It asked me to update the app, which I did, but it still shows me the "please update" page. This page just contains my membership number and nothing else so I, essentially, cannot do anything with the app. Pls fix.
not sure how this app is rated so highly. was stuck on the update screen so I updated the app. then after the update, it was still stuck there so I cleared the cache. didnt work. so I deleted all app data... we got somewhere so I started sign up/login process. I am trying to login but it can't recognise my credentials. so I reset password successfully. now I go in to login with new password AND IT STILL CANNOT RECOGNISE MY PASSWORD EVEN THO I HAVE RESET IT. FRUSTRATING. Horrible worst app.
Keeps saying to update even though I have. Even restarted the phone. but it keeps going through a endless loop of sending me to Google Play and error message...
The new UI is so confusing and hard to use. 10 clicks in and I can't get to a list of tshirts etc that actually shows prices and stock. I don't want a magazine, I just want to buy some staples and get out again. You've introduced unnecessary complexity for users by trying to be fancy, but it's just frustrating. Bring back the old nav header, I feel lost. *** We can't spend money when we feel lost! ***
Utterly broken. The new version is nigh on unusable. Cannot login, error code at every turn. Navigation is a mess and hugely un-intuitive. What the hell happened? I have not been able to login to the app ever since the update. The real kick in the nuts is that when I tried to set up a new account and they ask for my birthday, the app literally want me to scroll back month by month until I get to my birthday in 1980.....from 2021!!!! I gave up after my 3rd attempt. What a disappointment.
Reset password function successfully allowed me to set my password to 25 characters with mixed letters, numbers, and symbols. Upon then trying to login, I get an error that I have a password greater than 20 characters. What?
keeps constantly crashing, takes a bit to load if switching between the cart and the items, they've added this large graphic, infinite scroll type thing that's very annoying, and their graphic tshirt section loads weird, and I dont want to browse random junk to get to the collection I know I want to go to. Personally I prefer when its like 'women > bottoms > pants > casual' and I can choose where I want. Tbh even the website kinda sucks now too, but that's much more manageable.
said i needed to fo update so i did. opened the app, it still says i need to update but now theres no update option. just open. app is broken.
Love how easy it is to shop. I have Uniqlo staple items throughout my wardrobe. Love them all.
hard to navigate as there's too many sub categories and tabs. somehow it switched between the app and browser so I have to add items to cart again to buy on the app.
Have repeatedly tried to install the update, it just keeps trying. Can't shop without it so can't shop uniqlo now! Yes, trying again, 19/11/25. Same story. Can't shop on the app again.
Just installed latest update app, clicked "open" and a notice appears telling me to update the app. It just kept repeating that cycle and not opening.
23 September 2025. What did you do to this app? It is horrible to browse product on. Click Home Mens, all you get are full screen images of 1 product. Where's the list of products. Terrible. You ruined it Uniqlo. EDIT: Found it. Menu > Mens. UX/UI is lacking again due to UNIQLO needing the FULL screen, single item, images on Home button. Rediculous!
Too many notifications. I got seven in the past 24 hours. Why does an app for a clothing store need to push out SEVEN notifications within a 24-hour time frame?
My wishlist has been emptied after the update. The newest version is not as distinct as the previous one.
The app is great, apart from the favouriting system. It's completely broken. It favourites the wrong items and sometimes doesn't even recognise that I've favourited something, meaning every time I have to go and manually search through all the products to find the items I want to buy. Other than that, great app but just needs to have this fixed.
asked to update, after update, keeps asking me to update....what nonsense. store staff can't assist, don't know if items can be added retrospectively
The app loads quickly but it gets annoying searching for things across multiple categories (ie Womens and Kids) as whenever I hit the back arrow it takes me to the membership screen and I need to open search again. It would be nice if you got an alert when items you previously purchased went on sale, I missed a few great bargains that I wouldn't bought if I knew about them before selling out!

Great App and Brand! Uniqlo clothes are always my favourite! But I am very disappointed by the discontinuation of Afterpay for Online Purchases! I don't live near a Uniqlo store so paying in-store is rarely an option for me! I therefore frequently buy in bulk which I prefer to pay with Afterpay. PayPal Pay-in-4 is a much more difficult and unreliable alternative which I do not like to use! Very disappointed by this change! Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
