I had already subscribed your app a few days ago. It's was running perfectly on my phone. I also downloaded a couple of episodes of Patra petika and gaanchi web series in that device. But almost 10 days ago unfortunately I lost my phone. But today after installing and login to my ullu app account in my new phone with registered no, I can't see those downloaded episodes and it's also ask me for a fresh subscription. I had already subscribed it for an year, so why should I pay again for the same?

Been using with a paid subscription for few months now, have enlisted the pros and cons. Pros: Exceptional sound quality coupled with good picture quality. Dirt cheap annual subscription. Cons: Content quality is sub-par. Try casting videos on your TV using Chromecast and the video will stop and resume and loop back several times every few minutes.

I have subscribed 1 year plan. But unable to watch any of the series without interruption. Didn't get new series for last 2 weeks. The same series I can watch in another mobile without any editing but not in my mobile. This app has cheated me. One of the worst experience I ever had. If you're not allowing me to watch any series without editing then why you're giving subscription. I have deleted the app for good. I suggest all not to subscribe this app anymore. Deserves 0 rating.

I have taken 1 year subscription. (My subscription is upto 9th Dec 2021). Earlier I am getting all episodes, now suddenly I am not able to watch old episodes after gold subscription. Not even single video is coming. I am having good impression on the app but in one attempt everything gone. Please don't take subscriptions now, you will be disappointed definitely.

Found out after subscribing that almost all episodes have been censored. 20 mins episode reduced to mere 10-12 mins. What's the point in subscribing if I am not going to get complete episodes? Should have mentioned their policy update or content change in the product description. No option to get a refund. Avoid the app and download old un-cut episodes from pirate sites, because that's what I am reverting back to. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I'm facing the following problems: 1. The video player sucks. The video rotate vertically when phone is kept horizontal and horizontally when phone is kept vertical. 2. Very pathetic Search functionality. I typed Siskiyaan but result is showing "No media found". When typed " Palang Tod" only a few episodes randomly came in the search results. However it has more than 60 episode. Is there any way to navigate to a particular episode? Ullu developers should learn something from the Hotstar.

I am a subscribed user and I am facing a typical issue. When one video is played, then paused and I try to play another video, it refuses to start. Whenever I click on a second video invariably the very first one starts playing. Even if I quit Ullu, the same video is popping up as thumbnail on the homescreen! Everytime I need to uninstall and reinstall to watch a new video! This sucks! I need refund!

Horrible app guys... never try to subscribe it. I did the payment for 3 months subscription which is 153/-..It was deducted from my account but when I am trying to see the videos still it's asking for subscription. I complained about my issue on the toll free number given but from there also I didn't get any satisfactory response. Ghatiyaa app ullu😡😠😡😠

I don't know much about the app, as I m fairly new to it, but it seems like that unlike their crazy name, they have got the most well trained, courteous and dedicated customer care support, staffed with pleasantly mannered professionals who go out of their way to address the concerns of the customers and remain dignified beyond tolerance. All my 5 stars on that alone. 😇👍

I don't know about the contents but the video player sucks. It has 360 degree rotation and does not even have rotation lock. If you watch while you are sleeping the video turns upside down. Worst video player ever. Who wants to watch the video upside down dumb developers. You need to hold the phone or it will rotate.

This is one of the worst app in ott platform. I subscribed 1 month gold subscription but I can't watch any series when I am going to watch a series it shows once again subscription to gold edition. I think my money is lost. I need help from your customer side. I registered my problem to your customer center I think I get a positive response from your side and please help me to solve the issues.

Cheater app, no hot content. I took the 3 months gold subscription 3-4 days back, when I took the subscription hot videos were present, I did watch it on the same day but today when I opened all such videos and shows r gone, it's a kid app now, no hot scenes , they r bunch of cheaters , to lure you, they'll show u hot content on 1st day then they'll remove those content, don't pay for such cheaters

Worst experience. Even after taking gold subscription you wont be able to watch full content. 1- after every few minutes the streaming is getting stuck 2- sometimes if you play a video it will redirect you to a web browser 3-there is a family safe mode which is of no use because no matter if you switch it on or off it wont show you adult content. I would recommend do not take any subscription.

I was used ullu nearly 2 years, last version was so good. But new updated Pro version is very very worst. If we play one video can't play other video the same video is play again and again whether we play next video also the 1st played video only play, even we closed the app the audio is playing in the background. Please fix the bug and give the good service to your subscribers. Stop irritating bugs in the app, add more series., Good luck

It is surely a good app but needs some improvement and my suggestions are as follows. 1) Add more variety of stories and most importantly add it as many as possible every week, currently very less content are getting added and that is upsetting many users. 2)Start a Songs only series where only hot songs gets added with many variety. 3)Start a horror only series where only horror stories with hot contents gets added. As throughout the history horror with hot contents has always been superhit.

What the hell is going on this app. I have been using this app more than 1 year. But now a days i am not going to see the web series. I have already 1year subscription. But now whenever i want see the web series the apps ask for the gold subscription, and then i also taken the gold subscription for four month. After taking the gold subscription the same problem is there. This is disgusting yaar...

I used this app for like 3 months earlier and the content was good, i really enjoyed it. But now as am trying to subscribe again, you people removed the G-Pay option for payment. And now i can't subscribe. Please see to it that you add that option again coz not everyone uses pytm. Even tried to add my card still didn't except, shows error. Hope you guys solve this issue or i might have to delet it for good!

Pathetic and a Scam Purchased full year of subscription... Even after that, whereever i click, it just opens a link in browser and ssk to download install another app... It must be crystal clear which content we are going to get as part of subscription and what is not covered under subscription... Lokks like most of the collection is not under subscription... Stop cheating... Friendly advise - this way you will earn peanuts but going forward wont prosper at all... At least honour the reviews!

App dose not working, and when I mailed them they didn't even replying me, when I try to contact there customer care number they told me , that our app is not updated on playstore and and they send me a link on my phone through message, now even I don't know whether it's fraud or not . Such an annoying app this don't ever try to take there subscription, you will surely regret .
