Pretty good interface except I don't see a way to pay for the lifetime access which was $20. I know they raised their yearly price to $10 now which is why i thought it would make more sense to just pay the $20...the website doesn't offer much in terms of support. It doesn't even show their subscription options. Just a way to delete devices and nothing else.

I love TiviMate it's one of the best I've used. The ONLY complaint I have, well it's not really a complaint more of a suggestion. It would be GREAT if you guys could find a way to add some sort of Sync ability at least for those of us with the paid version. It would be wonderful when you have it on multiple devices if you could just sync all of your content rather than having to manually add everything to each device you have it installed on. But other than that it works great and always has.

Installed the app and paid for annual membership...set up username and password. Had a few technical issues when trying to sync companion with my devices so I contacted support through the email provided. They were helpful, the only thing I wish they could improve on is answering emails sooner. Had to wait a full day or two before getting a reply every time. Other than that.....a great media player.

What happened to My Lifetime Subscription?! This happened to me and friends of mine. All the sudden I try to log into my Companion App and I am asked to renew the so called "Lifetime Subscription" that I purchased. This has not only happened to me but 2 other friends of mine, both of whom I have spoken to minutes before writing this review and both of them are having thee same exact issue. Why would you offer a Lifetime Subscription and then ask for a more expensive price just 3 years later?!

The absolute best player available. For those saying that it buffers. It's merely a player and the buffering isn't because of the app, it's because of your service. For those saying the companion app does nothing, it's a vehicle to subscribe to the app and manage your devices. For those saying there are no instructions, there are countless Facebook/reddit/discord support groups to help you get the most out of it. It is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than anything available

paid lifetime sub. Reinstalled, can't log in to the reinstalled app. there are 6 different tivimates on PlayStore, downloaded tried login and uninstalled all of them. I might throw this $50 away and use a free app. anything must be better. also most of these 6 tivimate have adds sneakily pointing you to the IPTV they are selling, and on most the QR to use phone to enter doesn't work right so it takes time to enter all the login info.( no problem logging into my paid account on my computer)

Exceptional. By far one of the best IPTV players. I only have 1 MAJOR concern. There needs to be an option to have more than 5 devices. I am an TewndyScreeen IPTV Affiliate and I need to be able to have my clients pay for access and have multiple accounts on 1 account that I manage for my clients. Please, somehow of the owners see this review contact me ASAP. I cannot use another Gmail account on my same device either. As far as I can tell there is no workaround.

How I didn't get this app sooner. I have been using and trying a lot of diferent apps for IPTV on my fire stick and I was always blaming the provider. Since purchasing this app I haven't had any issue. No loading screens no EPG issues nothing. Amazing app. Thank you.

best iptv player out there, but I just bought a Kinhank G1 with Android 14 TV on. I can't record to a thumb drive with this newer OS. I get error "You don't have an app to do this". Have looked everywhere, no answer found. help!

was working great. I loved the app but since renewing my sub a couple of weeks ago its just keeps failing for me and friends. have multiple devices and it will work for a day then not connect but other apps work fine. devs dont seem to care you have any issues so would suggest you try and look elsewhere as just not worth the money these days. customer support is non existent as well. sorry one star from me

Great IPTV player so far.. Need an update for download subtitles from online. Like Implayer has in the app.

I have been trying for the past 3 days to reset my password. I have emailed them, whatsapp them, and all they give is advice of using the forgot password on the login page. I have tried this option many times, but no reset emails are in my inbox. I'm starting to regret purchasing this app. After a few days of waiting they now eventually have sent me the update password email. Therefore I have to change my rating even though it took them so long to resolve it. The app itself is wonderful!!!

My 7 day trial of premium has ended and now I would like to pay for the lifetime membership. Google play is only giving the option to pay for the monthly membership. How can I switch to the lifetime membership option? If that's not an option I'm just canceling altogether.

The guy saying there's 6 different tvimate players. you want the one from armobsoft. btw this isn't it, this is the TVIMATE Companion that you install on your phone so that you can pay the subscription fee for using the player. The other guy saying he can only install the player on one device. You can install it on 5 different devices. You have probably used all 5 on old firesticks etc. You need to deactivate the ones on old devices by logging in on the TVIMATE website and g

Tivimate is great but please offer an option for 1 device and a cheaper price. Also why cant i just pay an in app purchase through Google play. if be willing to buy a single license for under $20

It's pretty good on tv, but I can not use it on my mobile. when ever I open the app on my phone, it goes to this page where it says refresh and it shows only one device my tv where I can use it only. but not the phone

Great player never a problem and loading apps is really easy. I've been a user for almost 3 years and have not had any issues.

just unlocked the premium version and nothing is showing. Keeps saying how we are experiencing a high volume. Time to cancel my premium service

excellent player. please please please, consider cloud backup like in OTT Navigator. you get 5 users on premium but it is quite silly to walk around the house setting each manually

slow motion video on Google Chromecast tv but sound is accurate. talked to support and no reply for weeks. paying a subscription for nothing.
