UNice: Wigs & Hair Bundles

Terrible experience. I find that it's a bait-and-switch process. One price is shown and as soon as you put it in your basket price goes up significantly. Then offered a price to download the app and once you do, the price is even higher. Feels scammy. This is all in an effort to download their app. Awful experience!!!

Haven't had an issue yet. Good quality hair at reasonable prices. Shipping is exceptional, as well as packaging. My first order through the app came in 3 days, giving the holidays when shipping and delivery takes longer. Navigating through the selections of hair, wigs etc. is easy. Fast secure checkout. No issues with the app nor UNice so far.

Terrible app. False information on products. Pricing on certain products are advertised differently on there website. They promote a "coupon" for purchasing through the app, and when you try to, said coupon is invalid or the price on app had "magically" changed. And it doesn't even let you use your log in. I changed my password several times and it still won't let me log in.

I have had a good experience with Unice! They have good hair, at a great price, and they have the most variety in colors, hair types etc. of anywhere I've seen! It's easy to order, and the more u buy there u get pinks and coupons that you can use for future orders. They are easy to contact if u need help or have questions to, they even got ahold of me during the wknd, they have good custumer service and want happy customers, they do better than most businesses at customer care, i recommend!!

I am very inexperienced with wigs, so I got a glueless to help me out. The hair came beautiful, but as soon as I combed out, the curls some, it was frizzy, and the ear tabs don't line up. I didn't realize I needed to sew on the strap in the back to secure it because in the videos I've seen, it's already on the wigs, and the lace color is not my color. So still, some hurdles to overcome, but it definitely is glueless, and I love that for me. People thought it was my hair flat ironed.

what I wanted to get is no longer available but is still on the website. Honey blonde highlights closure. I was emailing the team to find out why I was unable to purchase this? to be told this was not in stock and they have no idea if it will be restocked. This should then not be available on the website/app to cause confusing issues. previously, I had no issues last year and I found the company ok for a straightforward purchase and the quality.

I tried installing the app twice but it didn't work. However when I tried to order a wig, the price said one thing but when it went to my basket it was $20 more. Imagine my surprise! So I just emptied my basket. I won't be buying anything from Unice because U are not NICE! Rhonda Barber

It's fraudulent. When you order from this app, you are offered the wig at an amazing price but when you go to check out the price is always higher than advertised. I have yet to get a wig for $89 by ordering from the app.

the wigs are beautiful but customer service is trash I placed and order and only received part of the order did the refund application and have gotten the run around. I'm warning everyone it is a big risk. now I have to fight to get my 100 $ back it's just sad.

I am very impressed by hos the discounts work to make affordable decisions. Im glad that i dont have to pay out so much for a style I want, also awsome product as well. Highly recommend!

First time ordering and kinda nervous they throw all this free wig and 20% off and when you check out you get a wig and cap no free wig. I dont think they should offer free wig if they arent gonna give you one.

I will be back with my review when I receive my wigs! But the app experience was good and I hope to receive everything very soon.
