TransferGo: Money Transfer

this app is ridiculously terrible! after I sent 63 euro out. they put the transfer on hold, requesting bank statements and other things. after 2 days of their office verifying, they still don't have any results. I contacted their customer service more than 10 times. now the 3rd day, the money is still on hold by their office. even though they primise expedite it and deliver in 2 days. this is a total waste of time, energy. possibly I won't be able to see my money at all. I don't know yet.

I have pathetic experience with them, i faced two issues, first instead of their claim of transferring money in 1 day, they took over 5 days. Secondly they gave me low currency conversion rate and when the amount credited to account, they charged again. I never recommend using this app.

worst app for the transfer, I have transfer money from uk to UAE and the status showing process going on from one week , the money neither getting transfer or refund to my account, they keep saying to have patience and making me wait for long time and they don't give reason for delaying of transfer

I am new to this app, I had a successful first free transfer, I did a second free transfer but it was suspended, it needed to be verified, so I did try to verify, but nothing happens, it just says submitted, it has been 24 hours and nothing happened. My money got deducted in my bank account and I don't know what to do, please help.

I not recommend this apps..at first it good but months past its worst..It delayed last time 1 day and now it's turning 3 days I don't have my money .even the contact center, useless contacting your support team do nothing ..it's saying the same 'patience'...this can not fix the problem ..it already 3 days until now I don't have my money..fyi this is the 2nd time you delay my money, last time 1day delay and now 3 days delay and counting...

this is the most useless app I have ever seen. This app has been holding my payment for hours now. their customer service are weak and poor, and they don't respond at all

If possible you should add naria wallet to the platform, where some time we can save the money befor getting to our relations. that will be great and it well more customers to the platform. thank you.😉

used to be good, now exchange rater is so bad. they took of transfer fees but put on bad exchange rates, if you transfer large amounts, don't bother

This is the most useless and terrible transfer app I've ever come across. I made a transfer from euro to my naira account and first it took them 3 days to complete it. After the app said it's completed I'm still waiting for the money to arrive in my account, it's been 4 weeks now and even their customer service is worst. I've sent my statement of account thrice now and apparently they're gonna have to wait for some crazy banking partners for one year before my account is credited.So Terrible 😔

I used TransferGo on 30 Oct 2025, but the transfer expired on 3 Nov. I provided all proof of payment and my full bank details, yet I still haven’t received my refund. After a long delay, my receiver finally got the money, but $30 was missing, supposedly because of “partner bank fees.” This has been very stressful, and there was no clear information or updates from TransferGo. I just want my $30 back and better, faster communication in the future

not what it used to be, when a problem arises, it is tragically difficult to contact support, it works slowly and incorrectly

I funded my TransferGo wallet a week ago for currency exchange. While they did not perform any checks before receiving my deposit, they've now frozen it, asking me for irrelevant and continuously escalating info about my finances to access it. Now that I've asked for a refund of the money, they've taken an entire 4 days, yet no refund nor an idea of when I'll get it back. I believe the company is now a scam and holding money to reinvest under the guise of security and regulation verification.

worst app, i made a transfer 5 day ago till now its still shows pending, i contacted customer service they continue telling me that they are still verifying my documents, yet the money was for an urgent issue. I opted for a refund such that I could send the money using other reliable apps they dont accept giving me my money back. very poor customer service. I wouldn't even recommend this servise to my worst enemy 😤

this app is annoying when things go wrong. I started a transfer on the Monday and by the Wednesday it still hadn't been sent. I've spoken now after requesting a refund which will take another 7 days to come back. customer service via the chat is a joke. BEWARE

Big Fraud! Poorest customer support! Payment was accepted and it was said that TransferGo is processing payment. But after 2 hours I got email that "Sorry we are not able to process it due to technical problem. Your money will be returned in 3 DAYS!" 3 days? Is it a joke? It was urgent payment and I have no other funds to send now. EDIT: Was contacted by support. The reason for not being able send money is they "cannot send money to your selected receiver's bank". Well, it would not be so hard to check the recipients bank and decide whether you are able to send or not before ACCEPTING PAYMENT from sender. It causes lots of problems: I have to urgently send money, I have limited amount and you are just stealing my money for 3 days - as a result I could not send money via your app and could not send money at all. So, do not recommend it at all. There are lots of other better alternative apps.

DON'T USE THIS FRADULENT APP!! They recently created accounts where you can receive money, I received payments there, after 2 weeks of answering their ridiculous questions, they stopped responding on what next. Been close to a month now, they are illegally holding my money without any reason! Avoid this plague!

Great Services,will be wonderful if you can offering us cashback to retailers when spending with the transfergo debit card,retailers like ,Asda,coop,Sainsbury's,matalan,amazon,tfl,ebay ,when purchasing at all this retailers to earn rewards like cashback. Best money transfer app.
