Trinity Health MyChart

Great platform layout and easy to navigate+use. It's very nice to be able to review notes, reports, appointment reminders, recommendations and medical records via the app. My only suggestion is to improve the messages portion, especially allowing for direct contact with my Primary Care Doc without a middle man and easy to see that he's seen+reviewed+responded. Overall, this app is awesome.

Good First Attempt - if I click on anything in the app on my phone I have to log out and log back in to go to another path. I should be able to log in once and navigate everything I need to look at in one login attempt I cannot navigate the app because there are no back swipes or pull-down menus or anything. I go to something I read it. I have to log out and go back in again

I don't care for this app. constant messages that are redundant and not needed. I requested that I be "called" and now I get text saying I have a new message in MyChart. Totally a moronic waste of time. I'm old school. call me and speak with me. that way we can communicate about lab results and other health related discussions. The staff work hard to inform me when I call in. However having to use an app and message questions is counterproductive I believe.

I would give less than one star if I could this AI digital chart blows chunks my appointment was changed to another doctor's office without my knowledge or consent I have yet to see a price breakdown for my bill or exactly what was done medically while I was in the hospital and as for the app itself the ability to take a screenshot was somehow turned off i had to find the control and turn it back on to get lasting images of what is going on 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

It is interesting to be able to view part of one's medical profile, but the application constantly crashes when I try to access letters, lab results, verify a bill, or view the complete profile. Some pages do not open. it's frustrating.

This is the absolute best app. You can schedule your doctor appointments either in person or video. Message your provider with questions for same day response and it is not a canned answer. Also, your medical records are at your finger tips. Absolute best use of technology. Oh and, you can request Rx from your doctor then it submits to your pharmacy. You get reminders to reorder scripts. It really is the best!

This app seems to be very inclusive of scheduling, information links, timely test results, and keeping all of your information in one place ... helping with communications between doctors and facilities who use the app. syncs with outside calendars and reminders.

I just started using this app since my new doctor and hospital participate with it. I like this medical portal because it's fairly easy to use and takes the guess work out of what I want to know regarding my healthcare results and history. I am a previous healthcare professional, and this system helps to prevent things from falling through the cracks since the providers today are extremely busy and you have to be able to fend for yourself.

Easy to use and definitely come in handy when needing to make asap appointments. you have options of video visit or office, only pro is that you can't change doctor's without calling.

By far one of the best medical portals out there. biometric login available, info delivered fast with clear explanations of test results, and able to display trends over time.

This is a terrible app. The appointment scheduling option never works and locations and timings for scheduling are always incorrect

the worst, how can they use this ? my dr's moved to the system, they were the 9th company to go thru the migration and they still can't get the app working properly. yet to be able to schedule an appointment, get unknown or server errors. get notifications 5-6 hrs after I get the email notification. miss the old app my Dr used

Extremely cumbersome and impossible to navigate. Getting help to figure out issues requires numerous phone calls and takes considerable time.

this app was a 5 star but in the last couple months its been ridiculous. I can't see things i need. I can't send messages. sometimes it just continues "searching ". its been frustrating

love this app! so much more convenient to schedule or cancel appointments! Quick responses from Dr. and full view of medical records and or test results!

This is a great app for the network. No stupid ads and EVERYTHING is right there. I do think for an older person it might be a little difficult to navigate the billing area.

Trinity Health MyChart is amazing, very easy to understand and navigate . everything you need is all in one app.. I just love it and would recommend everyone to download it and get all the access you need..

mostly ok but it fries my cookies when I get "you have a new message" and it's a generic form letter. no individualzed content. don't make me have to sign in for this. Just send a darn email for generic info.

very convenient and easy to use. It's helpful to keep up on health, appointments, and being able to message health providers whenever you have concerns about test results and etc.

Some features are not available for all my family, on the home page. it will not allow me to add a schedule appointment option to one of my family members on their home page. so i. unable to schedule onlune form them , but can for the other 3 of us
