Please make it possible to swipe away notifications once they've been seen. As it is, they stay on the screen, hijacking the entire phone for way too long - especially the "Destination Reached" notification. It's very frustrating to have to wait for a notification to go away and not be able to do literally anything on your phone until it does. Edit: no seriously, fix this. I'm driving less on Uber because I'm sick of my phone being hijacked.

Constant updates but not a single improvement!! GPS tells me to make turns into a one way street (oncoming traffic) and places with "no turns" signs. I can no longer see the destination until I'm on the street so I can't get a heads up instead of passing it. The acceptance rate: We shouldn't be penalized for declined trips/ deliveries that we didn't pysically decline. If we let the timer run out it shouldn't count. A lot of time we're driving and it's hard to read the small print and drive.

The app overlay is actually infuriating. I've had to cancel orders because as I'm writing a message to a current customer a new order will pop up mid sentence & my finger was already on the screen! No chance to review the offer, just accepted. & some of them have been heinous (+$5 for what turned out to be 23miles extra?!) I've contacted support a few times & it's apparently everyone's first day & they have no idea what I'm talking about or just keep repeating "it will be fixed after 100 trips"

This app needs to be updated and fixed. I've been flagged multiple times for suspicious activity, and now my account is messed up! I'm not doing anything wrong! My payment edit was paused when Support suggested I edit my bank stuff due to suspicious activities. I can no longer cash out because my debit card got removed from the account before it was paused. The app won't let me log in on my secondary device. I can only log in on my main one that I don't like using for Uber! I ran out of space🤬

Navigation is broken and has been for over 3 years. Messages from customers pop up repeatedly until you tap them. The app glitches out and stops working all together at random times, yet still shows you is active even though it considers you offline. Grocery shops for items that are sold by weight never show the weight that the customer wants. So you have to contact the customer or just guess. The permissions it demands of every user are insane. Essentially, it takes over your phone.

The app has an issue with reading enhanced ID's, the order system has a hard time handling multiple orders at once especially when shopping. Support is very obviously reading from a step by step list which becomes more apparent when I am on the phone with them every other day. If the problem could be resolved by restarting the app I wouldn't have called

The app is very outdated and MANY features do not work properly or are useless and in the way. Also, the app doesn't always pay the driver for wait-time during trips with multiple stops. when trying to get help with this issue, support just sends an article stating that wait time doesn't apply at hospitals and airports. I've never had a multiple stop trip at a hospital or airport. so we're just being scammed.

The people who use this app do not pay enough for the trips they want me to take. I am not about to go deliver your food 15 miles away after waiting for your food for 25 minutes just to be paid $3.50. That's not how this works. Your app is also too loud, restricts how I use my phone when I'm on your app, the map requires CONSTANT manhandling (which is illegal btw), and doesn't allow for the level of control over the app that I would expect from a company that actually cares about it's people.

Driving for this service used to be great, now they penalize you for literally everything even though its not your fault basically making it impossible to keep any of the Uber Pro status' for longer than a day or two. If you try to work a flat rate but you have to cancel because an order was picked up by someone else, they never received it or they won't be able to complete it before closing you'll never get to actually work your flat rate that you signed up for because they will yank it away.

horrible app! had nothing but problems! no support! keeps sending ridiculous rides that is 47 min away for $6 OVER AND OVER, causing rating to drop. support team never helps. got to the point they told to me to uninstall and reinstall app. now I can't get into it all. and because I can't get into it, there's no way to call them to fix it. you won't make any money. it's the worst app I have ever used!!!!

Works ok most of the time, but issues outside of your control still get counted against your stats. Orders that were already picked up by another driver, system errors, and orders that can not be fulfilled by the store/restaurant still count as a decline or cancel on your stats and can disqualify a driver signed up for a flat rate, and even affect Uber pro status eligibility. Support has not been very helpful on these issues. GPS directions are not always accurate.

It never shuts up. When you use the app, you are forced to let it appear over other apps, or it won't work. When a notification pops up, it does a LOUD RING AT FULL VOLUME and you are NOT allowed to turn it down. Seriously, if you turn it down, it will turn itself back up. It is so annoying and distracting ESPECIALLY AS YOU ARE DRIVING. Just the fact that it does not allow you to use and turn it down breaks Google app compliance. REPORT IT AND FORCE THEM TO CHANGE IT FOR THE BETTER.

the app does not show you the map correctly in a straightforward line with turns it has dots can't figure that out I usually have to use Google map and put the address in myself in order to figure out where is trying to take me then in the middle of trying to find that out it keeps wanting to give you orders so that's not really like a good thing because I haven't delivered the order I'm on. it also give orders for really Faraway locations delivery orders.

Not sure how this app has a4.6 rating with all these 2 star and 1 star ratings. and they're all accurate. From inaccurate directions, to glitches while on rides, inaccurate speed limits in the app so it says I'm speeding when I'm not, sometimes the street to turn on isn't displayed so it may just say turn left. location may say the stop is on one dose of the street but it may be on the other side. it gives the next direction before you have completed the current direction which causes confusion

this app has so many problems. I'll wait over an hour for a trip request even when I have high ratings and even when the earning trends are high. so there should be no reason for me to not be receiving any. there's also other bugs and glitches this app has. when I call customer support, I'll be on hold for 15 minutes and constantly reminded by the automated voice that there's higher call volume than normal, which there's a reason for

Walmart orders have been mysteriously cancelled while I am in the middle of waiting for the order to come out of the store or while I am driving to deliver the order. please fix this 🥺 my cancel score has been impacted heavily through no fault of my own due to this situation. I have tried to reach out to support as well. I don't know if others have been experiencing this also

First round deliveries were great, 44 bucks for 78 minutes of my time. The second try gave me wrong directions twice in a row and couldn't even complete the one delivery cause of poor navigation, losing 84 minutes of time with nothing to show for it. With no guarantee for pay while driving at least twice as far as the leading food delivery competitor, it's not worth my time especially if wrong directions are given on a regular basis.

Overall the app is fine but Uber sends you offers 30 miles away (way far away from stores!) and then penalizes you for rejecting the orders. They then resend the orders to you, forcing you to reject them twice and having 2x or sometimes 3x the hit on your acceptance rating. On top of this, I still don't have an approval rating, like rating the quality of my service. This is after completing 60 plus orders! This means at the first bad review you get you could be deactivated! Complete garbage!

Customer support for drivers is non-existent, even if you are diamond. it's ridiculous. Even inside the app, for 3 months they haven't updated the phone number for it. The agents keep on hanging up. I cant go online because of a "duplicate " account- someone had a similar phone number in 2010 and they can't fix that bug for months. terrible programming

went on my first order, accepted for $6 something, added a trip for $1. Took 45 minutes for this trip, only earned $4 something. Thought it was weird, so I tried for a second order. once again said $6 something, so I accepted. only to be paid $2 something. when I asked customer support- they stated customers have an hour to alter tips. for 2 $6 rides to both become $2 something out of nowhere? sounds like a "coverup" for something fishy. and Deeprika, was not helpful.
