When I saw the new update, I thought they went back to the old interface where you just needed to scroll down to see daily deals. However, they just added another widget 'For You' where you have to scroll horizontally through another 100 category widgets. There are too many widgets, so you miss deals. I started using the website instead because at least that's the old interface: simple, less busy, and clunky plus you can catch the daily uploads even if you miss going on the site for a week!

Great deal notifications, albeit sometimes a little behind the curve, but helpful none the less. However, the functionality of the app is next to useless. Every time I click a notification it brings me to a page that says error loading. This has happened since i downloaded the app almost a year ago. The version I have is up to date but still never working correctly. Disappointing.

Poor customer interface! I'd like to be able to find trips from our off EU and select my options in English. The problem is that it automatically thinks you're in the US and therefore gives you the US over inflated prices. Give users the freedom to fly out of any region they choose while being able to select based on the language of preference.

Could you consider de-linking language and country? I'm in Switzerland but you've assumed that all Swiss are German speakers (there are 4 national languages, of which 3 are official: German, French and Italian). I don't want to have to use the UK app for English or the France app for French, especially given the different (and irrelevant) currencies. How about "choose country" and "choose language"? Thanks for considering it.

Unless you live in London or far South then the app is pointless.. There was a holiday to Egypt advertised for £240 .. I put in ANY northern airport and the price just about doubled.

Help, it's in Spanish & can't find how to get it in English

I am really bummed and feel like the new app is a big step back from the old one. My favorite part of the old app was that I could create profiles for the notifications I wanted (I.e. - every flight from Cleveland for less than $300). Now the only options for notifications are completely meaningless - what's a "real good deal" to some people is not to other person.

Great app, but I would give 5 stars if there were more deals for single parent families, and deals in school holidays

Tuesday, late night, Ryanair flight alerts The cheap deals are mainly Ryanair, mid week and crazy hour flights. Plus add on baggage and transfers and the deals aren't so attractive. Why anyone with a brain would fly with Ryanair is beyond me. Once you alter up weekends and decent hours, add baggage, you might as well book with Tui or BA and have the reassurance that you are booking with legitimate airlines etc.

Advent calendar doesn't work. Edit.... The competition pop ups do not work on the app, even though I have allowed pop ups. Also, why can't I set my favourite destination as Brazil. My partner is from Brazil and we want the best deals possible as often as possible. But we can't even set an alert!

Supposed to be a good app, but after the major update last year I think, it becomes useless - hard to find that good deals as before(seems like some of the biggest partners are skipped), exploring the deal is not functional enough, booking is a looong process of clicks, where you should be very careful what are you actually choosing.

hello, I'm very disappointed seeing the new design. I would rate the previous version app 5*+ and to confirm I recommend it to so many friends. But this layout will not encourage me to even open it in the future. The biggest reason is: the images are so tiny. I don't even know what is on it. You ruined the main source why I was using the app and why I was clicking on many offers. Cause the stunning pictures amazed me... Well, that is not the case anymore.

I really enjoyed this app when I found it and was so glad to see travel deals I didn't even know about or think to look for. However, in the past couple of months the only deals they're showing is for people who live in NYC or near enough to fly out of there. I'm so sad to see they've minimized their posts to one city. There are so many other people who did/could have really appreciated this app. Why not just change the name to TravelFromNYC and be done with it?

The deals are great but the app is useless. You can't favourite anything, no heart even when logged in and as soon as you go back from looking at a deal it goes right back to the start of the list. Also does not have even ⅓ of the deals available on the website.

Really frustrating app to use. There are some good deals to be had, but as soon as I try to filter them they vanish. No matter what filters I do or do not use i land on a page saying there are no deals with my selected criteria. Even if I don't use any criteria or I use the exact criteria to find one of the deals on the main page...

Always a deal to be had!! Easy to use and generally well hyperlinked and up to date deals. The additional secure with deposit / pay off gradually is a great new feature! Do double check hotel locations in relation to airports though and shame theres not done in partnership with hire car companies (huge scammers requiring credit cards for insurance and unclear T&Cs!!! But not holidaypirates issue tho impacts take up on some of the deals).

App does not work. There is only button to accept tracking. If you go in settings, there is no any other button. No full list of changes - you are receiving a cat in a sack. Disaster! Developers, if you wanna bring your app to some minimal UI/UX level, contact me.

Dont use if you like to travel alone. Sends offer for say 50% off - only £250 you follow link, change settings to one and it says offer only for couples so its now £500, then it charged you double becase hotel policy is to always charge single people double, so now it's £1000. And that's with the settings set to solo travel which is clearly completely ignored

This is a good application, BUT, you really need a favourites button or a bookmark function to save items for later. Layout, UI, UX is great (kudos to the designer/s) BUT, you don't have language options other than the native languages for each country. I would Love UrlaubsPiraten to have an English option :)

I get notified of some good deals, however, recently when I try to access my favourites, it doesn't work. I never used to have a problem and I though the app just needed an update but I've just downloaded the latest update and still nothing, just a blank white page when accessing the favourites category?
