It was fine when it was working, but now it's unusable. It keeps telling me my login info is incorrect, despite me being able to login to the desktop website, using the exact same information, with no issue. I even tried resetting the password, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing my cache, no results. And there isnt even an option to contact support.

This comes with so many issues. My employees can't login when they get logged out. I reset their password and then they get the error message of wrong username/password. Other issues, is they are unable to clock in and the only option it gives them is "End Break" even though they were able to clock in/out just fine the day before. Support is contacted and the only options they say is to "clear the cache" or "uninstall and reinstall the app", "tell me more information with screenshots". How about the developers look into the issue and find out why so many users are having these issues. We shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order for it to work. How many other apps do we have on our phones that do NOT require that as a solution when it is down. People who use the app want to know that solutions are being looked into to fix the app and to make it better. There are so many 1 star reviews, and now I understand why.

Cannot log in at all. Previously timed out when I opened the app, had my boss reset my password (because of course an employee can't do that without logging in first, that makes sense), and now I get "wrong username/password" every time. My username/password is correct, I can log in on the website, just not the app. Unfortunately the website doesn't work either, so it's only good to reset my password for myself over and over. Mediocre app when it works, useless when it doesn't.

There's a small button on the lower right that if you press it, it approves your whole time card. Convenient right? Well, since there's no confirmation prompt when pressing it; accidental presses can make you unable to correct any days that were entered wrong or even log in hours on the final day of the pay period . TWO times this has happened already and it is incredibly frustrating.

Had to use this for a sub contractor, what a waste of time and effort. Works great on Apple and that's it, non apple glitches and crashes. Made me stop using the contractor. No one answers questions. More work than pen and paper underwater. Not user friendly, like other apps. But people stand by this app but I don't. Point and click not page, another page, another page.

Bare Bones, hardly any functionality at all. When you first launch the app it asks you if you'd like to use gps functionality. There is no way to ever change or see that option again. You can't set a default location to clock in so you have to use a tiny unresponsive drop down list every time. Sometimes the app crashes over and over and you have to reinstall to clock in. This honestly feels like a highschool project, someone's first app ever.

Have to close and reopen it, sometimes more than once or twice, to get it to function. How about a "refresh" button? Occasionally, after a punch in/out, it just sits there, I don't know if it took it or not, it doesn't go to the confirmation screen, so I have to go through the close/open routine again to see if I'm clocked in.

This app works when it doesn't log you out for now reason. I've had this app for maybe 4 weeks now, and all of a sudden before my final week, it logs me out with zero explanation, and all the info I used before suddenly doesn't work? When trying to reset my password, it suddenly has zero info on me and I can't get back in. Thank God this is my last week of work. I'm not using this garbage app again

This app is terrible. Half the time the system is down and sometimes it won't recognize punches. I would rather clock in by chiseling the date and time on a piece of slate twice a day using nothing but my teeth. However, the color scheme is very relaxing for when the awful programing drives me to the brink of mental collapse, so two stars.

Does not display whether last action was Clock In at -- or Clock Out at --. I have clocked in/out twice in a row sometimes. When I do make an error, I cannot edit it. I have to email accounting dept so they can make adjusments. Also, timesheet does not update or refresh promptly. I have turn app off/on or hit Refresh symbol multiple times. I find this app very clunky and poorly designed.

I can't even sign in to my account. No matter how many times I get in touch with my company's tech support, the issue is never fixed. And the fact that y'all don't have a forgotten password option is a little absurd. That would be a heck of a lot easier than this run around that I'm in now!!!! How am I suppose to keep track of my hours if I can't sign in!!!!

Constantly logs me out, almost every single time I want to clock in/out I've got to login again. Sometimes I've even been logged out while I'm using it. No remember me/biometrics for convent login. It will not tell you if you're currently in or out, and it won't stop you from hitting clock out even if you're already in. Time off Request doesn't even have a non-PTO option. Hopefully it's nice for the employers, because the employee app is terrible!

This app was a lifesaver because it was so easy to clock in and out. However, it somehow logged me out and won't allow me back in. There's no way to do a reset on the app so it has now been rendered useless. There were times I would go to clock out and the screen would be blank. I'd have to swipe out of it completely and try again. Some of the advertised pictures above, I've never seen on the app. I guess it doesn't matter as I can no longer use it.

App keeps stopping. Occasionally yet frequently, app does not record out time so you have to check the timecard to see if it registers. If it doesn't register I have to record a new time in and type in the space a note about either the time or some other note so the bookkeeper is aware the app messed up.

Great app, I would honestly recommend it to anyone who wants to simplify all the basics when it comes to scheduling, time off requests and reminders if an employee may have forgotten to clock in for their shift. It's a very easy to use scheduling app and employees don't even have to call to ask for their schedule, once the schedule is made it sends an alert to all employees and also with send an email for employees to be able to recieved the schedule. Also alert to dropped shifts.

The new updates are incredible. I can access my paystubs, W-2s, schedule, timecard, and other documents all on my phone. I can even submit a time off request. My employer allows us to use our phone to clock in and out so I even have that available. Everything in one app. Awesome. It is so much easier than the 3 different logins I used to have for everything. The only thing the mobile app can't do is allow me to update my direct deposit information and address. I have to log in on a web browser to do that. Really cool.

Every single time I open this app it is just a blank screen that never loads. I have to close it and try again multiple times before it randomly displays the clock in/out options. Before making this review I read other reviews and found that several people have the same issue. Avoid this app if you are considering it, its a clunky mess.

I like the app, but there is a fatal flaw that is making us reconsider using this system. We are a construction company and need to do job costing. We enabled filtered clock prompts so employees do not see the entire list of jobs and will only see the jobs that relate to them. However, our employees enter their hours in the timesheet tab. They do not clock in/out. Apparently filtered clock prompts do not work when an employee edits their own timesheet which makes the filtered prompts useless.

Keep kicking me off and says incorrect username and or password when I try to log in. This is the 2nd time it's done this in the past 30 days. There's no option to recover the login information and it's extremely frustrating 😑

It would be a fantastic app if it didn't constantly crash and give log in errors. I waste so much time manually inputting people's times because of this. Would be great to have a time clock correction request tied to the app so I can just hit approve.
