Keeps locking me out for no reason. when called says I have changed device when I have not changed and I have been using the same device for 3 years already now. even after 'resolved the issue comes back again. I am very disappointed as I have been using this app a lot for my daily expenses. 5 times locked out in 2 months.
As an infrequent user of the app its a very frustrating experience. I visit Malaysia every so often so can't keep the same number for each visit. I had to phone customer services to enable the phone number to be changed. I did have some very frustrating glitches with the KYC facial recognition process but that now seems to be resolved.

There is a serious issue with the application. It constantly displays the message "You’re just a click away" and prompts me to "Complete your setup by verifying your email address. Check your inbox for the verification link." However, the verification link never arrives in my inbox. Perhaps I'm too far away in Planet of the Apes.
This app makes it easy for me to manage my TnG cards and make small payments. But, for my device, I have to reinstall and log in every time there's an update on the app. Clearing cache and data doesn't help. It's annoying.
the app itself is smooth and great, but there's no option for notification settings. you either get spammed with unnecessary promotion along with important transaction notifications, or nothing at all. it's a simple update so if this doesnt get implemented. i'll reduce the ratings until i get their attention overtime. Edit: got their attention. thanks. i'll improve the ratings once it's implemented.
The transaction page are not very clear. Very difficult to track my daily expenses if open this transaction page after 30 or 60 days. Some more, therefund of toll and parking payments are not that easy to process. Call center always say this is not thier task and must report to the carpark company. Then carpark company also its not thier task andust report to TnGoo. This one is like ball-ing customer around like playing soccer ball.

During making transaction, They take a long time to loading . End the end I cancel my E-wallet transaction and pay for the item in cash. I also check my internet network to make sure if it is my internet line has a problem but it is no.i try clearing cache and check again but still nothing happen.
LIKE IT SAYS " YOU NEED TO REGISTER " but when try I can't and I've been stuck over there forever. When i click " need help? " i click again on the ewallet user , then i want to update my email address but i can't click anything other than the " continue " like what am i supposed to do that's not my email
Stupidest app ever. The amount of security just to log in is ridiculous. Passkey, Fingerprint, OTP, and Facial recognition. Then for whatever reason, it says failed to log in at the last stage and I have to restart the process but I can't get anymore OTPs because it exceeded the daily limit. Seriously?? What a waste of time.
Please add more Notification categories between General and transactions. It's annoying that I cannot filter the notifications. 1 star until you fix this. Other wallets have this. Can't be that difficult to implement, right? EDIT: if you're just gonna respond with a copy/paste boilerplate reply, you might as well not bother replying.
Good set of features and generally works well - except for the random "Rooted device detected" false positives that have started happening in the last month or so. The popup telling people to factory reset their device and lose all their data is a really bad idea... please just fix or remove the root detection. Update: the reply that ignores the "false positive" part of the review is disappointing (this device is not rooted!), downgrading the review another star for that.
App is absolutely useless now. It was so good back then, life changing when I first got it, now it's useless. I can't even top up because of some stupid system bug that makes it unable to add any balance and just keeps saying "Something went wrong, try again" and I tried for 50 counted times. I had hopes for this app, but clearly, it's no use. My money is still stuck in this app, and I can't even take it out. I can't make payments via QR scan because it always says something is wrong.

Bad system. You have to enter OTP that doesn't send at all. One day it sent successfully. But then, it can only succesfully send OTP once a day 👎👎👎 I couldnt enter the app due to waiting for another OTP to reset my PIN, I need to wait 24 hours. What kind of system is this, trash. Pls fix this and use Indonesian ewallet application as a benchmark, so much better.
6/12/25 I can't find the right channel leave feedback, so I'm leaving it here. You should start looking into revamping or redesign your app UI. its becoming convoluted and its really hard to navigate around and look for specific thing. I want to gift a voucher but no idea where that is. 10/11/22 My tng was dormant for awhile and suddenly I'm not able to login. It took a bit of back and forth, and over 1 month but I got it back. TnG should provide a more convenient process for this.
Hi Support Team, There is a double deduction issue at certain toll booths where the toll amount is deducted from both the Touch n Go card and the eWallet. This has been happening for some time. Because of this, I've stopped topping up my eWallet, as any top-up is automatically used to deduct pending toll charges. Constantly requesting refunds is not a practical solution. Please fix this issue or clearly guide users on how to prevent it.
Annoying that unable to top up using my credit card( City bank). "Top up is unsuccessful "..Twice now (2 separate occasions) this had happening to me, was taught on how to rectify the issue by installing/reinstall, works the first time but not the 2nd time. not able to find answer on FAQ'S page. Annoying much because need to wait 2 working days for a response from CS. Other than that App works fine..
the problem keep repeating, I hate how this work. the app is already good but the login is so troublesome, it's so frustrating. it's crazy how many times I tried to log in but still can't. it always says, sorry sorry sorry bruh. this is hell. cant you just us a direct link to log in easily? we are no even hacker. this just making business longer. the problem solver not even solving anything. I hope you will consider this to give us a direct link to log in later in future. I'm still not log in.
