I've never seen anything worse. First time I subscribed, I allowed auto-renewal subscription but to my dismay, I got debited and yet had no access to content. I complained numerous time but eventually, after 2 months got a refund and promise of one month free access as compensation and assurance that bugs have been fixed. 3 months later, nothing received. Again, 2nd Jan 2023, they debited me twice and to my dismay again, no way to reach the customer service. Don't know what to do now
I paid for a monthly HD subscription and ever since I can't watch anything and the app hasn't registered my subscription (even though the payment was already deducted). I contacted customer service and not only did they not help, they stopped answering altogether after a while. Overall this app is a complete sham and the customer service is an absolute joke.
money stealers, they will discontinue one plan suddenly, force you to take a new one and then continue to double bill for both plans, and then if you request for a refund even after they acknowledge their error, they won't refund stating money was taking through Google play so it's not within our policy.
one of the worst streaming apps I've ever used, I logged out of the app after the first half ended, and in the second half, there was a malfunction error, preventing me from watching the match. There was also no customer service, only automated responses. The beIN network must stop asking people to subscribe until they provide a service that meets users' expectations. it's a shame
I subscribed to TOD using my mobile SIM card, and $7 was deducted from my balance. However, I have not received access to the service, nor did I receive any activation link or confirmation.
Honestly, my experience with the TOD app was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Right after I subscribed and they charged my account, the subscription didn’t activate. Every time I tried to watch something, the app kept asking me to subscribe again, even though I had already paid. After waiting two full days until the issue was finally fixed, things got even worse. Whenever I tried to watch any live stream on my TV, the app would crash or show an error and force me to restart it. It was extremely
very bad experience and too much application problems, on the tv you need to delete the app and download it again every time so you can log in and now i subscribed for the AFCON subscription and they deduct the money already and I'm not able to use the subscription and no customer support all the solutions on the application are silly and useless, no response from the technical team ... i really regret paying the subscription and i will cancel it
A BIG SCAAAAAAM Guys, just a small tip for whoever is thinking about subscribing, this app is a big scam. I have subscribed in one of their package for AFCON through the Google play and the transaction was successful. Yet, nothing was synced with the app. I have been trying to reach their support team without any success and I've been waiting to get their reply. U R SCAMMERS.
Terrible service and unacceptable support. I paid for an AFCON Egypt matches pass, the payment was successfully charged, but the subscription was never activated in the app. I contacted customer support multiple times, and all responses were irrelevant copy-paste replies about VPN and geo-restrictions, completely ignoring the real issue: the service was never delivered. They replied only after the match had already passed, making the subscription useless. Thankfully, Google Play issued a refund.
A bit slow on Android TV and needs better optimization. The main downside is that you can’t change the account email online (neither in the app nor on the web), which feels outdated compared to other well-designed apps. On the plus side, football streaming is clean and stable. I’m really enjoying AFCON 2025 and looking forward to the 2026 World Cup on TOD. Sports content is great, but movies and series are weaker than the competition—TOD would be better if focused mainly on sports.
Charged $30 on 19 Dec for a one-month subscription, but access ended on 22 Dec and a second $30 charge was attempted. I wrote to their support team but for first time their response was unrealated to my issue. I applied for a new ticket to see how will they fix this.
Very poor app from BEIN sports. I would expect better from a huge network like them. The app on the TV is very slow and sometimes freezes and needs restarting. Sadly BEIN sports have a monopoly on sports in the MENA region so they don't care.
i send them a lot of suggestions about the app, such start from the beginning bouton wich is not working, also forward or comebcak is very slow
my subscription allows me to add 5 devices while I may stream on only one of them at the same time. when another device starts streaming while the first is on, the app disconnects the first!!!!
I purchased the one-time subscription for CAF matches, but the content is inaccessible. Despite reaching out to customer support, the issue remains unresolved. At this point, it feels like a scam service. Do not recommend.
I don't recommend anyone to use this app. I paid for a one-time pass for AFCON, and after that, I only got an error 6006 on all the streams. Tried asking customer support, but they don't reply to you. Worst experience ever!!
It always logout before Saturday premier league matches and ask you validate your account. And today, it logout out and i cannot login in, because the login page doesn't work. And they don't refund for technical problem. And to make things worse, there is no one to talk to, only a bot in their website which doesn't help at all. Don't pay for this service.
Absolutely awful company. DO NOT BOTHER. Tonight, it literally doesn't work at all on any device. Error message pops up and there is no information how to fix and no customer to assist. In addition, on top of monthly subscription, all major events are additional. Olympics? Extra. World Cup? Extra. Euros? Extra. And at exorbitant amounts too not just a small add on cost. These events are also at times where there no major league games on. Nothing positive to say.
The idea is good & with the times of moving everything to flexible monthly subscription. However, they have not tested it thoroughly. They set it up to take the monthly payments but didn't test to see which people in which countries CANNOT access the content. Its really simple : if you know you are restricted from providing the content in one country do not allow your app to choose the monthly payment & accept it!!!! Also there is only automated customer service so you cannot complain to anyone
Completely ruined in new version for sports fans. Inexplicably, they have decided to put the score in huge font on the icon you have to click on in order to watch a match that has finished. So unless you are watching live then there is no point in watching. They also put time stamps at the bottom of the screen for every goal, so you can see when a goal is going to happen. Clearly designed by non-sports fans. Ridiculous. TOD used to be good!!
