Tribe: Live Sports Scores

This is easily the best sports app I've found for what I personally want. Super easy to follow your favourite teams and leagues. I've been using it since 2018 and have stuck it out through all the app updates and Ad additions so they're definitely doing it right. All these people complaining about ads and updates need to take a breath. I absolutely love it.

This was a great app and I get the need to make money but the subscription costs are way too high and without the ads are killer. I wonder if they would have more sign up of it was $2 month

since latest update there's the most obnoxious full screen video ads, and more annoyingly and slight touch of the screen takes me to TAB. It's fine to have ads, but do they need to be so intrusive, and the TAB opening every two seconds is awful.

Was previously an excellent app, but $60 per year for an ad free version when there are multiple alternatives is dumb.

A once mighty app now ruined by ads. Not even good ads....low quality moronic spammy shite. Hopefully an alternative to this pops up soon

since the latest ads update its always crashing, things are not updating properly, it was a 5 star app but currently a 1 star

used to be great, but ads have made it so unstable. barely even usable anymore.

Doesn't always open, very frustrating.

Edit: New update has completely broken what was a brilliant app. The stats section that had the top scorers list and media tab are gone, it's much slower, jumps around the screen when trying to scroll, and you can't see years in the drop down menus which are now all blank. Also regularly freezes and won't scroll or go back without closing the app. Best scores app out there. Has everything you could want with brilliant commentary. Team news, commentary, live scores, huge range of sports.

The new update is slow. A rugby game I was following was horrendously laggy, took numerous refreshes to have commemtary appear. At 41 minutes of the game, I gave up. When the game ended, I opened the app again, and it was still showing the game at 41 minutes. The previous version was much better and more reliable. Not to mention the now multiple ads, which is probably adding to all the bugs.

App is generally pretty good. My only real issue with it is when I'm watching something live and it sends me notifications before I see it happen. Would be great if notifications were delayed by a minute or two, or if there was an option to turn off notifications for a specific match, as I'd rather not just turn off all notifications from the app.

Very good app. The only problem I have with it, is that sometimes it will not load. It just gives me a buffering symbol will not load no matter how many long I leave it. I end up not using it for about 10 minutes and then it works fine after. It is flawless 95% of the time. One thing I would like to see is adding combat sports like boxing and mma to your already huge list of sports.

Works great for rugby, would be 5 stars if you could choose to delay the result notifications, they're often slightly ahead of live TV. Additionally, if you could advertise the TV channels you can watch the games on, that would be ideal. But given the app is free, it's fantastic!

Edit: updated to 2.4.0 and this is heaps better. No idea why my version hadn't updated as it kept updating from the play store. Thanks guys, updating my rating. Original: I'm on a Samsung s22 and it doesn't update fast enough, the UI is slow and it just randomly closes. Hate it. I even donated. Update, I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won't even open. So goodbye Tribe, tragic because it was genuinely my most used app.

These guys are incredible. Always up to date, live scores across a whole range of sports. Follow your favourite teams or leagues and get live notifications or just log in and check scores or league tables etc. 100% free. No idea how or why, but yes it's free. Great app, probably the most satisfied I have ever been with an app, and I've had it for many months now. I recommend it to all sports lovers. Brilliant work Tribe, you guys are fantastic.

What a great free app. First class. Has all the sports I want news on plus way many more. Excellent stuff! UPDATE: App has been poor since recent update & subscription shift. Very jumpy screens & a whole host of inappropriate ads. Had an issue with subscription which was resolved very quickly indeed so no issues with support. Just need to be careful they don't fall into Ultimate Rugby trap & alienate users.

Update: All fixed after an update and after great customer support! Usually love the app, but it's quite buggy at the moment on MIUI 11, Android 9. Aspects of a page are constantly going missing. I.e. in the cricket right now, yesterday the 'fall of wickets' info was there across all three innings, now it's gone completely. Also, overs from earlier don't appear when I check in later, making it look like coverage started 48 overs in, for example.

Amazing app, amazing selection of sports to follow. Being in the US, there isn't much in the way of rugby coverage anywhere on TV, and this is where I go for everything rugby. It also covers football ⚽, which is great as well. The ability to follow both teams as well as leagues, conferences, and unions is great!

I use this and quite like it, it works well. But I've tried to install it for my young son who has email but no Facebook and I've found it impossible to get him access. There appears to be an alternative login option, but the link sent out doesn't do anything, with the app continually going back to the "you should use Facebook to login" screen.

Still a great app for consolidating upcoming sports and results, and I don't mind the introduction of ads to help keep the app alive, but a yearly subscription of $50 to remove ads is daylight robbery. Sorry team, but you missed the mark here, so you lose 2 stars (there are streaming services cheaper than this)
