TWRA On the Go

the app has all the information you could possibly want for making choices of different licenses but it fails at its primary objective and that is to be able to process a payment and purchase a license. I've tried 3 different credit cards I've taken the product out of the cart back into the cart it keeps telling me that the credit card number is invalid which of course it is not. fatally flawed

UPDATE . . . My major objection has been addressed . . . the licenses can now be downloaded to and kept stored on the app. That is a major improvement! Other elements, however still need improvements. For example, the app is locked into portrait mode. That makes reading many of the documents such as the fishing regulations quite inconvenient. The documents appear to be images like PDF files so you have to zoom in to make the text readable. When you do that, you have to slide back and forth to be able to read each line as it will not fit on the screen. i know it would take a fair amount of development time but the documents should be text based and hyperlinked from the indexes for quick and convenient access. Overall a decent app and a MAJOR improvement over the previous version! Thank you for listening!! Original review . . . I downloaded this SPECIFICALLY because the TWRA website where I purchased my licenses said this app would let me keep my licenses on my phone. That is NOT TRUE. Yes, you can look them up IF you have internet connection! That is virtually useless if you are in remote fishing or hunting locations . . .

it sucks. I tried to purchase a fishing license and create an account and it keeps telling me that my email is incorrect, wont let me open account, won't let me get past the personal information page. went to help icon and kept saying there is no help. this app is supposed to be so convenient? it sucks. what an inconvenience. it's easier and I'd rather go and purchase it in person.

Simply does not work. Enter info and click submit , info disappears. Click on purchase license or permits , doesn't add to cart. Frequently pops up "unfortunately twra app has stopped working" and closes out completely. Would've thought TWRA would've bought a better app especially for the amount of money it costs US to hunt and fish in Tennessee !! Uninstalling....

There is a big problem with the app this year. Every year there is a problem but this year in particular after the new update it won't load. You have zero access to your hunting or fishing license or any other service this app provides. Make sure you bring a hard copy of your license and physical game tags. Don't rely on this app.

The app keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is still crashing. I see that others have reported the same issue with their app. I mentioned that so you can't say it's not been reported yet. I have recently emailed you as well with this issue. I hope that someone can help and fix the app. I used this app last year without any problems. It was easy to use. It was a great app until it stopped working. Now I can't check in anything on the app. Please fix this issue.

App keeps shutting down. Tried to report a harvest 8 times and the app keeps shutting down when you hit the submit button it. I uninstalled the app 4 times, then re-installed it, same result. App keeps shutting down. Ive used this app for at least 10 years and never had an issue. Ever since they updated it this year, it doesnt work.

I have edited (or made) a new review. If you download this app, please give it about 24hrs before trying to find your account. I downloaded the app not long after making my TWRA account and purchasing a license. The app could not find me. After getting upset and writing a bad review, I revisited the app a day later, entered my info, and everything popped up. So give it some time, especially if you just registered with TWRA.

This app has been a headache almost every year... Won't work unless you update it almost every season, remember how simple it was going to the check in stations ??? Country stores/gas stations/ hunting stores/ or the processor's..... Twra can take anything that's working just fine and find a way to screw it all up and turn simple things into a big headache. They sure do love making problems

Everytime I go to buy a license I can't buy a TN residence license. For some reason it keeps switching me to a non resident, I've called numerous times and gotten it fixed it'll be fine for like a day then go right back. It's really irritating to keep having to call about the same damn issue everytime I go to buy a license. Please fix this mess.

All hunting & fishing regulations right on my phone. Can purchase licenses straight from the app. You can do plenty more with it too! Fish id, Season dates, etc. Anything you need to know, you have access from the app. Every hunter or fisherman in Tn should have this app!!!

Horrible app, slow loading times app is difficult to navigate and what is up with the ads this app is full of ads you can't even find the info your looking for for all the pop ups, you'd think for as much as tn charges for licenses now they wouldn't have ads in every page taking up half the screen,

Terrible app function and clunky interface. Text field with executive director's name with privacy policy and cookie preferences links at bottom of screen completely blocks form submittal selection on mobile app and mobile web page; on desktop site it leaves just barely enough exposed to select "submit." App also requires login form resubmission after backing out of a page. For reference, this was while operating on a Samsung Galaxy on the latest firmware and with the newest version of the app.

app auto installs numbers when putting in credit card for purchase. have uninstalled and installed , didnt help. I have used on several phones, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Dont ever get rid of liscense agents until this app is totally fixed

I have mine & my son in the app & you can't switch between the two to purchase new license. Why once your login can you not click the account an purchase from.the account? You have to go out log back in again & then purchase. Very little forethought & planning. Then you guys add a 3$ fee on top of the license for what ?

Trying to log in to my account on a new device and the app won't load, it just freezes my phone. The previous version on my old device is working fine. This update y'all just rolled out needs more work.

I uninstalled the app as it would not accept any information provided to verify my license. I was finally able to get it working. Honestly, it may have been lead time to get the newly renewed license and registration in the system. Working fine now.

Don't waste your time downloading you will never get that time back, it's gone. Tried to buy license and couldn't. License are overpriced anyway, take some of that money and fix you web site.

It works just fine. No problems. One thing to note is that you must select the info you used when you got your license, which you can select from the creation menu. If you got your license with your DL/permit, you must use that on the app.

This app is a major time saver for sportsmen. It is very well designed to allow you to access criticle regulations and associated information with a minimum of time and user effort. Thank you very much for providing this. Kudos.
