Tims App continues to need a drastic overhaul. as far from being able to actually scan and pay in one fell swoop with your phone, mine will not allow me to do so. so I've resorted to ordering online and picking up through drive-thru window, which does work fine. another issue is the new Tim Hortons roll up to win area. it always says my roles are sticky as they build up and build up and I can't reveal them. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and everything else and nothing seems to happe

Nice new feature where you just take our money when ordering delivery online or in the app. The order just processes indefinitely. Out $25 between two orders with no refund insight as they decided it was "delivered" not sure who got that because it wasn't me and it shows the order is still being prepared. Interesting. I'm out. Keep your mediocre donuts.

Mostly user friendly - however I hate the new update! I want a favorites tab back - I dont care what I recently ordered - there is not many things I consistently order the same - except the 4 drinks I only get once every 2 weeks for a group of people and so it never saves in my "recently ordered" and now I have to take the time to find the list and enter it all in manually. When I had it added to my favorites before.

Interesting new feature: when confirming the other, you'll be told the store doesn't have the items you want, then it will think a bit longer and change its mind. Ongoing issues: no matter what payment method you select, the app will "forget" your selection and try to get you to buy stored value on the Tims Card. And, even if you order the same thing at the same time, every day, you need to jump through 10 screens to place the order.

It's been a work in progress over the years. I can't seem to apply for the MasterCard through the app because it won't accept any images of my ID it requests. Took a long time to add bread selection to the breakfast sandwiches to order ahead. I didn't even know it had been updated with that until I decided to look through it. I mainly just used it for the digital version of my card because my aunt took the physical copy. I do like using scan & pay when I actually order in the drive thru.

So so app. Now the word challenge game has a limit on the amount of times you can play the game. This was not there before. Usually around 4-5 games. Is this a setting? Downgraded the app. Lost all my points and roll up the trim offer. Points were not expiring. Terrible customer experience. And no. I am going to some number to speak with someone. Probably will delete the app and buy coffee elsewhere. * Tried logging in again and the same results. Points gone free stuff from R&R deleted. App gone

Overall terrible app. The biggest issue I've had so far is with the mobile order option. First of all, there's no way to know when, or if, your order is ready after you place it. Not only that, but if they're out of what you ordered there's no inventory notifications either before or after you order. You also don't get a 'ready by' time, and there's no way to cancel the order once you place it. I placed an order and had to go back twice to get it, and it wasn't even in their system either time.

missing a ton of items which makes it difficult to use. for example, there's no chili in the app despite it being available in store. additionally, some items force you to select crispy chicken (such as bowls) despite slow-cooked chicken being an option. this appears to change during the day despite slow-cooked chicken still being available in store. none of this would be major issue if it wasn't for the fact that they force you to order ahead in the app to benefit from the double reward promo.

I like not having to speak my orders, to take my time mid-decision, and see the price before deciding anything. And Roll Up The Rim is done well! My main issue is confidence I'm ordering from the right location. I wish a map showed for each, or at least distances on the main search page rather than having to click through to verify. Street name isn't enough due to so many Tim Hortonses around! Also, more stores need to check the mobile queue more often. And have a "pick up here" sign!

Honestly pretty solid and straightforward app. Only issue so far is if there's an error, like you scan for $100 order and it only accepts the $2 order after that. Rare thing And, again, honestly, they are trying and bring many daily or weekly updates that are good or beneficial. Roll Up the Rim has a digital component now, automatic extra roll up's depending on the items ordered. They're also fair -- if a girl wins a coffee but doesn't drink coffee, they will sometimes allow a hot chocolate😄

I like the app. I think the point redemption method is a little awkward and I would prefer if every item just had a listed points cost rather than needing to choose a "reward level". I like playing the NHL challenge, but sometimes I forget to. I would appreciate push notifications that remind me before the games start, especially while I'm on a streak.

This used to be an easy app to use but lately the "improvements" are making it harder to navigate. The biggest issue with this app is stores not having items available when ordered and paid for on the app. There is no automatic refund and trying to get the refund is not straight forward arbitrary should be. The change in how points work is only a good thing for Tim's and not customers.

The app is not well configured at all for placing orders. None of the combo/trio offers are accessible through the app. Additionally, many of the basic drinks/items do not appear in the app. Unless you are ordering just a basic coffee, the fact that every item is charged at full price without combo pricing literally punishes you for using the app by consistently over charging you when compared to what you would pay by ordering at the cash.

First, there is no option for cold drink choosing ice level (No ice, less or more). Second, good to have individual Tim shop number display in front of the shop to avoid uncertainty of location (some Tim shop very close each other). Third, when an offer happened, that would be great if directly placing an order from that particular offer (don't have to switch back and forth check correct item).

The new app change sucks. They took away most of the pick up time increments. Now when I show up to pick up have to press "prepare now" and then the app freezes and locks up. Going to McDonalds for coffee now tired of having to wait every time. Then TDL group sends you a link to help with your problem....but it goes to a FAQ section that doesn't cover the issues I'm having and can't reach out to a real person. Definitely going elsewhere.

Only recently became a Tims customer; and the more I shop here the more unhappy I become. The in store kiosks constantly don't accept anything except gift card payments, which you don't find out until the very last step of trying to place an order. The mobile apps menu is missing tons of options you'd normally get instore, like certain flavor syrups in drinks. And now I find the app ONLY accepts cc payments via googlepay. I can't pay for my order when I pick it up at the store?Absolute trash.

When it works, online ordering is great as long as you like basic coffee. I would love to be able to order a Canadian maple but whatever. Biggest problem is, every update logs me out and has to log me in via email confirmation. I get the email but every time I click the link, it wont open in the app. It will open the mobile site. And every time I try to open the app, the whole process starts over again. It's going to make me transfer to McDonalds.

One issue is that if the store doesn’t have what you ordered on the app, you are forced to choose something else you don’t really want. There should be a way to refund your money if they don’t have it. Also, some stores aren’t even watching for app orders to come in so you have to wait until they discover your order so you are probably waiting even longer and not saving any time. Perhaps stores should have one person dedicated to mobile orders only.

Jan 20/26 -For the most part works as it should. 1 thing I can't stand is buying products at a location, heading to said location and finding out the product has been discontinued awhile ago and/or is unavailable. Also, mishap with the app today. I attempted a mobile order twice and got an error message 2x. Seen the products in my cart still. I checked my bank account, it charged me same amount 2x, yet order didn't process. I still have another ordeal like this still from >month ago unresolved.

I just want to look at the menu. Ideally I want to look at a menu without starting an order. but even starting an order doesn't work. I select the store then it judt freezes on a pop-up saying changing stores may chance prices or availability or something. but then doesn't let me view any products. it shouldn't be this difficult. Common problems like this cause your customers to go elsewhere because of lack of information and being frustrating.
