Guys, please do not buy anything you're unsure of on this app. Uniqlo has one of the worst refund policies so make sure you're 100% sure before buying with this app. Otherwise you will have to fork out the shipping fee back to their warehouse. The more items/heavier clothing you buy, the more you'll have to pay just for a refund. Thanks, Uniqlo you're the best

terrible to use after app updates. cant login at all, the login codes cant be sent to my phone after 8 times of try, no matter in app login or website login. Huge bug, prevent ppl from using this online service

The return process is unnecessarily complicated and shows they haven't understood multi channel. You only get a refund in the original store where you bought it. In any other store you will only be able to exchange... App orders cannot be returned to a store either for refund....

Hard to browse products by category, instead, it shows a lot of promotional items on top. Confusing UI design. Sub categories and thmubnails are not understandable neither. Still cant find things I was looking for. I'd just go to the store and check it physically. Can't you just make it like regular online shopping apps?

One's antivrus programme classifies this app as unsafe and at one stage automatically removed it. Further to reinstalment ignoring the antivirus's advice one could not log in or re-register, since the app just would not send a verification code to one's registered mobile number, so much for promoting online shopping, not user-friendly at all and risky!

I was not able to log in as the verification code never came. As log in is necessary before buying things on this app, I tried to register an account despite knowing that I have already registered. That also required verification using my phone number but again, the verification code never arrived. I tried to log in again 7 hours later and still, no verification code ever came. I have checked that my phone number is correct already.

I can't add any address for delivery. When I finish typing everything the page was unresponsive after pressing the save button. And when I entered my name in English, the app says "the name can only be in English or Chinese". What is wrong with this app?

Can't register because the verification code never came I tried many times already but it's the same thing, this app is useless, then you can't even order online because you still need to register/log in before you can order. Please fixed your App & your online website. People should have an option to just buy online with out registration.

1) Users MUST allow the app the access ones location and media storage before entering the first page. If users don't want to click "allow" button, there's no way to use the app. 2) UI is poorly designed. Not smooth at all.

The app design is extremely bad. Hard to use. It cannot stay on the category I chose. And both men and women items mixed tgt when I only select women. The photos load extremely slow. Lots of wordings which I don't care. How come it has such a bad design and IT

Solution: How to switch language on this APP? I like this APP! There are some reviews mentioned no ENG available for the app, but I got ENG when I first installed and opened the APP. Anyway, here is how to switch it: Just scroll all the way down to the bottom of homepage, then you will see the switcher. Hope this helps!

Must share location to uniqlo. It is not necessary. Must confirm targetting when selecting pick up address. Another unnecessary button. Collect too much info from clients. Can just buy in the website, rather than use its app.

Wish I can give less than 1 star. This app is still using Tencent and QQBrowser!! It's some kind of Trojans?? Please stop using 3rd part mainland chinese browser when there is Chrome WebView for all Android. Still no improvement??

All of the UI elements in the shipping cart overlap making it very hard to use. If possible, it would be nice to accept Google Pay so that I don't have to find my credit card when I want to pay.

totally not user friendly! stupid $10 coupon is only valid for new members over 15/4 registration, i had registered long time ago to give a curious trial version for online shopping, well too bad even online shopping is a big faillure since you can't refund your online shopping, then what's the purpose of shopping online while the physical shop can do the exchange? doesn't make any sense, maybe in EU will work, but if there's no exchange rights nobody wants to go shop online! 👎

Payment is not very convenient, mobile display overlap, interface is stupid. How come you need to add to cart before select size and colour. The steps are messy.

Very poor design. Goods were available when you browse but say out of stock when you want to check out. Very hard to navigate the products.

Having the same problem like others users , can't add address, it just stay on the same page after clicking save , nothing is save .the worst online shopping app ever .

Simply cannot update each time and cannot show the barcode for scanning. Useless!
