TVA+

The list of Chromecast devices supported is not up to date. It lists the Chromecast Ultra, but I've just tested it and it shows the same problem as the 2nd gen Chromecast. The video and audio gets badly out of sync (many seconds) just after a few minutes. Note that the 2nd generation was working perfectly fine until recently. The Ultra is a great device that works perfectly with at least ten different streaming apps, but not TVA+. This is not serious. Fix it guys. Only the new google tv works...

There are some good shows here, including Révolution which is just amazing! But the app is just ok and after using so many great streaming apps it can be a little frustrating. The app doesn't remember your spot or show which episodes you've watched, there are so many commercials and they are very repetitive, but it is free with some good content. There is no continue watching option, bad forward and rewind and due to adds you can't really jump to where your want if want to rewatch a section.

Downloaded to watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. The TVA Sports 1 had the game I wanted to watch and I'm able to watch on my tiny phone screen. However, I wanted to cast it, clicked the cast button, picked my Chromecast and all I get on the Chromecast is the spinning animation. Show continues on my phone. Lots of reviews mention the same thing, but the response is to report the big. You would think that it is quite self evident.

For some reason starting today I am no longer able to cast from my Samsung phone to my Chromecast. My girlfriend is also having the same issue on her phone. And yes we already have used it for a long time and we know we have to let the advertisements play. Once they are finished it is just booting us out of the app as soon as we press the cast button. I see other reviews saying the same thing today. It seems it is a new problem. Everything else we cast is working fine.

Yes, there are ads (nothing is really free in life)... Yes, TVA doesn't seem to know about equalizers and the sound of ads is often too loud... Let me give you an easy trick: the "mute" button on your remote 😉 Take the opportunity (2-3 minutes) to check your Facebook feed... It will pass...

I've read the comments before installing TVA Mobile and I was worried but I installed it anyway. This app works well. Was able to cast the show on my TV, I even had the caption option. Also the picture quality is really good too, not 4K but HD. I recommend this application for streaming your favorite TV shows. Je recommande cette application, elle fonctionne parfaitement.

App is low quality, does not integrate well with chromecast and constantly lagging streams and even the ads! used with 100mbps internet, other apps have no issue streaming 1080p. Save yourself the trouble and dont use this app,

Great app works well with live tv and casting it to a chromecast but I cant get the subtitle of the screen which is super annoying

Always lag, always crash, takes you 10 attempts just to watch direct TV. Use Radio-Canada. WAY BETTER APP !!!!

Plays 2-3 adds, then stops on the TVA+ logo when choosing live tv... Garbage.

No support with Fire TV at all and Chromecast button randomly greys out on live TV. What is that???

Commercials should not be 4 tumrs as loud as the program uninstalled soon enough. They kinda on the CAQ program / agenda too againtst anything English, love trashing the Anglos

To much ads. It's free I know but during an episode is to much. So 3 ⭐.

Your TV app sucks !!! I cannot watch anything but the ads appear everytime in 4K 😂

User interface is so weak!!! Come on! Wake up! You show list of episode without the name of program or sometime : episode mm DD without title and program.

Works well but can't remove subtitles when casting with a Chromecast.
