I love the app because I can conveniently browse the current collection and also quickly scan my membership at stores. However, the photos are not as high resolution as the website, which prevents me from getting a good look at the fabric and finish of the items.

Terrible UX. If you want to make yourself app-first, make sure the basics are working first before focusing on making it fancy looking. When browsing a filtered and sorted list of items in a category (e.g. value buy), if you click on an item from the list to check it out and then go back, both, the filter and the sort is reset and it brings you to the top of the list. The UI still shows you that the sort and filter is still there, but its not, and you have to start all over again.

sometime lag . auto log out . tell ur developer apps do try n error . i been wearing Uniqlo since this apps doesn't exist . keep up good work uniqlo!

User unfriendly. It will always bring you back at the top screen when you exit from checking on the details of an item. Thus, have to start browsing all over again from the top, scrolling down and clicking on the 'View More' option until you reach where you were. Wasting time and mind you it was soooo slow. I thought it was only on app. Apparently the website is the same. Such lousy system. You need more thorough testing done on the system.

Size Chart for underwear only show 2 columns. Size and Side Length. No other columns.. Waist size.. May be a bug as we cannot see the other columns even when we try to slide right..

So far so good! However, still can improve more! After scanning and completing a transaction, the apps only show the purchase history, not the total amount! It'll be perfect if the app can make a receipt that shows the amount and total of items instead of just purchase history, so that customer can exhange the item in case the receipt is missing! Overall, nice job on improving the apps!

Clean design and easy navigation makes this app very easy for me to use. Plus they have app-user exclusive discount once in a while.

Latest upgrade is a mess, waste my time to figure out everything and is confusing. Decided not to look back and ditch uniqlo. Others apps and platform is more user friendly. What's with the hardsell of homepage that did not show your on sales item, new item price. No price no sales. Extra steps cost. The need to keep on clicking loading for bottom item ia a vain.

i dont like anymore the ui of the apps... i like the older oneeee... the new one is so messy... it hard to explore and find what type of thing that i want... please atleast bring back home page like normal one.... dont make it hard for user to explore 🙏🏻

After I'd updated the app, I can't log in to my account in the app anymore! And whenever I want to add an item into the cart. Everytime when I want to login or add an item to the cart, a message showing "Cannot find a product" will appear at the bottom! So the app is only meant for browsing the products?! What's the point?!

This app is terrible for my bank, but great for my wardrobe. It would be nice if my account links to the store straight and I don't need to keep logging in every time I want to damage my account, though that's extra bit of work has helped save my wallet some. Plus my cart doesn't keep so that's helped me save some money too. The app and in store inventory 100% doesn't match though. Lol. Love the e-member sales.

One of the worst designed apps by a big corporation. It doesn't handle the large amount of online orders well. Constantly crashing when submitting payment resulting in orders cancelled, double charges, pending payment notices when money has already been deducted. Absolutely disgraceful. FIX IT AND DON'T ATTEMPT ANOTHER SALE UNTIL YOU DO.

Please improve your app it will significantly improve your sales as well. I love shopping with Uniqlo and i love online shopping even more. The app works and I have made my purchases here but it is really annoying to use and gets in the way. It's slow and takes up a lot of my time. If I become inactive it signs me out and forgets everything I've put in the cart. There is no easy back button - sometimes it takes me right back to the main page when all I want to do is go to the previous page.

This latest version is not friendly use at all. The old version when uniqlo just started to use app for on line shipping is more friendly use. The old version - if i would like to buy legging pants on "value buy items" , i can go straight to pants. But new version i need see from top to bottom. The old version will show original price & discounted price but new version show discounted price only. Uniqlo become more & more less transparent & misleading consumers.

Worst experience after the apps update!!! Have to uninstalled and reinstall it to access the member account. As an apps, there is no products segmentation at the first page, which makes the user experience are time consuming! I have been your apps user for years, and placing order using apps frequently. Now, I started to consider to abandon your apps !!!

This uniqlo app is not user friendly at all! Please develop it again and upgrade! It's really consume our time to browse it. I've downloaded it once before and deleted it cause of the same reason but the uniqlo staffs need me to download it again due to the e-members barcode!! But once I use it again oh gosh pleaseee it's really waste of time and effort! Argh 😠😡

Why isn't the app and website synchronized? I checked before purchasing from the website to see if I had an online discount voucher, but couldn't find the tab. But today I realize that the online voucher can only be accessed from the app?? What's more deceptive is that when you click on the catalog to browse it seems like you're taken to another domain, and from there onwards the online vouchers are no longer visible. That's so disappointing, I could've saved RM20, and now I just feel cheated.

The new update is an eyesore. Easy to understand? It's more difficult. I like the old one better. If the change was just the home page, it's whatever, but I hate that when we click one section, it would just show us that specific series or season, whatever you call it. I want to browse. I hate looking at 1 list of clothing and then have to go back to the homepage to click another list. It's making browsing clothes hard.

Not really user friendly, for every page that I tap on, I need to login, is a waste of time... And sometimes I can only view discount item through ads redirect into the app, but not when I go into the app alone, the discount item is no where to be found. Hence, I need to click on the ads to redirect to the discount item in the app. Is so confusing to use.
