect the watch to the Bluetooth using the Tikkers app. Also cant leave feedback via the app if you don't have the it connected to the app. I will be seeking a refund for this watch

Not great - the app is glitchy; will not allow the Watch Face to be customized (error message each time) and the watch itself keeps resetting to the wrong date / time. Took a while afternoon to pair the watch to the app as it wouldn't pick it up via Bluetooth. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app to see if that will make a difference. At the moment I feel like returning the watch as it's not fit for purpose unfortunately.

Bought less than a week ago and so far unimpressed with the Tikkers Series one watch and the app. The step count seems wildly inaccurate and changes from the display on the watch at the end of the day, and the amount on the app in the morning. My daughter's steps for yesterday is showing at -4377, not sure how she managed that! Tried to submit a report on the fault on the app but that function doesnt work either. Currently considering getting a refund and buying another brand.

The watch does not have a single face that has a day/month/year display that has a digital time format. The app would not add a picture, it just says push watch face failed. I know the watches are cheap but this is so poor. No way to download and add a custom face. Heart rate monitor only works when you go to the option in the menu (on the watch), overwise it just shows HR as 0. Tikkers 13 watch will most likely end up in the bin, and the app deleted.No way to wake the watch up from the screen.

At first I had one for my daughter and it synchronised fine. Then I got one for my son and managed to get his working too. Now, my daughter's watch isn't showing the right time anymore and the app won't connect to either of them! I've reinstalled three times, allowed all of the permissions, even though I managed to do it with everything denied before, and it just won't find them. Literally put the watch on my phone to make sure it's close enough to find and it won't pick any up.

I like the app and the watch, it is simple and easy enough to use, but I am unable to report a problem through the app. Either network error or can not enter data in required fields I an issue where bulk steps are being recorded at 12am each day. I woke up this morning and recorded 28k steps!

Very Poor Software. Everytime the device is charged the next day starts at the days before steps end. Also there is menu items missing on the watch. I've accepted all permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled and reset both app and tracker. Regret this purchase as my child constantly asks how has he done so many steps when he had only just put it on or why his brothers has more menu options when they have exactly the same watch, which are questions I cannot answer.

best app ever lets you control your Tikkers device

App was working fine for 3 weeks. Then it stopped collecting data. Now I can't open the app at all on my phone. I have tried countless times to uninstall and reinstall the app but still can't get it to work! Any advice?

Very nice app and smart watch for kids

Good to keep healthy, and to know how much you run. But what conserns me is that the reminders change to alarms. But from that, good app.

I just got the app and I love it :) Some things that would make it even better would be if you could text people and delete pictures on the watch.

The app seems to keep running in the background despite my best efforts. I have force stopped it but within seconds the app pops up again in the head bar. How do I stop this please.

Really great I have had the smartwatch app for about a year and no problems it follows the time on your phone (only if it is connected) No adds at all 💯% sure it is worth downloading it...

A bit fiddly to set up. Brought this for my grandson who is 6. he loves it! constantly checking his steps and going through the watch to check his activity. a good purchase for a youngster.

A great little no frills app that tracks calories, steps and sleep - exactly what I need it for.

Really useful! I had some problems but later on they fixed it in one day! So many great features and I especially love the sleep feature :) Just one question, how would you count your calories???
