Too good to be true. Took quite a few surveys, made a decent amount of points, then out of nowhere, I was logged out and couldn't log back in. Tried to reset password and had to contact them. They replied and told me my account had been untruthful in a survey or something along those lines. They kicked me out, was never able to redeem points for gift cards, I think it's somewhat of a scam. If they see someone earning quickly they may just shut down the account so they don't have to pay out.

This company is trash. I have been a member for a very long time and never had points expire. I had an issue with my account and couldn't log in, and support wasn't helping or answering my emails. After over a year of fighting to log in, my account was fixed. I lost over 15k points and have to start over. They said they had expired. I dont play that game! It was not my fault I couldn't log in. They took my points for no reason, and it's not stated anywhere they expire. Account deleted. KMA!!

Was using the app well for 2 years until now. Couldn't log into the app anymore. Sent a request and was told that I had answered survey that contradict profile or is not in term, but never told me what I did wrong? And my account was suspended. While I had points accumulated and gift cards that are still loading! This is unfair and frustrating. Waiting to see if they could tell me what I did wrong and will update.

I was able to complete surveys fine. Attempted to get a reward a few times but it never actually processed and the points just went back to my account. All the while, I was still doing more surveys. Now all of a sudden I can't log in. I'm sure they will claim I "violated" some term. Should have read the reviews before signing up. Don't waste your time.

Worked great for a while, as soon as I got to $10 worth of gift card points I couldn't log in anymore. I emailed customer support and they just told me to try resetting the password, which I'd done several times before and I finally had to ask if my account was still active, they replied that my account had been "flagged during a regular review of the database". Based on other reviews, it seems that when you get to an amount you can actual withdraw points with, you start having "account issues"

The app is freezing and not loading surveys. I can do one maybe every couple months because it is refusing to load. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the issues continue. I have a galaxy s20 and the most recent Android update. I'm not sure why it would not load properly. Will give 5 stars once this issue gets fixed. I would like to do more than one survey every month. The point is to be paid. I can't do it if it's not loading.

App quit working, kept receiving an error message, emailed Toluna and was told account was flagged during a review, and my account was closed, cannot be used or accessed anymore. No reason why, nevermind I've been a member for over 10 years, and had points accumulated. *Update: I was told as I didn't provide thoughtful or truthful answers, my account was closed. I've been allowed back on probation. At a complete loss as to what wasn't answered correctly.

Quite disappointed. I had signed up for this app awhile ago, and it never had any surveys for me. So I quit the app, and recently I got an email asking for me to make an account. I went and since I had one already, I tried to sign in. Changed my PW twice and still no log in. Emailing doesn't work because they resolve the issue without making sure it's resolved. I wouldn't waste my time with this app. Not worth the frustration. No help from customer service at all.

I cashed out on a reward and later got a notification that they could not process my request and my points would be returned to my account. I tried to log in to check if my points were back in my account, but now I can't log in. I kept trying to reset my password multiple times & hadn't received any emails. Edit: they cancelled my account for whatever reason and have blocked me from rejoining. I had over 200,000 points from doing the boot camp. Don't waste your time with this app/company!

Doesn't pay out. Don't waste your time. I won a gift card and they won't deliver. 25 dollar gc. Update 9-13-24. I tried contacting Toluna 5 or 6 times and never received any help. I uninstalled app and tried a couple of weeks later to reinstall. There is something seriously wrong with this app. Nothing works. Someone should be reaching out to me after all the attempts I made at contacting you about my gift card. There seems to be more bugs to fix now than before.

Went to log in and couldn't. Even tried a few different variations thinking maybe I had caps on by accident. Decided to reset and sent a request to reset the password. The Email never arrived. Sent Support ticket explaining the situation and got a email explaining the exact steps I had already taken. Sent an email explaining this. The account is now locked for "violating terms" as opposed to, say, "too many login attempts."I haven't done anything but try to log in and ask for help.

I installed the app as doing so would bring me a good number of points toward cash. The app was actively monitoring my shopping for nearly a year but I was never given any points for having it on my phone So, it's being uninstalled because what I was promised didn't happen. Anyway, who wants an app on their phone that's monitoring and recording all you do 24/7

30,000 points equals $10, so when you think about it, the payout sucks because you would have to spend several hours to make that. I had completed a survey that was worth 8,000 points. It was pending for a couple months. I figured I would be credited once they finished the study. Now it shows no credit for it, so they ripped me off. I've done other studies that I complete just to have it tell me they no longer need participants. This app is a joke!

I used this company years ago when it was web based. On a smart phone, the phone will misbehave . Some of the instructions are confusing in the landscape part that they want you to input data. So data is entry is screwed up and you go back to fix and it looks weird. Plus, I am stuck in another state due to circumstances beyond my control, and so I have been doing some other surveys, but I don't know this place well.

It keeps 'redirecting' but it doesn't do anything. The screen freezes up & I have to cancel the survey. It doesn't let me do any of the surveys, other than the two I got half way, I think & got redirected. At first it was because I didn't fit on what they were looking for but as I updated my profile I got less surveys & more issues. Also because I don't fit in apparently, they give you this 'survey' asking "If today is Monday, tomorrow must be"- last year was? To be redirected into nothing. STOP

Far below expectations. I have lost a total of 8000 points today alone due to various issues ranging from getting stuck at the tail end of a study to disappearance of the link to proceed in the study at halfway, to links not opening at all while loading for several minutes. After the numerous updates it seems this app won't be getting better anytime soon...... So frustrating. Not even a button to reload a stuck page like it is common in other popular apps.

gcash reward still not emailed to my account is has been 11 weeks has passed since redeeming and it is still not on my email. Have emailed you multiple times and always says it is solved but when I check my email it is not sent to my email at all. if you are trying to earn try other apps this one will make you wait and the support doesn't help much when solving the reward issues it only says the reward is on the way and will keep you waiting for nothing.

if you want to know how to waste time download this app. cannot even register. after entering email and password it says click I agree button in terms&conditions and privacy. don't try it it's not worth it because you are not going to find I agree button. I have read it everything but no I agree button. you cannot even register so it's just waste of time.

Good earning app! I received my tng reward and it really pays! the survey give a lot of points too. However, i give 4 stars only because i faced 2 issues. First issue was sometimes the app take so long to load when i opened it. this forced me to go to its website instead. The second issue was sometimes the reward took almost a month to arrive while it promises the reward will arrive at least 3 weeks later. Overall, this app is nice to use and i really recommend this app !

I made enough funds to cash out, then I got logged out for some unknown reason. I can't log back in, and the app keeps saying wrong password; I know it's not wrong. Then I tried password reset to my email. Still haven't got an email. Very Sketchy!
