The vignette I paid for just vanished from the app. Thinking I might get fined, I had to buy another...then, after taking my money, it turns out now I have 2 vignettes. EDIT: "perfect" response. Find excuses and blame others for your app not working as intended instead of apologizing and fixing the problem. I know that the price is non-refundable, that's why the purchase should not magically disappear from the app, because that is the place you check, not the inbox with 100s of emails per week

App is simple to use and works smoothly, covers all the towns and cities we have visited in Romania, no problems with entering payment details and has good, clear confirmation messages. It doesn't allow you to pay for parking in advance which is a slight limitation, but overall it's well designed and effective

To much data required to fill-up to check a vehicle insurance validity. IMHO, just register plate/number must be enough!

Tpark uses location, so it should offer only park rates in that zone (in my case Tg Mureș, zone 0). I paid the parking to see later on that it gave me a parking ticket for zone 2. So, the parking was paid in the wrong zone, due to your application and I paid on top of it the fine for not paying the parking ticket. I gave two stars as it does also not keep the pin of the card, so I had to delete the card and re-enter it again. Extremely bad application design. Totally unsatisfied

The app is working fine, it's easy to register and work with it. I've only used it once and didn't have any issues installing and using it, which is good because using an app for the first time could sometimes be a daunting experience. 4 stars because there are some missing features that could make it a 5 star app. The missing features are: 1) options to park and pay for more than 1 h. 2) option to extend a car park before the active one expires. 3) google pay options

A couple of improvements would be nice: 1) the screen with the confirmation of the payment card might be omitted once you already defined a card. If the defined card expires, the payment is refused anyway, then you define a new one. This way, you limit the nb of screens until you finally pay (they are a few). 2) the predefined slots 1h, 2 h etc. are a nice addition, but please add 30 mins as well. 30 mins is possible (I paid 30 mins just now), but I'm scrolling too much to select the time.

Not working anymore: The application no longer sends the requests automatically using the default app, which was the case a while ago, but instead an SMS string is created which has to be sent using the Send button, manually. Upon sending it, that fails (Unable to send message). Ps: added a 5 star rating for the kind reply from the dev team!

For more than 3 months now the app doesn't allow you to pay by card, the main reason you want to use the app. Based on the answer from the developers, credit card payment is off because of the parking administrators! That is why I've updated the review to 3 stars. Only 3 stars because when credit card worked you had to many repetive steps to do for each payment. Also I expected a solution for CC payment: Client CC -> TPark buffer account -> Mobile operator. Hopefully things will be fixed soon.

Sadly does not offer a payment method other than SMS for parking in Zalău, Baia Mare, which is the whole reason I downloaded it. SMS only accepted from certain Romanian operators (Orange, etc). Ended up asking a friend to pay using her phone. Still all this app seems to do is send the SMS, seems pointless. I can do that from my regular SMS app.

After a long time of this app forcing you to buy 30 minutes minimum, they decided to give you the option to pay for whatever time you will park. Picking up the kids from kindergarten and school i had to constantly pay 30 minutes but then after the update i could've payed for what ever time i stayed in the parking lot. Now whoever is in charge decided to roll back this uptade and force you to pay 30 minutes minimum. Atleast before they gave you 15 minutes free per day, not any more.

First of all, if you want to add another card it is not possible. They only have the option to delete the card you have. Second of all, if you want to check or pay for a fine for a city you parked in and used this app,it is a chance that city it is not on the list. In my example, Brașov.

My experience with Tpark was marred by their refusal to accept my single-use debit card, accompanied by a vague explanation that did not align with my purchase intention.

Parking system designed to steal your money. At the local parking atm is cheaper than the app and you cannot buy more than 2h at a time, you cannot add time and if you want to extend your parking time you lose all time you already paid for. I had to pay 4:30h for 3h of parking.

Tried to pay with the app, but it couldnt process the payment fast and it said to wait for the email confimation (till this time ive waited more than 40mins?). During this time is my parking paid or not? So do i need to wait near the car? I have work to do, and if I pay by SMS and then the app somehow takes the money as well- I pay double. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Paid parking, didn't receive a confirmation message, therefore I had to phisically pay the parking again. Waiting to see if I'm going to be charged! LE: It happened in Sibiu. 2 days later and it seems I wasn't charged. Used this app in the past with no problems.

The app doesn't work properly. It only wants to make payments with half an hour free and i can't change the option. After the first payment, i can't add more time because only the first payment can have a free half hour.

I've been using it for a little more than a year now only for parking and it works good. You can pay through SMS credit, credit card, or for some cities you can use a call feature. I'm not going to enter into details with the features but they work good and they're simple to use. You can also pay taxes, get vignettes, pay tickets, and RCA. Never used those features i can't tell you how they work.

Best app to pay for parking in Romania and Hungary

Card payments need to be available. It's 2019,and the payment is still done through SMS. Card payments must be an option for this, you guys need to "up your game". SMS payments were great, 10 years ago.
