I purchased the NET Environmental Science subscription in 2025, which is valid until 2027. However, my classes are not showing in the planner section of the app. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times. I called the helpline number but received no response. I also emailed the support team, but there has been no reply so far. This is extremely disappointing, especially after paying a significant amount for the subscription. I request Unacademy to urgently resolve this issue .
Absolutely worst experience. Paid a huge amount for the subscription and got almost nothing in return. No proper notes are provided — teachers just dump class PDFs in the notes section. We’re told to take running notes while trying to understand concepts, which is completely unrealistic. For working professionals, this app is useless. You can’t even watch lectures properly while commuting because note-taking is mandatory for revision. Highly overpriced and poorly managed. Not recommended at all.
Until you take a subscription on Unacademy, you receive their calls every hour. But once you purchase a subscription, the calls completely stop. I have taken the UPPCS Prayan batch subscription, but none of the videos are working. No archived classes are visible either. I have already raised a complaint, but I have received neither a call nor any message from their team. This is very bad service. I do not recommend this app to anyone. They only know how to take money and provide no service.
I have not purchased any subscription yet. However, I am facing serious technical problems while opening and using the app. The app either does not open properly, lags excessively, or fails to load content. Because of these issues, I am unable to explore the platform or consider taking a subscription. As a student, this creates a very negative first impression and makes it difficult to trust the platform for online learning.
This app is very slow in all aspects, like opening courses and enrollments . It consumes a lot of battery and cpu, still not efficient enough for regular use My screen time here is 4 hours a day but sometimes I am on the way and I need to use mobile to access it. Should provide a desktop app for pc users in store, where they can have a download option to download videos. Accessing materials in the updates section can be broadened to a section or place where I can find al enrolled courses PDFs
You recieve number of calls until you take a subscription, and once you take the subscription call stops. when you need help regarding something they tell you to connect with unacademy through chat. The mail ID doesn't works. The payment of my Clat iconic subscription was done in EMI method but whole year subscription was deducted . Nobody is picking up the call. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
On Unacademy, they keep calling you every day until you take a subscription. But as soon as you subscribe, if you face any problem with the class—like the class not running or being archived—they don’t attend the calls. You remain frustrated. They have a very poor customer support. when we raise an issue about a course, we will get only system generated mails. I have mailed them regarding an issue for more than a week, I have not got a genuine reply. Customer support would lie, saying link provided by us is not working, which was the same link generated from their website. we cannot trust service provide by then. They care only about new admission and not about existing users.
I don't understand why everyone is focusing on the staffs frustrating them for subscription instead of talking about the study experience. Honestly, if I talk about the teachers, the hardwork they do, absolutely worth it. Surely you need a lot of self-discipline to attend everything and study sincerely. But I can confidently say that the teachers are doing their best despite not being available in person. The efforts they take, the study material they prepare for students is perfect.
How pathetic UI. No tablet version of the app especially when it is an educational app. Can't find classes well organized. I was looking for Sudarshan Gurjar sir's mapping classes and there is no course clubbed properly. Rather youtube is much better. I could not find classes chronologically ordered. Stop wasting money on events and calling up comedians, rather make the app better and organized.
I really enjoyed the Unacademy app, the team, and the teachers. The teacher's teaching method is great. He writes and explains with the class... And best of all, I get weekly tests.

The tutors are good but the team is very annoying, they keep on calling you continuously even when you tell them you already have a subscription or that you dont want any plan now, they will annoy you like hell. They simply don't understand even after telling that they should not call you. The unacademy team is very annoying and due to this only I am not upgrading my subscription, because once you take subscription and need help they will never be there and act like we don't exist for them 😑
very poor experience.. I really don't want anyone to purchase from here. I have purchased an exam plan from it. and from last 2 days I want to connect with a support executive to help me regarding the app. no one is connecting with me. I tried calling them many time but no response was from their side. Very pathetic experience.
such a poor app ever seen I have purchased ramban 4.0 batch but no proper time table if classes any type live for all subjects educator saying we have this this classes on this this time but in planner no such classes. did you even know how to manage the classes time table there should be just one click for all classes at their respective time. I just downloaded the app to check the price of the course suitable for my brother, then I started getting calls from them, I have already listened to them before, so I cut the call, then they will call you again. There was a man who called me 6 times in a row in a minute after I rejected the calls. This is very sad that they will keep on spamming you even at 10pm. The teachers with unacademy are brilliant, but their marketing team is worse. Gave 3 star because of that only.
before subscribing, I got so many calls from unacademy team... after subscribing to the antim prahar SRG pro plus, they're not adding me to the WhatsApp group as they said and also no one is responding to my queries about the batch... very very bad service from unacademy
