Relentless email spam. There is no easily accessible Unsubscribe to All button, they try to make you unsubscribe from each of their arbitrary notification categories one by one. To unsubscribe from them all, at once, they try and force you to make an account (which means accepting their bs terms and conditions). It literally takes less time to email their support number demanding that your account be deleted.

Required to install app to participate in holiday giveaway, which is followed by zero instructions about how to ensure you are registered, and nothing to click on within the app. Additionally, the app looks like a duplicate of the site, so up to now is doing nothing, except taking up valuable storage space on my phone. Do better, folks. Also, if you have a giveaway, applicable laws generally require you to post rules and info on "how to participate," but you have provided nothing.

Literally completely unusable. Tried for an hour to Sign up, then Log In, verify my account and none of it worked. Can't even change my region to select it. And all of this I observed on the app, the mobile website, and their desktop website. None of them were even functional enough to let me verify my account. Was a bigger waste of time than NFTs.

This app is so broken that it's basically unusable. The signup process was a literal nightmare that took days of frustration to finally get working. Now, when I'm trying to redeem the apple music for students, it redirects to nothing or to dead links and 404s, and it is impossible to collect. I'm so confused why any company would partner with a service that is so horribly broken. I hope they fix this application quickly. Otherwise, we will all graduate before getting any benefits from it.

I think it is great being a student and having discounts at your fingertips, but with the good comes a bit of a downfall. When using your student email it asks for verification over and again which was very annoying and time consuming. I eventually just wrote all of the stores down so I could see for myself without opening any apps through uni days.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to do this for this app. This app is really helpful to students. After verification, you can enjoy the benefits of this app, we can get students benefits easily.

BUGGY APP. It constantly logs me out for no reason, and I obviously only find out when Im trying to pay at the till. Also the codes are mostly useless and never work on websites

So many discounts available for different brands all in one place. Awesome and easy to use.

Please fix your broken app! I tried signing in which required me to enter my Email. They then sent a One Time Passcode to my Email. I opened my Email on my phone to look at the passcode then went back to the app to enter it, only to find it had reset the process to where I entered my Email. I then tried it again, using another device to look at the Passcode so it wouldn't reset. When I entered it, nothing happened and I still wasn't signed in!

I have been trying to get help with my account for 2 days and there is no response from the team at all. Frustrating and lame. The app shows errors while clicking my account details and eventhough my account is verified it's shoes mine is restricted.

Much like other reviews of this app, I have bee unable to sign in due to the app reseting when I try to add the OTP, and the times i do add it, it refreshes the app and doesnt sign me in either! I have cleared the cache data and reinstalled the app and this did not do anything. If this gets fixed i will update my review.

good deals. But finding things takes more time. I don't even want to open often because I don't where to start looking. Categorise better or bring the old categorisation where we could find shops based on interests.

I signed up for Unidays hoping to take advantage of student discounts, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Registration process was unnecessarily complicated, requiring multiple verifications that took much longer than expected. Customer support was practically non-existent; it took several emails just to get a generic response that didn't resolve my issue. Overall, Unidays failed to deliver on its promises of easy savings and efficient service. I won't recommend it to anyone.

The only real use for this is to get student discount on apple products. All other offers are available one way or the other. I wanted to participate in the Logitech mx master giveaway, but when I clicked the link, it didn't take me to the giveaway page, after several back and forth with unidays, all they said was to update and reinstall the app, in the end I wasn't able to participate in the giveaway. Disappointed about that.

Doesn't work properly. Example of this is they send you an email saying to enter to win, click on the link it takes you to their generic home page instead of the competition. Half the time scrolling through everything (and there is loads of stuff) you still cannot find it. Thinking about uninstalling as it's been like this for ages. I sent emails and zero reply.
