Unfortunately, I am unable to give any kind of review, I haven't been able to login, I get 2 error messages, the first one pops up, and it is too fast read, the second one says contact system administrator. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed my password, and I still cannot login. My coworkers seem to enjoy it. I wish I could too.

We use UKG for work, and it's an absolute GARBAGE app. If you opt to "remember this device" when signing in, you still have to put in a verification code and answer security questions every. Single. Time. Beyond that, I changed my password yesterday and the app doesn't recognize it, despite me jumping through all the hoops of resetting it less than 24 hours ago. Would never, ever, ever use this app if I had any say in the matter.

To be fair, this app is horrible. The first time I used it was fine within the first year but ever since then I've been having issues logging in, always having to call to re-set my password. Now that I can get into the app, I can't easily download my pay statements, making it impossible to keep these records and with no option to get paper statements. The app glitches out when you try to do this and I've tried it on both my phone and my tablet. Very frustrating.

Either turn off the gps altogether, or at least widen the parameters to the entire company property. I am sick and tired of wandering around trying to find the precise spot that the app will say I'm 'in range'. The ENTIRE PLANT is my workspace. I shouldn't have to guess where to be to clock in and out. The whole point behind this app is to make my work life more convenient, not more difficult.

We've had to get new time clocks 4 times. It misses punches all the time, so people's paychecks are short. The app freezes alot or just tells you it failed to load and try later, and randomly doesn't let you sign in with your thumb print, and it randomly won't pop up a login bar to type your username, so then you just can't get on. o ya and one would think the breakdown of your time sheets and pay is straight forward right? Wrong they found a way to botch that too, it's very poorly broken down.

Horrible application. I have had to reset my password every time to log in. I use several HR apps for several jobs. ADP works, this app is not reliable, and I suspect it is not secure. Requires you to change your password every time they make a security update, which has lately been every pay period. Requires a 15 character password. The user interface functions like it was created by a student. They should be embarrassed... wish I could give negative stars, 0 stars would be too kind.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. Tried to log in through my account, but it automatically selected the 'forgot your password' option, no matter how many times I tried. Then, when I finally allowed them to reset my password, they wouldn't accept the answers to my security questions, which I knew for a complete fact were all 100% accurate. So now, my account is locked because I wasn't allowed to just 'sign-in'. This app is complete and utter trash, pure and simple.

Not only is this the worst app ever, even trying to punch in/out on their website on my computer is ridiculous! Even on the computer you have to try numerous times to get the "time" link to open - if it ever does. It can take 10 mins of trying before you may have any luck. Our mgrs are constantly having to make corrections or I just blow it off and lose that time! I imagine our company will get frustrated enough to look for another company soon. We have numerous dealers!!!

Worked great, until it didn't. I use the app to clock in and out for work, and up until now, it was great, fingerprint let me in super fast so I didn't have to wait for a code and what not just to clock on so my time was more accurate. But now, it takes an act of God to get in and I'm just going to stop using it and use the computer, at least there I can use an actual keyboard and get my password right the first time. Please fix, I loved this app until the fingerprint stopped workin

No auto login; frequently have to log in twice in a row (??); frequent difficulty finding what I'm looking for; and if you have to change your password every 6 months like i do, getting it to forget the old one so you at least don't have to type both it and your username in every time is a nightmare! Oh, and God forbid you switch apps for a second, even to look something up, cuz you'll have to log on again. I hate trying to use this pathetic app.

This is the worst app I've ever used. I have to use it everyday to clock in and out of work. For about a year straight I've had to try 2-20 times to log in. Every time I hit the "sign in" button, it just refreshes the login screen. Now recently, after I've tied to log in 15 times and have FINALLY logged in, I'll hit buttons on my home screen to either clock in or out, check my pay, check my timesheet, etc., and NONE of the buttons will take me to the corresponding pages. They do nothing. 0 stars

Absolutely THE worst and most frustrating app I have ever used! NO STARS. When it does let you actually log on it lags at a glacial speed and makes you late clocking in. I shouldn't have to come to work so early just to ensure I can clock in on time. Fix your server or whatever it is that makes the clock in/response so slow! There is no reason why in 2023 we have to deal with so many frustrations with a clock in app. Everything else seems to work fine but dear God, it's ridiculous!

This app is garbage. 90% of the time it simply fails to log in. On the rare occasions that it works, it still provides far fewer options than the website does, and also displays completely wrong information, such as claiming that I am not enrolled I'm any kind of retirement plan, (which I most certainly am.) I can't wait until the day my company uses a system that actually works instead of Ultipro.

Cant log in I keep getting the same error "having trouble connecting to the sign in server" if this was a 1 or 2 day tech issue ok but it's not. Its been an off and on issues for a few weeks. Has always been hit and miss on being able to login or not. This weekend I need a copy of my paystub ASAP and can't get into the app. I've used similar apps with other emplyers that were much better than this. Very disappointed.

idk if others have this issue but the pay system is terrible. I've waited almost a month just to get two paychecks. I have all my correct information listed but I'm still waiting. it says the paychecks went through but I haven't received anything. Not to mention the app can take a while to even log in. Sometimes I get logged out randomly as well.

What is the point of having a mobile app if you just get directed to a web browsing page? It is not even user-friendly on a mobile device. I have never seen such a horribly setup scheduler that I have to constantly fight with just to find out what I'm working for the week. Also what is the point of having seperate apps within an app that don't even show up half the time so you can't even access the information that is needed along with the fact that you can't even stay logged in to your account.

It won't open. I need to adjust my timesheet and i am unable to sign in on the app because it gives me an error and its been that way for 3 days. Another cavet is signing in more than once within the app to get to timesheets. The password length requirement is insanity. Seems like everytime I'm asked to create a new password they make the length requirement longer and longer.

I don't know if there is a server issue going on here, but this is the worst app for an employer to use. I can't clock in or out consistently everyday, constant bad gateway url messages, app crashes, have to make multiple logins, and for some reason i don't have any of my pto hours that i had accumulated from when we used adp. I really want to give it 0 stars, it's absolute garbage.

This app is GARBAGE! I've been trying to log in multiple times and it continuously keeps saying incorrect "password and username" when I know I'm using the correct log in info! Even the security questions keep saying "incorrect security answers" knowing that they are all correct! And after multiple times of answering the security answer I get locked out! I've been searching for a customer service number and there is literally no customer service number that I could find to help resolve my issue!

Absolute garbage. I have to use this useless app for work. I thought it never worked correctly due to us being forced to use an iPhone, and everybody knows those things are awful. I was wrong. This app constantly crashes. Half the time you can't even log on because the system is down more often than it's up. Today there's a pop up saying this nonsense is changing its name to something else. Who cares? I need access, and that's impossible.
