Fubo: Watch Live TV & Sports

Signed up for free trial and made the mistake of trusting Fubo when they said they'd notify you before it ends. They do, but only a few hours before they charge you $86. My fault for trusting them, but price is still outrageous. Cancelling it was also a huge hassle. Doesn't appear you can in the app and it's buried on the website. Used it to watch one game and that was a hassle to figure out and search for also. Never again.

Works fine if streaming from wifi. If you are trying to watch anything on your phone on your phone service network, you will not be able to. I spent almost 2hrs with customer service for them to tell me to try everything I already tried(and told them I tried). They also do not have customer support through the app, so you have to find the website and find support that way. It was all very frustrating.

The usability of this app really sucks. Long lag from the time you command playback changes to the time it responds. If you try to rewind or fastforward a few minutes or more, you can guarantee a crash. And if you leave paused for more than two minutes and come back, you can count on not being able to pick up where you left off. And this is on multiple devices. I might have to switch back to youtubetv.

Not a great experience. The actual service and the app on my TV worked ok. No technical issues. However, they quote a $70 rate but your bill will be about $20 more. Why? Because depending on where you live there is a regional sports fee of about $16 plus tax that they do not advertise. You have to contact them to find out. Very shady. Also, the ads are straight up silly. So many ads. I mean so many ads... Ridiculous for $98 per month. I recommend you find a different service.

Quit changing stuff. Before your last 3 upgrades I was able to minimize the app or take a phone call and be able to pick back up where I was. Now it takes you up to live immediately. On top of that I no longer can rewind my show without the app crashing out causing me to have to re go into the show and completely miss chunks of the show. This is ridiculous.

Terrible experience! First of all, Fubo advertises a 30-day free trial. Lies! It's actually a 7-day free-trial. But the 7-day free trial is only 3 days! I signed up on Monday 11/3 and their app said my free trial ends on 11/6!!! Wow! Of course, when I went to cancel it, they had to make it really hard. You can't cancel in the app, you have to go on their webpage. Also, they don't play all the football games. You would think for $100/month you'd get more out of it. I do NOT recommend!!!

5 day free trial? Nope, you will get charged less than 24 hours after you sign up. Then when you try to talk to someone in support to cancel, you can't. They say you can't get a refund when you try to cancel your subscription but then magically it'll say you are eligible. This is so scammy. **edited** You literally have 5-day free trial every step of the way, then I get charged less than 24 hours after signing up for a 5-day free trial. That's not subject to change, that's a lie.

Horrible! They get you with an odd length free trial of 5 days. I remembered 30 days, but have no proof and could have misunderstood during stressful time. Realized right away I had been charged. Not only was customer service difficult to access, and when I did finally find a human they had zero interest in helping me. Had planned on getting service in Oct if I liked trial (and I did), but couldn't afford it this month. Not anymore after this first experience

12/13: They fixed the buffering issue for a few weeks but it's back again. It happens on all channels when trying to stream and on all devices (several phones & laptops). It's worse than it was before. Our internet speed is fine. My partner is in IT and has done all normal check on our end. 11/29: Issues still not fixed. Support was unable to help. New update installed 11/4: App is still freezing and then jumps all the way back to the beginning.

The TV app is absolutely terrible. It crashes often, the guide usually won't load, it's slow and freezes a lot, it's slow and often doesn't work right going in and out of channels. It's enormously overpriced too. edit- it crashes on EVERY device, 2 TVs and 2 different mobiles. the FF & RW features don't work on live tv because it will usually give the error message and crash. I have to often open it several times before I can watch it & why am I forced to buy a local sports package I don't want

wished I'd read reviews first. wanted to watch an OU game signed up for a free trial. they said we'll send an email reminder about the trial period. The welpy reminder was when they tried to take money from my account. I immediately had to go searching on how to cancel the damn thing. guess what they tried again the next day. I canceled it and still got charged.

Had to completely sign up to discover that they only offer a 1 day trail. Very disappointing. Content was glitchy and lagging. Canceled after 4 hours because it was unwatchable. To add insult to injury, they won't even let you complete your 24 hour "free" trial. They disconnect you immediately upon canceling. What a terrible company with no customer service

Horrible promotion service. Days after the cancelation of your free trial period, they still charge your account. Then, make you wait 7 to 10 days to get your money back. Disappointment is an understatement. Coverage wasn't even that good. Look elsewhere for any sports coverage. We can do way better here!!!

it's a garbage app. free trial ended and they gave no heads up as was mentioned they would. proceeded to charge me and now I have to go through the ridiculous hoops it takes to cancel the subscription. of course they never have a subscription option on their app because that would be too easy for the customer. app didn't even have the channels or teams they said they would have. complete waste of time and money

Couldn't get the game after 2 hours with their customer support who refused to believe that I was notseeing what her screen showed. Had screenshot of web and app error I was seeing but they can't get attachments or screenshot. Round and round for almost an hour. THEN she wants to send me to tech support to wait for them, waste another hour reintalling/cache//data so they can confirm that I've really done that 3 times already and by then game is over. No need for Fubo or their useless platform.

Antenna tv is better then this streaming service, you can't even watch 15 seconds of any sports game without it buffering and freezing on you. I can watch the same exact game on antenna tv and not have one single issue. ive got really good internet connection and all but the fubo app is by far the worse streaming app ive ever used. highly would NOT recommend.!

Definite Scam! I signed up so I could watch the ball drop on nye. I made sure to cancel my subscription right after that, but apparently their auto cancel had an issue. This happened twice. So then I was charged for two months. I called and they said they would cancel it themselves right away and issue a refund, which I was grateful for, however, I still haven't seen any of that happen. I'm going to have to deal with the hell of canceling my card just so I know I won't be charged.

Their whole business is pushing 5 day free trials in hopes people will forget. And I can guarantee if you forget there is 0% chance you'd get a refund. It says "we'll remind you before you're charged" hahaha that may as well say "please don't set your own reminder we'll cover that part" it's very sketchy for them to even say that. Think about it. Well I did set my own reminder because I don't trust any app that would say something like that. And the cancel button is as hidden as possible 🚩🚩

easy to cancel and sign up for. however i noticed that the Latino one is like $30 cheaper, so I took the free trial to watch the games. I was like it is cheap it has to just be some things and that is fine. nope it is only Spanish speaking but it does have what we wanted to watch. that is the one reason this is a 2 star and not 4 or 5. please either state that (it wasn't stated on the sign up thing, that i saw) please make it cheap, espen available but like you can choose the language.

I couldn't find a way to cancel through the app, and when canceling on the website they notified me that my trial would end immediately. This is done as a practice by companies that hope you forget about the trial, and just end up paying anyway. There also appears to have been a number of weird decisions made when designing the app that makes for a frustrating UX. The UI is pretty slick, but that's hampered down by all of the other business decisions made.
