to participate in bingolotto, its not enough to buy a lott. you also need to buy a subscription to tv4, and to not get ads you need to pay 100sek more

This is the worst piece of software I have ever encountered. Everytime you pause or try to fast forward it goes back to a random time and trigger a commercial again (which normally comes every second minute it feels like). Subtitles drops out, audio out of sync. This app really tests the limit of frustration everytime I've tried to use it.

App is not as good as it used to be. It plays all programs from the beginning, which is annoying if some program is only partially watched. The number of commercial breaks have been increased and even they are shown in marked spots, app also runs them irrationally, in worst case less than a minute of program watching before next set of commercials starts running.

Trying to play downloaded items when offline crashes the app. No skip intro function. The service has pretty bad subtitles.

Cast to Chromecast is terrible, hangs 3-6 times every bloody time. you need to restart app and due to that you get more ads, it doesn't remember where you stopped watching so you skip forward which trigger more ads instantly without you knowing where you are in the show. Developers really need to listen to all of us in the comments, I'm not the only one complaining....

Very slow, 85% it requires so many force stop and restarts, often crashes, they break for ads in middle of sentences, and start a few sentences after. 7-8 adbreaks in 90min episodes, same 4-5 ads and trailers over and over. Ads are extremely loud. Pretty much every series that is popular and worth watching they delete after a short time. Britbox library is almost non-existant, better in other countries. Need constant subs incase someone speak another language thats not swedish, very annoying.

I watch the news but I'm thi king of uninstalling. There are a totally crazy number of adds. Usually one per news item and one item can be 30 seconds. Sometimes there are three THREE adds per news item!!! Even for the ahort ones. A while ago there it was much better. Maybe one add every three news items, that's resonable! Not three per news item!!! Please fix this. I expect it to be a bug, not a consious decition!!

I understand that you need to have adverts in the program but can't you allow people to jump to points in a 90 minute program without hitting them with 5 minutes of adverts every time! My daughter watched half of "Talang Final" yesterday it was physically impossible for her to watch the last half today, she had to sit through the whole program, try to fast forward, it just randomly jumps around - a completely unusable & frustrating app, dont scan forwards or backwards. Will be deleting it ASAP!

The only thing that works properly in this app is the advertisements. Try to watch any recording and it will just quit back to the menu after 20 seconds!! Seriously, it's already bad enough to have to register an account and provide private details to eevn get it to start, and then it turns out that you don't even get anything for it because the app is BROKEN. Don't download/install.

It always offers episodes I have already watched in "Keep watching" which is extremely annoying. It's not integrated with Google Chromecast TV, every other app's "Keep watching" are shown in the home screen in a combined list. Not TV4 play. I can't even mention the User experience in this app. Even CMore was better.

good UX, good programmes, the ads are insanely long. I can watch the shows for free somewhere else, why wouldn't you at least try to give us an incentive to watch shows legitimately? I don't support watching pirated versions, but with these insane ads, I could understand why someone would. Give us a friendly advertising experience, instead of making it tedious in attemt to forcing us to pay for your service. I'd love to pay if you made an effort in providing good service for your users.

Hi, Why I can't use the app in other European countries ( Finland for example), i have to be in Sweden in order to be able to see the content from tv4 play Android TV, Apple TV app. I don't understand, i can perfectly use/ watch all content from SVT play app including the SVT1, 2 live channels without needing to be in Sweden, it works from any European countries. Please let all European countries to watch all content from tv4 play app including live tv.

Incredibly poor that you cannot rewind live broadcasts (sports). You either have to sit through the pre-show, which is one hour by the way. Or just bite the bullet and watch it live. Whats even worse is that, while you are trying stuff out and realize that rewinding is not an option; restarting it always takes you to the beginning, so you are back at square one, watching the blabber you already saw. How can this not be implemented if you aspire to merge sports from cmore

Wow. Didn't think it could get much worse, but since the last update... wow. Sound disappears every few seconds, subtitling is lagging, and the program freezes about once a minute. Apalling, really.

Watching a program is fine. It has good quality and runs smoothly. But the ADS. No I'm not complaining that there are too many. The amount is fine. But the number of times the App freezes or gets stuck in an infinite AD loop is insane. Every day at least once I have to restart the program just because an AD has gotten itself Stuck in a loop and keeps repeating over and over again. And also penalizing the viewer for skipping forward is just Cruel. especially when the app sometimes forgets you.

Had to register for some reason. Paused the program, tried to come back...and it had not only lost my place but bombarded me with multiple, long adverts. A couple of longer or a few short, fine, but this was ridiculous. Not worth the hassle.

So i pay you 59kr with adverts, what do I get? Pretty much nothing compared to free version, as I have to pay another 100kr for your library.which you don't make clear. So I have reported you for false advertisement and scams, as for an app and homepage that doesn't even work 90% of the times. You guys keep loosing money, not rocket science. And this is your method to make more money? Id actually pay extra to not have you on my TV.

Just terrible! So slow and there are SOOO MANY ADS!!! I just accidentally exited the app by pressing the wrong button. Opening up the app again apparently meant I had to watch yet ANOTHER five mins of ads!! As soon as I finish watching The Traitors, I'm never touching this app again!

Garbage. when you pause, AD. every 10 minutes watching a show 5-7 minutes of ads. no English subtitles. It feels like using a malware infested 90s website full of popups.

Every now and then freaks out and starts spamming push notifications, I go into the app to confirm that they're off (haven't watched anything in months) and sure enough, I haven't given it permission to clog up my notifications. Please fix your app you incompetent gits.
