I am normally very happy with the bus features on the app, but the recent update has made it extremely difficult to navigate. It seems to have removed the option to look at individual routes and the stops along the way, and also the bus arrival times at each stop. Now you have to search for an individual stop instead of looking at all the ones on the route at once, and you can only see the most recently arriving bus instead of all of them. This is a massive downgrade in usability.

This app is neccessary to track the buses. Yet there are times the bus routes don't show up, the buses are not pinpointed, and incorrect arrival times are given. I know we are responsible for getting to class on time but this app is responsible for actually working and being a useful tool. Fix. It.

The neat features of this app barely work most of the time (bus tracking), and it's missing features from the iPhone version like the very important information on whether certain parking lots are free at a given time. So bad it seems like it was developed by Terry students.

Usually very important to me in letting me know when the bus comes as that's how I get to and from campus and classes. However, because it is so important, it's absolutely detrimental when the app randomly decides it wants to declare all the routes as "inactive" and not show me anything.

This app is very unreliable. I mainly use this to track the campus buses. The routes change without notice and some time the buses dont even show up. There are many times when I'm surprised that a bus came because the app said it was 20 mins away.

The app is not working properly, especially in tracking real-time location of buses. From last month, the current location for BH bus is not changing. It always shows the bus location close to University village circle and Brandon Oaks.

The new update changed the behavior when tapping the bus icon. Now it defaults to the "direction" tab and I don't want that. Please change it back where it defaults to showing the "stops" tab after tapping the bus icon. It is so annoying that I now have to keep tapping extra buttons just to see bus arrival time.

I cannot open this app without it crashing. I currently have a google pixel 3a and every time I attempt to open the app it automatically closes. I've tried redownloading and restarting my phone but to no success

Very useful app! It's helpful and easy to use. I use it a lot for bus routes, email, and eLC access. Highly recommend!

Crashes on CAS login. EDIT: unfortunately that didn't fix it, but thank you for trying! Let me know if I can provide feedback on a future fix.

Every time I try to use the app it crashes. It won't let me log into anything with my CAS-ID, including Athena, the Meal Plan feature, and my UGA mail. what's the point of this app if it crashes everytime it's used?

Is almost impressive how dedicated UGA seems to be in making this app as unintuitive and unuseful as possible. Every "update" feels like a downgrade, hiding any sort of useful information behind layers and layers of annoying menus in particular regarding transportation and bus routes

Bus routes are inactive on my android phone. I uninstalled and installed again and it still doesn't work.

Keeps crashing everytime you try to open outlook. I tried uninstalling then re-installing it... doesn't work

This app is a must have for tracking buses. Spot on for UGA buses most of the time, not always in sink with Transit buses. Use it daily. GO Dawgs!

I use this app to track buses. The bus tracking functionality works very rarely.

Information is really useful, but keeps shutting down when you open Settings.

Unable to log in as of the two most recent updates. Google Pixel 5, fully updated system and app.

The one thing i need from this app is bus routes but i cant see them because app crashes upon opening maps
