I can't use after pay on you app or your website, I can earn rewards but I can't use them? I can't use any promo codes on the app even though most of the promo codes are app exclusives. Both your app and your website are ridiculous to use. I finally got an order to go through on the website but it will be the last one until something gets fixed here.

it'd be cool if the listing showed the actual price of the item. If it says it has 60% off, then why is it only 30% off during checkout.

I had a super shady and misleading experience,I downloaded this app because the website said if I download i get 10 percent off, but when I did it said item didnt qualify for discount. That is a very shady way to get customers to install an app and then not deliver on the discount because its not ideal for you guys to discount certain products.

Do not use this shopping mall. They emailed that my package was delivered but there was no package. After I talked to them, I reordered exactly same items and waited for getting refund but it's been a month since I talked to them but haven't gotten refund. Literally I spend my money twice for this and item quality wasn't good.

I would give 0 stars if I had the option. This app is the worst shopping app I've ever used. I love the store shopping experience and products but this app is a nightmare. Constantly reloading and waiting for it to reload. Refreshing page. I try to search one thing, such as white jeans, and it takes me to a page of jeans. I click on one I might like and then try to go back one page to see the list to keep looking and it takes me to the beginning. How embarrassing 😅 for Tilly's.

Tilly's is a sneaky company. Here's how. Every time, and without fail when I add an IN STOCK item to the cart, soon as I start checking out, it magically says no longer available and wants to ship instead. That's another issue I have, how do you stay in business charging for shipping almost nobody does that these days. Def sneaky. Definitely bad business. You know what you're doing, Tilly's. But you don't fool me

I downloaded the app and once I signed in, it doesn't load anything so im not able to see any of the pics of the clothes

Avoid Tilly's like the plague. 4 online order 'errors'. CS rep said this was a known glitch but Tilly's insists it's user error. Now $200 (on orders that DIDN'T go thru) tied up at bank for a week. CS rep convinces me to dl app and open an account because app doesn't have glitch. Guess what? It did, and another $50 tied up. Tried to close account. No way, except to EMAIL CS for instructions. No response except 'we'll get back to you in 24. 6 days and waiting...

I love the actual store, but this app is so bad. Super laggy, i tried to buy a shirt and after thirty minutes i gave up. Constantly reloading and lagging, would give 0 stars if i could. If you eant something from tillys, go to the store instead 😭

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review in my life, but using this app was so stressful that I eventually just gave up, it is the slowest most confusing app I have ever used and I suggest you don't waist your time on it.

When you make filter for men's t-shirts and filter out your brand and size and then when you click on a t-shirt and hit Arrow back it resets the whole filter and every time they're trying to click on something the top just keeps on changing up and down so you're clicking on everything this website was poorly made and also the app

Trying to reset password and I can't seem to receive an email through the app. I tried to browse and set color filters and it won't give me any options to select.

App works decent but it always re-adjusts after scrolling through a page so you usually end up accidentally clicking onto a non-desired product, wishlists don't save

I don't like how you legit have to have $15 of items when it's over $20 - $30 with adding shipping and tax. but otherwise the products are good.

best clothing. great designs. tons of exclusive clothing you won't find anywhere else. awesome prices when it comes to sales and deals.

I ordered this already this morning and my order did not go through even though I paid and went to the end of the process. I then signed out and checked my order status and it was not there. No order.

Hard to navigate.. easy to get lost. Good quality clothing but online in the app it will glitch out and crash.

The app is absolutely trash try to search something it crashes, refine a search crash, tap on the wrong icon crash any little thing causes this app to crash

Clunky. Takes you all the way back to the main page if you ever hit the back key. Constantly jumps and moves on Android.

Horrible app!!! I was trying to buy Christmas presents and the app blocked me at checkout. I'm trying to spend my hard earned money, and they block me? At least they didn't get my money. I'll spend it elsewhere.
