When entering a payment to a new recipient, app loses all the information I entered on the New Payee screen whenever I switched to email to look up the information because I was returned to the Top level screen for entering a new payment. I was forced to jot down all the new payee information on a scrap of paper (security risk) because I can't retain several items of information like Recipient Company, Account No , Sort code etc in my head. Please improve this aspect of the app, it's annoying.

What happened to notifications? I used to at least get an alert when my balance went outside certain limits, but not even that now. Other banking apps give instant notification of deposits, but I'm constantly having to check TSB. It can't be that hard! Please add this functionality to both personal and business apps, like just about every other bank has. And yes, I have checked the app has the relevant permissions. now dropped to one star as important functionality removed

Getting tired of going round and round trying to install the app on my phone! Wrote down all the login details so I wouldn't make a mistake and still won't accept them! Seriously thinking of going to a different bank! Had no issues in the past when changing phones etc but geez this time has been horrendous! Not happy at all after nearly 11 years with TSB Bank! 🤬

My god, what a pain the a hole it is to get a statement. The date ranges on the statement are wild, covering 2 days to 1.5 months, no consistency. You can't even enter a date range so you can get a statement covering dates you need. Absolute joke of an app. And why can't I screenshot my own transactions?"Privacy" there's 2 layers of protection to get into the app. huge pain in the backside. I will be switching banks as soon as I am able.

Improvements made now mean you can actually use the app, but it's still pretty limited when compared to other bank apps. Eg when looking at upcoming payments you cannot change the time period, you can only view to the end of the calendar month.

Out-of-touch. Just gone to use the app to switch my card back from frozen so I can use it to get home and the app is 'planned unavailable'. This is dangerous. Do your updates at NOT a crucial time for people needing to use a card to pay for a taxi home at 11:40pm on a Saturday night. How am I supposed to get home with no access to money now? Really poorly thought through.

I had to download and register for the app simply to close my accounts which the telephone service wouldn't do. After 1 frustrating go I eventually got 2 current accounts closed but then Chat wouldn't respond to me when I wanted to close some unconnected savings accounts. Couldn't be more frustrating. Why not let me use Internet Banking to manage my account fully ? The Chat agent was very tedious and I'm not happy that it chose to ignore me.

The app has been fine for ages, but now my fingerprint is not recognised and it says I've reached the maximum number of attempts. Now I can only log in with my memorable information. Despite my original review being investigated back in 2024, this app still has the same log in issues in 2026, absolute rubbish to leave customers in this position for so long.

Access based on fingerprint scan does not work after I added a new scan on my phone. Checked settings on the app - all looking good there but not working... After I posted the comment above I got a reply from the app support advising me to deregister the app and start registration again. Too radical step in my opinion... I actually figured out how to fix myself. Which all in all took 10 seconds - in app settings: move the fprint slider to off then on. Shame they did not know of this quick fix.

Absolute nightmare, trying to setup a new payee from a message, every time I switch between the payment screen and the message to get details it takes me back to start over. I shouldn't have to memorise someone's payment details for a one off payment!!

26/2/26 app broken again, each time I try to set up a standing order or check my statement it goes "sorry something didn't work there" get it sorted or im gone elsewhere! 09/10/24 Disgusting app/bank, I need to access my money right now and the app just will not log in. SORT IT OUT! IF THIS IS THE FUTURE OF BANKING, SO HELP US ALL. I'm going to switch banks. App is TERRIBLE! I WAS NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY OWN MONEY, NOT ACCEPTABLE!

What a frustrating app. I'm a brand new customer & regretting it already. It's taken over 30 minutes to set up an account, eventually gave up doing it on the app as got to setting a password & it wouldn't let me reenter it. Finally got set up on the website after answering too many 'memorable info' Qs which I won't remember. Then tried to set up an overpayment which you have to do via their AI chat which forgot what I was trying to do halfway & wouldn't let me go further! Waste of time!

The "joint account" option doesn't work. My partner has invited me to open a joint account using the app, but when I get to the last step, the app comes back with an error and tells me to go to a branch! (who has time for that?). I tried inviting my partner instead, but the same happened to him. Useless. You can't "cash in" a cheque using the app. My other bank app can. Currently, I'm not seeing any benefits of having a TSB account.

Very disappointed with the app service, all of a sudden stop loading into the account after finger print verification. Keep loading into the account but never makes it. This cost me a late payment fee with my credit card company.

Rubbish! completely broken now! recently forced to update the app "to its latest version" and now can't log back in. tried registering and signing up again only to get stuck after entering OTP, just "We weren't able to do that. Sorry, it looks like there was an unexpected error..." popup repeatedly. can't get any further. sort it out I.T. support!

constantly telling me that it can't authenticate my device, every month I have to reactive then reactive. its a time consuming method and needing to do banking where ever is absolutely crucial and this tied to even less banks on the high street. useless.

App is completely unfit for purpose. It has been unusable for weeks, constantly telling me I can't log in due to an authentication error. Forcing me to uninstall and complete set up repeatedly, except the set up process fails 99% of the time. The functionality of the desktop login is disappointing. Seriously considering switching banks as this is so tedious and I'm paying monthly for the pleasure of this awful service.

terrible app, whichever company made this I feel terrible for even opening this app sad for the company also I don't wanna sue grammar ok! anyway this whole apps rubbish you can't even access your pin when you need it! are we in the 1800s or something and it offers no little finance charts or anything looks like this sloppy job was done vibe coding print for i in range(67): print("worst app ever")

Doesn't support dark mode. I have contacted and complained to TSB about this but they don't care and won't rectify this issue. They say it's done via the system theme and it's not possible to toggle manually between light and dark. My phone is in dark mode and the app stays in light mode. Apps from Lloyds and RBS are both in dark mode either manually or via the system settings. So when you point out a problem with the app, TSB reply by saying there's no problem and it won't be fixed

Those annoying panels offering fixed ISA's, or other services are so annoying. even when you click X, they reappear. get them off. if I need the service, I'll just look for it. it takes away the user experience away.
