Using the app, I'm planning my journey. I have no problems until I switch To a different app or my screen saver is activated. The whole journey planner shuts off and I have to re-plan the whole journey again. I have to rely on screenshots of my journey plan. I'd hate to be a tourist trying to figure this out.

great for efficancy to search as you dont have to navagate the website, but never shows all the options to get somewhere. If you know there is another route you have to break up the pathway to search and calculate the times yourself.

buses are more often than not late and bus drivers act like they're the only ones on a schedule. I've been late to school and work more times than I can count because the bus driver either didn't show up, came way too early so I had to catch the next bus, or came super late. They need to get better drivers because some of them can't even stop at a bus stop when someone presses the button.

it is more difficult to use the new format in the journey planner selecting start & destination & the times very frustrating

Buggy. Refuses to provide directions to where I actually want to go, instead repeatedly defaults back to the first location in my favourites list. Very frustrating. Even when it does work, it's essentially just a journey planner. No live alerts as you travel, no ability to pay via the app. Way behind what can be found in many other cities.

It's very useful to have access to live departure times. It takes the guesswork out of whether your bus is early or late.

It used to be quite good, but the latest update has messed up the main feature. When you used to look up any route (bus or train), it used to show the upcoming timetable and the buses or training currently running on those routes so you could quickly look up their respective live locations. And now, it only shows the future timetable by default. Users have to roll back the clock to then look up currently running buses or trains. Quite annoying when you're in a hurry.

Most of it is webview, not native, quite a few bugs, very slow, limited functionality, ie can't pay with app. Can't setup alerts for your commute to or from home, only the whole line (doesn't limit to which direction you're going in during certain times). No way to see balances of all your cards at once. Check out Citymapper app for other cities. Not limited to app, but actions to cards require you to physically tap on or off somewhere for them to take effect, like we're stuck in the 90s.

Used to be good. Now doesn't open at all, even after reinstall. Hasn't worked for 5 weeks or so. Also, the app doesn't notify you of major disruptions- so not sure why their signage says "keep on time". 45mins late is something you might need to know about for commuting! Hopefully they can fix the bugs, but with all the same issues as others here, right now it's down to 1 star. Sorry

It's ok? Not amazing. If you need to know the train times you can. If you need your card balance, you can get it. However, it could be less clunky in it's layout (slight improvement recently but not by much) and could have more QoL (i.e. being able to charge your card once instead of only as a repeat payment) Does it serve it's purpose? Yes, but only just. Does it feel like a government system? God yes. Take that as you will.

This app just keeps on crashing and you need to re-enter all your saved information into the app each time it crashes. This has happened more than several times over the past year, but it has crashed more than 10 times in the last week... very frustrating and time consuming... and even more time wasted by trying to get a response or help from transperth... and now I'm sure I've wasted another 5 minutes that I'll never get back in reviewing this 'could be, but it isn't, helpful app'!

the busses are always so late so dirty and you can never get a seat the bus drivers are so rude and drive like they are in the gran prix, they are also either 100° or -100° 1 star do not recommend

For months now this app has been broken. Whenever I type in my journey origin and destination, it no longer comes up with the address for me to select like an autofill, and doesn't recognise what I do type in, so it won't let me plan a journey at all. I've tried reinstalling, and it still doesn't work. It USED to be ok, but is now broken. I've had to switch to google.

Overall it is an okay app, the live tracking is very handy but some minor improvements would make the app perfect such as showing buses and trains that are nearby instead of every single one currently running. Having to tap through every single one to find the next one coming is rather annoying. Also sometimes the app will log me out and when I log back in all of my favourites are gone. What is the point of making an account when nothing gets saved and I have to add everything all over again??

Just want to say congratulations and a huge thank you all! We went to Ed Sheeran concert and took the train afterwards. So well organised! We didn't need to wait much. Staff really helpful.
