Had to register an account online to buy tickets, then forced download this unnecessary app in order to actually view them, and then register separately for an account on the app! Genuinely wish I'd just bought tickets on the door, even if it was more expensive. Absolute circus!

Unnecessary. In particular, not having access to all tickets purchased for an event, forcing everyone to have the app downloaded. I much preferred the original emailled QR code method. Also, the app is unnecessarily large.

Absolutely rubbish! Made to download a useless app to receive a ticket with no provision to print tickets. Required lots of personal information which IMHO is seen as data collecting. What's wrong with the old ways! Stop it now! I will now be boycotting all events that require this app or others like it to enter any event. Help your customers and stop this madness!!!

App doesn't work, didn't receive the confirmation code. It's poor practice to force the use of a broken app just to get tickets that could have easily been sent by email.

Someone emailed the ticket to me and I had to download this app and the ticket didn't even show up on the app. Writing this review while waiting for the ticket office to sort it out

Unnecessary, requirement to download, install and create an account to access tickets were a simple emailed PDF would work. Just pure data mining!

It is ridiculous that we are forced to use this app and there is no option to get my ticket on google wallet.
