Well once you can get it to connect 🙄 Then it works easily, and quickly. I've used it through 3 separate phones now, as I'm (like me) you've had the frustration of a broken screen, or some God forsaken virus. One that virtually destroys your phone, and can lead to loss of photo's, or video's that can't be replaced. This piece of software can be invaluable in saving these irreplaceable memories !! I've shared them with my new phone, before it was even activated. Insuring I had them saved 💯

Ads from the beginning. Not set up and this rate app request pops up. Developer response: We are sorry for this, but to continue work on this free app we need revenue from Ads. If you don't want to see the Ads you can purchase... The developer responds that ads pay their bills for the free app and that if I don't want ads, then pay. My comment was about how I was asked to rate an app I never had the opportunity to use. Based on the developer's response, I wouldn't use the free app either!

extremely expensive, and very slow at transferring data. failed 3x after a few hours of 1 MBPS transfer speed. the competitor I ended up using was very fast and costs less for 1 year than these people do for 3 weeks. I would only recommend it to people who I might hate
