After recent update, the app is no longer accessible. Please fix! I always do financial transactions on their service, but after updating the app to be the recent version because it no longer allows to do anything at all if without this new update for security comes with Butter Bear theme. The app keeps stopping. Now I'm no longer be able to access my fund on True money wallet. And customer service also hasn't been available all day long.

In my opinion a completely pointless application. Locals scan QR codes and pay directly from their bank. And foreigners cannot load the balance from a foreign bank or card. And don't even bother to load the balance with cash. Because the application allows you to do that but doesn't allow you to spend it without proving that you work in Thailand. So you only lose money. I don't understand who the target group is.

Most of the time I want to use this app for payment, it always ask me to scan the face and the scanning has very bright and color screen that harm your eyes one day. If you need a quick payment app, skip this. Their security is at the highest level of "OTP" then "face scan" then "PIN" everything you want to use it

Very poor app performance when entering or opening the main screen. Why does your app take so long to access the main screen? It is extremely slow and makes the app horrible to use when paying for goods. I tested your app, and it takes around 25+ seconds to reach the main screen, which makes me very upset because people behind me are also waiting to pay. Your app has been on the market for more than 10 years, yet you still cannot make any development progress to fix such a simple problem?

Went in to True store, they were unable to help register, they gave up and called the call center, call center said they would call me back in a couple hours, I got like a one second call later, still can't register.

This a a disgusting app. froze my account for nothing asking to send documents again and then again. No one to talk to on app, just says documents pending. now my funds frozen and no one to talk to. I can not pay bills or get my food delivered. I can not walk. I am stuck. this is a terrible app and service

As for my experience and as for foreign citizen of this country, it's really helpful. It's easy to use. Easy to top up from my Thai Bank account to True Money Wallet and vice versa. You just need to learn how to use it properly. No problem so far.

i ve been trying to log in for 3 days straight, it keeps telling me "unable to process, please wait a moment and try again later" i got money inside the app! what is the issue here??

I don't know why but it keeps saying it can't scan my face. Like, does my face look like a robot to you? I did everything the app recommends me to but it keeps saying it can't scan my face. Your new update is so broken.

Is that a news for you that some developers of other app using your app and they are using Developer options? Turn off this stupid pseudo safety limitation. I have to turn off developer options everytime I need use this app

Does not work. Does not download. Does not install on my phone... Not sure if it's my phone Huawei, or the system. I can not download the true wallet app update... Very frustrating. Any help or assistance would be appreciated. Note, i do have the app on my phone. But when i try to download the update it automatically goes onto Gbox. Then it comes up with can not install...

Good that they let foreigners on DTV use it. This is the worst app in terms of the security theatre their deva are doing. Usb debugging enabled - won't open, dev mode enabled - won't open. Multi window mode to transfer transactions to another app - nah-ah, won't open. Switch between apps back and forth - screw you, user, the app won't show in recent apps. Whoever is in charge of this apps security is very incompetent.

Don't work on all QR code in Thailand. Wasted my money getting 1 year line just to sign up. Submitted documents however they need a work and house address from Thailand. Not for vistor. I would want to give a zero star if I could.

The pop-up ads are very annoying and slow down the payment process. Imagine when you're standing at the cashier and there's a long queue behind you. You start this app to pay but have to dismiss at least 2 pop-up ads. Since You're in a hurry you might press the wrong button and open the ad instead of dismissing it. This is bad design and deters people from using the app. Update: Cannot pay True bills anymore due to the error "agent invalid title". Customer service tells me to stop using it.

Locked my funds while reviewing my document for way too long. It says it would be 8 h to 3 working days, but no they take forever to check one lousy document page and keeps your money for that duration.

Installed on Sony Xperia 1 IV. App opens to a blank screen. Developer options are off. poor product developed by a poorly run company. There is a good reason why AIS dominates the market.

Convenient app when paying for items. However, the most recent update is now preventing the app from working if the user has Developer Options enabled on their phone. This should not be an issue and is going to cause delays in store while people try to figure out how to disable the setting. A better option would be a pop up informing users of the disadvantages of having Developer Options enabled and allow the user to make an informed decision themselves. It's 2024.
