I find this game is entertaining. Ive played similar games. However, this game is pay to play. We all know as a free player, or even a player on a limited budget, you will have to work extremely hard to keep up with paying players. i spent about $50 a week in the begining and still got left behind. Now progression is at a standstill. For a fun game that wont max your credit card download Top Heroes, you can earn crazy amounts of free stuff and only need to buy boosts here and there!!!

Ads deceiving, it's okay, not fully a pay to win, but you have to grind hard to keep up. This is not a war game. Well not your typical war game. you don't have a different troop tiers, as in infantry, Calvary, archery and siege, as in other similar games. Many play thinking of killing, but keep in mind there's no rankings for kills, no rankings for kills or battles won.

I've been hopelessly addicted to this game for over 3 months. There is always some activity to do, but it's casual enough to play idly. People call it pay-to-win, but the matchmaking is set up where you can still have fun challenging other free-players. Any money paid in is worth it for how active the development and customer service is. No ads!

I myself am just done with games that lie to people with their ads to start. They show off something pretending to be stylized and neat, flaunting awards for art style (which I then discover is likely ai-generated.) I try it out to be sure I'm not just believing other reviews and it genuinely is the same exact cookie-cutter cash grab survival game out of the dozens you can pluck off the shelf. To top it off, any constructive review is answered by a bot so nobody's listening to you anyway.👎

Fun game, good content and a pretty decent progression system. However, with that being said, the pay two win in this game is on a whole other level. Once you reach the mid to end game if you arent spending $15-$50 weekly, you start falling behind at a pace I have never seen in any other mobile game like this. Its seriously 20% the pace of anyone that swipes their credit card. So be warned you are in for a slow and methodical journey if you are free to play gamer.

Misleading Ads - Not What's Shown The ads for this game are very misleading. The gameplay shown in the ads makes it look like a simple survival or puzzle-style game, but once you install it, it's actually a typical alliance-based city builder with timers, upgrades, and PvP mechanics. The ads don't accurately represent the real gameplay at all. If you're expecting what's shown in the videos, you'll be disappointed. It's not a bad game, but the advertising is definitely deceptive.

So first, this game isn't like the ads, or the pictures in the app store. It's got some fun characters. But after you upgrade to level6, you gain access to the world map. last time I played a game like that I was attacked way too often. A zombie game implies I'll fight zombies, not other players. I struggled with that too long with a different game. so, I'm noping out right here.

Advice for the devs: Don't lie about what the game is about. I thought I was getting a cozy apocalypse game with some base building, but this is a cookie cutter survival game and I wouldn't have downloaded it because of the lie. The character design is boring and reminds me of other games. Try to stand out and be creative. Don't copy paste the style and game mechanics. It's not terrible for what it is, but it's disappointing to be lied to.

it's a nice game, I so enjoy it. my biggest complaints are 1. some of the upgrades like the research center and the furnace are too long. it shouldn't be more than 2 days and that's pushing it. 2. some stuff has no info/instructions so it's hard to do. I don't want a super easy game but I don't want one that's super hard/next to impossible to play.

it's essentially the same as certain other games...and none of them hold my interest either. same concept, right down to the bones. advertisement showed Originality. shame the dev and advertisement teams can't deliver on what is shown. cute lil city and an undergrowth. I was looking forward to delving into that world. but no, nothing like that whatsoever. seriously, people are taking far too many liberties with what is shown compared to what's actually given. Truly a disappointment!

pretty much the same as whiteout survival, just a different story line and a few game mechanics are different. but the heros, exploration, world layout and everything are pretty much the same. there are a few perks and more random activities like solving random arguments and becoming friends ds with the villagers. over all its decent. if you want to compete with other players that spend way too much money and slater everyone you'll have to spend a little money.

Its fun, until you reach around 1m power, then it becomes pay to win. Progress slows, and there is too much going on, so you run out of resources quickly. Besides getting your rewards raided, but no option to retaliate to the other player, and i've never been given an option to raid other players rewards, so thats 100% umbalanced to me. They push so many in game purchases, its actually ridiculous. It would have potential, if it didn't have greed written all over it.

Ads do not give accurate representation of game or gameplay. Update: if I could take away the last star, I would since it's clear the developers don't actually read the reviews left. I never said I like it. I said the ad wasn't representative of actual gameplay. That's false advertisement. Extremely disappointed in game and now in the developer.

I like it however it hits dead spots where you have to stop and let resources build up. Top Alliances run the game and will make sure you join them or can not play. They take it VERY SERIOUSLY and it makes it no fun for a very casual player like myself. I am going to delete the game and find something else less competitive. It's beyond ridiculous.

Why have your game tagged as a single-player game if I eventually HAVE to join an alliance if I want to get anywhere. I only downloaded this game because it was advertised as being a single player base builder game, but just like every game in this category it seems, it's a heavily co-op/pvp game that if you try to play solo, you either get your base attacked by people who no-life this game, end up having to do twice as much stuff to get remotely close to progressing, or spend $$$. Uninstalling

This is that same game you've played with 20 different titles. Build buildings, level and gear heroes, do busywork. Granted, this feels a bit more polished. However, there's embaracingly few heroes. A couple blue quality, a few legendary, and eight or so epics...in which to fill 4 five hero teams. Also, the advanced hero pool only has 2 of the 5 legends. The others are all real money only.

Absolutely nothing like the ad. NOTHING! I maybe could have tolerated the game, but it's one of those co-op games where you have to attack other people's settlements. Those games are awful (my opinion) no wonder they have to literally LIE to get downloads. The app store should delete these liars games, maybe then they'll learn to be truthful.

it's exactly like the other survival games but with cute graphics instead of insanely really ones. the first 5 days you're following a storyline and getting settled in, it's ok and even fun. right after those 5 days the storyline drops, you're bombarded with events, purchases, do this, do that and there's not really any goal for it so then it lost some of it's appeal. I really wish games would be exactly like their ads, and if not the developers got in trouble for all the false advertisements.

As a former State of Survival player, I want to warn everyone: This game is just a re-skinned version with very minor changes, and even most of the character names are the same. This game company, Funplus, starts slow, at first you'll think it's just a dollar or five to buy nice things, and as the game progresses they start throwing ridiculous priced things on your way and it becomes strictly pay 2 win. Some people spent over 1 million dollars on SoS. Stay away.

Im SO sick of all of these developers that put out ads that are completely misrepresenting the gameplay on their apps. This game is absolutely NOTHING like the ads that showed up on other games I play...what a waste of a download this was. Very disappointing. Edit: yes, that's quite the canned response. IDGAF what your game has to offer "beyond" the ads, I want the game that was advertised IN THE ADS. Jackasses.
