TSN: Live Sports, NFL & more

UPDATE: they just moved AEW to a higher subscription tier without notice, making my year long subscription worthless. Subscription has ads on PC. AEW episodes are often censored. the app's search function is awful, making it impossible to find old episodes of aew. App doesn't work on all devices, no Firefox support. even if it were free, watching aew by other means is significantly easier and there are no ads.

Useless app. Can't log in through cable box. Can't record for later. Can only watch live coverage and a few recorded games. Won't give refunds when you tell them the app is basically worthless to you--Wimbledon coverage starts at 3am, and no way to see it unless you're up at 3am. Even though you're paying for the service, there are loads of commercials in every recorded game that you can't skip. Horrible app, horrible service.

Multiple dropouts on multiple radio streams. C'mon, folks...how hard is it to stream audio reliably these days?? UPDATE: Audio dropouts still occur, along with the occasional spontaneous start-up of a 2nd instance of the same stream, so you get an echo for a few seconds till whatever happens and 1 of them cuts out. Pathetic.)

very frustrating to navigate. Sign in screen took so long to respond I was sure there was a problem with the internet. Not so. It took me over an hour to get signed up and logged in. Almost as frustrating as the DFO website. It was the only way we were going to watch the raptors game so what are you going to do? And after all that, it wouldn't/doesn't cast to the TV. Terrible website/app - great game!

Why does my stream constantly stop/load and say "it's not connected to the Internet" when infact it is. I don't have a problem with other streaming platforms. I have to refresh the app and watch a stupid add everytime? Really? Like this is such a waste of time and money. It just seems like way to get people to watch the adds. Fix this. Its literally the whole point of streaming with you guys is so that I don't have constant interruptions.

This might be the worst media player app ever. EVER. The app doesn't remember if you've watched a game/match, it doesn't remember where you've watched to and you can't continue where you left off. You also can't watch a match reply directly from the scores page, and instead have to find the match in a large list of replayable games. Casting is awkward as you have to press the cast button before you find your game/match. On an Android TV this app is even worse, with very limited functionality.

Had a black screen since early December when there was an update. Phoned 3 times, wasted time, ticket number no help. Talking to ovetpaid robots. it's February, used to work on phone at least, nothing now. get the buffering wheel. tried reinstall, updates, reset. only this app does not work on my brand new Samsung tv. Longtime customer no longer. Going to BBB to get my money back and buyer beware for CTV news!! Junk!!!

It is an expensive app for what you obtain. We can't watch hockey living in Canada, that is kind of ridiculous. An amazing option for Spanish speaking people would be to hear the NFL in Spanish, not to offend English speaking narrators, but they lack passion, I sometimes get bored.

the radio player on this app is horrendous..always stops or crashes. have a new pixel 10 up to date. App is up to date as well. lots of bandwidth and this terrible app keeps stopping. Sportsnet app on the other hand streams with no problems at all. The TSN developers should learn how to build an app from them.

Aug 23. App keeps crashing and won't load...been like this for that past 3 weeks. Sept 7 Thought I would download the app again to see if there developers have figured out a solution to their bug. NOPE. Clearly they haven't figured out the issue nor they care to. Been almost 6 weeks and they can't figure out a solution. Here's a solution...maybe fire all the engineers working on the problem and hire a bunch of new ones. Sept 27: Finally the app seems to work. it hasn't crashed when opening.

Programs will show as locked even though you're subscribed and I'm forced to repeatedly restart just for them to unlock. Good luck getting any sort of NBA on this too. $25/month and you don't even have the NBA All Star game available is absolutely insane.

Absolute garbage app, can't pause or restart any of the viewings like in sportsnet and prime. So many things are locked when we paid for the best package. We were watching on a new TV so I know it's not the TV. we uninstalled and reinstalled the app on our TV, tried smart viewing on our phone and it was a joke. They need to fix this app. Will be canceling the subscription ASAP!

This application sucks, there is no looking ahead and tapping what you want to watch at a later time. It is not in any way intuitive. It is the main way to stream PWHL games yet PWHL is missing from the leagues icons. On the live page it is only showing TSN 1 for "coming up". You should take a look at the Sportsnet + app and see what your app should do.

randomly cannot access any channel except for tsn2 through cogeco despite the account having a cable package which includes tsn1 through 5. this is also the only app without proper playback and is the worst of any for randomly disconnecting from Chromecast or other devices.

Unfortunately this app auto-renews, even if you've only selected a one month subscription. If I wanted a monthly subscription, I'd have selected that. Would also be better if one could just buy a day pass to watch a single event, as was previously possible.

for a paid subscription, there are far too many ads. I can accept a few, but having 10+ on every video is kind of nuts. There's also very few live sports, most of it is just SportsCenter. So unless you can't live without your SportsCenter, find an alternative, because this isn't it.

Terrible. Ads just to open the app. Even with a premium subscription, more ads. I don't really watch sports, so the fact that they don't have all the games I want.... what a joke.

absolutely terrible took my $8 from me and only offered random redundant sports and re-runs of garbage programs that I can watch on YouTube for free..... don't even offer a credit to upgrade they keep your 8 dollars and want you to spend $30 more.. beware you will lose $8 and not be able to watch a hockey game or football TSN The Scam Network

It's no Sportsnet app but TSN certainly tries to be just as frustratingly useless. The radio won't stay connected, pop-up ads are unpredictable, homescreen only shows what TSN wants. It ignores my settings and favourites. Do not (for any reason) try checking NHL standings. Just get the NHL app. I only keep this app as it is better for streaming TSN radio than iHeart (barely). Content is top notch once you finally get access to it. *update: the connection and freezing issues are getting worse.

Subscriptions are not clear. Tried to watch the scotties final and the cheapest option was $8 plus tax. So I purchased that then learned that it doesn't include the scotties when thats what the app offered me now im out that money as there are no refunds. Google AI said that it was included with TSN+. I'm not paying $30 after taxes to watch one game plus the money I already lost. Complete rip off. Make it more clear when you click on something that your offers match the requested stream
