Can't check Adhaar status because the app doesn't accept the 28 character enrollment ID. In fact, it throws an error if you enter more than 14 digits. Did anyone test before going live?

Very poor experience. When it comes to withdrawing our own PF money in emergency, the process is extremely slow. Even after applying for advance withdrawal during urgent need, the claim stays “Under Process” for many days. This kind of delay defeats the purpose of emergency funds. Expected faster processing in Digital India, but the ground reality is disappointing.

it's an easy and fast app, It provides necessary information at the tip of the finger. A fantastic job by the government

Very poor app. Took ages to register. Would keep showing error message "Something went wrong". What is this something even app creator probably does not know. Then when it finally did and I tried to register EPF grievance, when I enter my UAN in the UAN field and click on verify, it would give a error message too many OTP attempts made. This is despite of the fact I tried to use app after more than 24 hours of registering it. Total waste of time and space on phone.

I am unable to login the app and it says login expired even after the moment I keyed in my password and next page as expired and relogin again. If I attempt to relogin still the same info and unable to use it. Also I have cleared the data and cache. Even I have reinstalled the app. Still the same issue. Hope team will look into this matter and help resolve it fastly.

App don't support phone inbuilt fingerprint sensor, instead one have to purchase an external sensor costing ₹3000+ to use some of the feature, that you might use once in a while. For instance say if you need Jeevan Pramaan you cannot do it until you connect an external fingerprint sensor. UMANG being a mobile app cannot use phone inbuilt hardware but need external hardware, which don't make sense.

Very good experience using the Jeevan Pramaan Patra tab. It was easy to use the Life certificate part. Creating a new Life certificate was easy. You just need to choose the right options from the drop down menu and it's done. OTP comes instantly on the registered Phone number. My only suggestion is to let people living outside India to download and use it. It will save them a lot of hassle from affidavits and notaries and couriers etc. Please do not block the services abroad.

"your session has expired. Please login again" error on login. I tried logging in both with the registered mobile number as well as the email. Same issue with either. Steps to reproduce: Enter credentials as stated above, click login button. It throw the above stated error right away.

I would probably give a negetive rating if I had an option. Such pathetic application. Never works. Any service you try to register says not avaible, try later. Department is experiencing load if you try to get an OTP. Just a few to name. Forget about submitting a grievance because that too will not get submitted due to improper errors. No clarity what went wrong. The developer of this app should quit thier job and seriously look out for something they are more suited to do. Very bad experience

Serious login issue with the app. When trying to login via phone no, it says mpin is not set yet and when I try to set mpin, it says account not found with mentioned phone no. But when I try to register with the same no, it says account already exist. Atleast show appropriate error msg. It's like a loop now, can't do anything.

The worst app...!! Just like all the other government websites. Trying to check my EPF balance but it gives me technical issues every time I try to access that service. It's never resolved and don't even know whom to contact.

Worst experience. Nothing works. Cannot view my passbook. Cannot withdraw money. When I try to register grievence even the grievence site is unreachable with multiple tries over a month. Very pathetic and frustrated considering I have to go through this hardship just to withdraw my hard earned taxed money. No idea what I can do next. I have to maybe consider my money as lost forever.

While signing up, I can't verify my email.. I used different emails, but nothing works!! 02/2024 - All the time, the app says, "Session expired, please log back." This app looks like a scam to me.. Don't use this app, guys/ girls..

Hopeless app, nothing works. It doesn't allow registering or logging in, and the service directory is always empty. The developer also seems to have a standard, unhelpful response on all of the reviews here.

As expected nothing works. Gives generic errors 'department systems are experiencing problems' If money was paid to the developers of this platform, they should be chased and made to pay back. This app will never work. I can come back after a year and it will still not work.

App is not working. If you try to login with your mobile number or email address with forgot MPIN its showing error of accont does not exist and please register for an account. And, If you try to register for an account with mobile number and email address it will show error of mobile number already exists.

When I click on browse to upload a profile pic, it keeps on asking for storage permissions even after giving the permission. Same for camera permission. Please fix it. And digilocker login doesn't work inside Umang.

It's an awesome initiative and really liked the way India is progressing in this Digital era. Wanted to share that I was trying to see Jharkhand state related services but unfortunately seems it's not registered yet. I would like to suggest if we can modify the error message and UX can be improved here and there. But I really appreciate the initiative and effort by MeiTY. Keep the good work up 👍
