Not a bad app. But, I'd give it more stars if the coin thing was done a little bit different. So far though, been having fun.
nice app and a nice bunch of people... pretty nice way of spending your downtime... needed to find my way around but once you get the hang of it👍
normally, it's a great app. I even pay for vip and premium. Recently, none of my chats refresh a d I have to close and open the app to see new messages. if it's not fixed soon, I'll just cancel my payments and delete the app.
It comes up with ads that you have to watch. But some ADS don't disappear I just say there and nothing happens there's no x But some ADS don't disappear
I talked with a few people and it was pretty fun meeting new people. I got banned after I rejected like 15 request in a row. im in my 30's and am not interested in chatting with teenagers and people in their early 20s. giving 1 star because I think thats why I got banned but honestly not sure. I tried emailing and they just dont respond.
I enjoy the app, but, losing requests/wasting coins really becomes frustrating. especially when you can chat with the requested person in the feed with no issues. please patch this.
occasionally jump back on every week or two but the bans recently have been out of hand. i'll get a two day for joking around with users i'm on good terms with, but certain people can spam the feed with posts talking about gooning and unsolicited sexual info and still get a pass.
I guess it could be fun.. not many people on and no real way to distinguish yourself from anyone else, or know what someone is even looking to chat about. I sent a dozen chat requests that were all declined.. pretty lame.
people are a mixed bag, but I've found a majority of them to be decent. it's chaotic but great to waste time with
The app needs to allow users to identify which country they're in, as I kept getting messages in languages that weren't my own. The app also searches for others nearby, but doesn't let you identify where you are. You're also limited to 10 requests per day. I like the chat code concept, everyone is very polite, it's also easy to block anyone if needed, notifications are helpful, and the app is really easy to use.
barely anything free. its almost like they are pushing to buy the premium version of the app. you cant interact with more than 3 people per day with the amount of free coins provided.
filled with horny old men, message requests cost coins (300 a day, each cost 100) while opening images can range from 20-100+ coins. UI is Garbage, just use something else
::update:: reviewing again. I do really enjoy this site. it's neat that it's worldwide, chatting with people I would never had the chance to. my complaint? change the >300 miles setting in the surrounding areas. So many people misunderstand that on a daily basis. and I'm tired of explaing it to everyone. Seems pretty good. Less fakes and lots of traffic.
Loved the app at first, then you added those coins and codes. God used to it and even started to like the codes a lot. Now after the last update I miss the ability to match with people by swiping left/right, the requests to online users is very expensive while getting coins is difficult. Also, why can't I approve a request of a verified user if they're the one sending the request? That's a loss for both of us. It's a great app anyways, just please stop making it more difficult to use
potential for good connections. but the ads are invasive and even premium doesn't promise to remove them.
I waste time on it, but it sometimes fun and wholesome
It's a slight improvement over whisper. But not by much. It has a mod team but they are slow to act, make a lot of mistakes (I've been banned 3 times because when I report someone they read it wrong). Luckily quick to fix but they are not pleasant to deal with at all. Other wise its the typical anon app. lots of weirdos, the occasional nice person. Be safe out there
I'd say the app deserves to be rated somewhere between three and four stars. The free interface is okay you do get a chance to interact with people and it's one of the few places where younger and older people all seem to be politely talking to each other. I'm sure there are things that bother people but on balance it seems okay. The only nitpick I have at the moment is if you inadvertently upvote something you cannot change that vote. I bonked into the thing more than once 🙄😒
I like how there is a potential to really make genuine friends from Twiq for those who are looking for making friends with people from all around the world. The ads sometimes can get annoying though but it's good that it doesn't often occurs. I would like to suggest for the app to have one seperate tab for people you are chatting with from the chat requests that people sent because it would be nice to see it clearer between the two. Are all users verified first? To prevent fake accounts.
It's good for finding other people, yes unfortunately there's a large portion out for the wrong reasons though. You guys need to step up on the security and safety of others using your app. Everyday all day you have users consistently breaking multiple rules of your "Terms of Use" some of these individuals who I speak to recieve "rape, and death threats" and are constantly harrased in private or on every post. Its all well and good report button but nothing gets done about these individuals.
