Traveloka: Book Hotel & Flight

Ok wow, you guys really just pissed me off.... don't order from traveloka if you're a traveler who changes their plans a lot. the app tells you based on the respective company policy that they can't refund/reschedule bookings. Well i had 3 bookings that I can't reschedule cause traveloka said no. But then i called them directly and guess what, they all said that refunds are available. it's just the travel agency who's not being fair to travelers :) .

Last-minute bookings on this app are not recommended. On February 13, I searched for Koh Lipe accommodations for February 14–16. App showed available rooms. After selecting a room and booking, March 14th-16th appeared. After seeing the facts, I tried to cancel immediately, but the app was unable to fix the issue, even though the hotel offered a 100% return if the app submitted the refund request. This programme has automatically modified my search before, but I'll never use it again!

Traveloka is great when things go well. When things have to change the app and phone call center are not easy to use. They do a great job in managing the complex inside Indonesia travel and seem to focus on making their side of the experience functional and clear. International links are working well but often the check-in process has issues.

Scam! it said easy reschedule and refund. I tried to reschedule but they declined then refund but they charged you everything, admin fee, tax etc. The fault wasn't on me, it was the airline. They reschedule both of my flight even when the flight is a month and half before the schedule it should be. I've been using this app for so long, but it's very dissapointing now. And this will be my last using this app. Bye! you guys better think twice before using this app

Traveloka WAS an amazing app. Unfortunately, the “easy reschedule” feature is fake. I wil switch to dot com rival app. Traveloka made me wait 45 minutes just to receive the new price. I paid, then wait another hour to get the rescheduled ticket. Then, I received an email asking me to pay an additional amount due to a price increase, with only 3 minutes to complete the payment. The extremely short deadline was stressful, and it was similar to scam tactics that rely on urgency and pressure.

Booking via traveloka always giving me problem..end up doesn't solve any of my problem..I use skyscanner to search for better price for air ticket and I was link to traveloka from there and there isn't any login button for me to login so I think just type in my email able to link to my account but it wasn't..quite disappointed of how traveloka handling of problems..

This application is no longer like it was in the past, there were lots of interesting promos before, but now it's more expensive than others, and there are lots of app ads everywhere, instead of spending money on ads, it's better to lower ticket/hotel prices, it's better to have lots of interesting promos

Avoid it by all mean. It's a fraud platform. I book a flight in which the ticket fare clearly stated that it is Reschedulable with fee ($30 sth. + price diff). But 3 days prior, I try to change the schedule and get the notify that this ticket reschedule is unapplicable wo any ex. Try to contact the CS but find nothing. I/T They got the complain so much to the point that they conpletely shut there CS system down completely, just try to keep a stupid "AI" chat bot which avoid any confontation.

The DBS Thursday vouchers and Citibank Wednesday vouchers are a gimmick. It is impossible to actually get those vouchers. I tried it within the first 10 seconds of past midnight and it still says coupon sold out! Probably they are giving one single coupon per day. Ridiculous app. Won't use it again after this. Edit after Dev reply: No, I won't continue using your app or support your misleading advertising. I'll actively discourage my social circle to not use Traveloka.

i booked ticket for Internasional flight but until it passed d boarding time, d ticket not issued in application. after i try to contact the CS they sent the ticket in live chat but i was too late. I cannot get any refunded they just keep saying sorry, say it happen because my return ticket not yet issued so that the flight ticket both cannot be issued yet. no compensation at all for the missed flight, also it is not easy to reschedule d return ticket although it has different booking code.

Buying ticket for bus it doesn't tell you that SEAT PREFERENCE IS PAID EXTRA. When you select a seat preference it does not tell you that the price is different. When you click NEXT, a prompt popped up saying "you cannot change booking details once you go to the payment tab". BUT THEY CAN AND WILL CHANGE THE PRICE AFTER YOU CONFIRM THE PROMPT. Like "oh you cannot change the details... but we can", like what is this... PRICE IS PART OF THE BOOKING DETAILS.

Traveloka apps is not safe apps! I bought Batik Air ticket from Jakarta to Surabaya for my family on Jan 7, 2026. Suddenly, we can not check in online and was informed that one of passengers requested refund via Batik Air website. This is very strange. None of my family requested ticket cancellation. Traveloka also confirmed that there is no cancellation request in the apps. Already report this issue to Traveloka's live chat, but the response was dissapointing. There is no solution until now.

I booked a hotel a month prior before the trip but when the staff tried to check me in my booking wasn't registered in the system, even though my voucher was valid. I had to wait hours before I was checked in and it happened as well to other guests who booked via this app. Everyone else who booked via other apps didn't face the same trouble as I did. What a terrible service.

Both your website and the APP are a waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I tried several times in vain to book a flight from Melbourne to Bali. Once I set the dates I also set to display the results with baggage and REMEMBER THIS SELECTION! Unfortunately the selection disappears so everytime I click somewhere I need to select it again and again and again!!! I selected a random result with baggage, return ticket THERE'S NO BAGGAGE OPTION!!!!

too many admin fee! bought train ticket, there's app admin 7500, then another admin when you select your payment lastly ANOTHER ADMIN FEE WHEN YOU PAY WITH YOUR BANK!!! admin fee here is ridiculous, also the traveloka paylater cannot pay anything. i tried using for train, hotel, etc. the payment option is all greyed out. better move to that dot com app

Not sure how the flight check in by this app works, but it automatically put me in the last seat next to lavatory in a delayed flight. What an incredible experience.

Had very bad experience buying tickets with this app. Especially for first time users you may end up buying non-refundable tickets for wrong dates, cuz dates are shown in small font and not the same day you're trying to book. So by default they load nearly 10 days ahead. No screen whatsoever for you to confirm dates or review your purchase. Customer support was like you're on your own.

Misleading properties, zero help from customer service and no way to contact besides email. This is a fraudulent scam do not use this service. They also write there is no confirmation but it's all lies from a complete fraudulent system.

No refund i get with this app.. So bad app,, and after i contact the support team... Im still got nothing.. They do nothing about my refund.. So bad app.. Makan la korang duit haram nii.. Esok2 kat akhirat tangung la... Semoga allah tunjukan jalan yang benar untuk korang semua.. Team traveloka...

Ok, but nowadays, changes to flight schedules often incur additional costs, unlike before Lion so complicated processing refund!
