Bought a premium package and trying to watch a series, but it keeps popping "Playback Failed" for the past 5 days. It showed error many times before but then got fixed by itself. But now what?

This app only wants subscription and when I subscribed it, It didn’t work at all. It didn’t even show the T20 world up! doesn’t even have half of the TV channels! worst app to watch!

terrible app. i have paid for subscription but still didn't get an OTP after waiting forever. don't waste money on this app. also they should get the HD version of the bundesliga. the picture quality of bundesliga is too bad on this app.

TOO MUCH ADS. why would there be ad if I'm paying for a premium version. there's no point in paying monthly if I'm seeing ad every time i click, no paid streaming apps gives ads in between like this

This app was already bad enough when the sports channel's half was locked behind pay walls. Such a good app. It provides us worthy entertainment channels with no buffering. thanks to the developers.

I bought a one day pack to watch the game on the road but it's saying it's processing payment for hours and hours. This is app in one word is horrendous. It is a crime against humanity to gift streaming privileges to absolutely mediocre apps like this but what can I even say. Also I'd like to add most of the positive reviews are probably from people associated with the app because no one in their might would give this anything above 2.0. That or they have never used stuff like this.

I paid 110 BDT for a 30-day subscription on Toffee app to watch the Asia Cup, but I can’t watch anything. Very poor service. I purchased their banglalink package with free access of toffee to watch kurulus osman and more. But the app service is not working now. When i open any episode of osman it shows playback error all the time and advice to connect with the internet 😂 even with the wifi it's the same result as before. How funny

Toffee is the worst streaming app! I paid to watch live cricket expecting an ad-free experience, but instead I was forced to suffer nonstop, irritating ads. This is nothing but cheating and pure greed. If we pay, why are we treated like free users? It ruins the whole joy of the match. Toffee doesn’t value customers and only cares about money. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star. A total waste of money and time — don’t waste yours on Toffee! Absolute thieves..😡😡

It has become much slower than before. The matches can’t be shown in real time anymore. I bought a subscription to watch the games, so why do I still have to see ads even after paying? The condition of Toffee is really bad now. Please fix these issues. (You have already understood what the problem is, now you should solve it. I don’t have time to send you any emails or make phone calls. You know exactly what the issues are, so work on fixing them.)

The app needs a UI/UX improvement for better navigation of movies, cartoons, and episodes. Please add 'Nick Kids' and 'Star Jalsha' channels as soon as possible. Also, optimize the app for low-end devices to prevent lag. Looking forward to the updates!

There is no way to contact support team for problem solving. Some episodes of web series like Kurulus Osman||Season 4||Episode 118 is not running or loading. We can't contact with support team to solve this type of problems. Theare must be a 24/7 support team

If possible, add reels videos inside the app and add every channel of drama. I think if you add these two things, people will use this app more.

This is a good app for entertainment. But almost everything in it has to be purchased. That is also okay, but if some more payment methods were added to this app, then it would be better. Like Nagad and etc.

unexpectedly buffering all the time...app goes slow down during watching shows or searching something...

Just horrible. Paid to watch EPL but 90% of the time on playday stream is offline or playback error, No vpn use, tried reinstall and web

I like live TV but it's not available. I want to all time all live on TV.
